They were able to get my car in for repair when the dealer couldnt get me in for another month. Friendly and reasonably price. Repairs done in a timely manner and done right the first time.

I had an excellent experience at Christian Brothers this past week. I blew out my tire just down the road and they were the closest place I could get to. Having never been before, I did not expect special attention, as I was not an existing client. They were quite busy, but the Service Associate, Sarah, was so, so nice! She quickly surveyed the situation and said let me see what I can do. Although all the bays were full, she worked some magic to get me in and out after providing a couple of options to remedy the situation. She was honest, kind, and very nice. The service tech was very polite and greeted me when he retrieved the car and also returned it right to me. I am so appreciative of the service that Sarah and her team gave me and would not hesitate to go back again!

Car in the shop multiple times, can’t fix the problem, only temporarily fixes then the car has the same issues. Thousands of dollars down the drain and the car still isn’t running properly. Don’t waste your time! Take it to someone that can really repair cars.

My mom and I went to batteries plus to have a new battery installed in our Expedition. When the tech went to install the battery ,he found that the old one was so corroded that the battery terminal broke in his hand. The tech told me I would need a tow truck. I walked over to Christian Brothers Automotive and what a wonderful experience the moment I walked through the door. The woman at the front desk took my info and another person follwed me back to my car and was able to get it started and drove it to the shop. They fixed my battery terminals, installed my new battery and an oil change and we had our car back in a few hours. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The guy who calls with information (I believe I’ve spoken to Cal both times) is amazing in terms of explaining the vehicle’s problems in great detail, being patient and allowing questions. He is honest about what’s needed and doesn’t pressure you otherwise. I greatly appreciate his straightforwardness. They also shuttled me to work after unexpectedly having to drop off my vehicle first thing in the morning.

We have had multiple excellent experiences with the Brentwood location of Christian Brothers. Keith is the best mechanic there is! (Ask for him) We will definitely bring our other vehicles in the future.

I had ordered shocks for my truck but I was not able to get the coils on my self. I spoke with a very nice and helpful mechanic. They were able to assist me in a timely manor. Most places wouldn’t help you if they were not doing all the work themselves. They were by far the best experience I have had with a mechanic. I look forward to doing more business with them.

I had them look at a 2014 Genesis for me that I thought I was going to buy. Being from out of state ( NJ) it was paramount that I had an honest set of eyes give me a thorough review to protect myself from making a bad decision. Sure enough they did their job and then some. Best repair shop in town. These guys get work done on time, they are reasonable in price, communicate well and, unlike the dealer, they do the work needed to fix your car’s problem without trying to add unnecessary extras or treating you like you are bothering them (as dealers always do). Christian Brothers in Brentwood truly exceeds! They have been exceptional in finding the cause and correcting the problem with my car. The service was great and the people were wonderful! Im curious as to why there are multiple five star experiences to this company. They overcharge about three times more than any other shop. Ive received multiple quotes from this shop over the years Ive lived in Brentwood. Christian Brothers has always overcharged me. The last line was when I was quoted 1050 for a job that three other shops quoted me 200-400 dollars for. Their technicians also took a no do not begin repairs on my vehicle as a go ahead to finish 80 percent of my vehicles work. In which Monday afternoon I received a call that my car is almost done and I have to say what? In this case they were forced to price match another companys quote because they made the mistake of repairing my vehicle for 800 dollars more. If you do not have a prior history of fixing cars, understanding labor hours, or prices of parts...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I called another auto repair shop the day before, they told me they didn’t take appointments, but to come in right at 8:00am when they opened and they would get me right in. First, the owner didn’t even arrive to unlock the doors until 8:15. Then, after he had already checked me in, he said that they wouldn’t be able to pull my car back until after 1:00pm! I left immediately and called Christian Brother’s Automotive. I had never been there before, but the gentleman I spoke to checked with the guys in the garage and they said they could squeeze me in! When I got there, they were professional and friendly, had my oil changed and tires rotated as well as a complimentary inspection completed, all in under an hour. After that great service, I brought my husband’s car in the very next day and experienced the same exemplary service again. If this is what they are like all the time, I will be a loyal customer for life!

I never write reviews, but for this I had to. Christian Brothers were beyond excellent this morning. My driver side window broke while I was driving to work this morning and Christian Brothers were the closest mechanic. They were nothing short of attentive, compassionate and kind. They understood that I didnt have much to pay and did everything they could to keep cost down and to give me all of my options. Sara at the front desk was wonderful. I have never seen a mechanic be so compassionate and kind. My window is fixed and I will definitely be back for any other issue in the future. To the girls like me that cant go to a mechanic without having your Dad on speaker phone... these are the guys to go to! Christian Brothers are Dad APPROVED.

I made a appointment 2 days prior to coming in . Realized I was going to pay for a diagnosis for my heating problem. Drop the car off at 9:15 AM I called at 1:30 PM I was told the car was on the rack. They are taking a look at it right now. I waited until 415 to call back . They told me that the car is on the rack now.The shop closes at 5:30pm needed my car to get home. They finally gave me a call back at 5 PM I felt like they did not take enough time to do a proper diagnosis. I feel like I just wasted $99. They had also told me that I had a problem with my oil filter and my car was leaking oil and they could not do the oil change. I’ve had this car for six months and not once have I seen in oil Stain on my driveway or where I park. So therefore I will never go back to Christian brothers very disappointed in the service.

Ive used Christian brothers three times now.Ive never had any problems with my vehicles after taking them to Christian Brothers. However, their pricing is not in line with the market.I was quoted nearly $900 for brakes recently - I took the same vehicle to another shop in town, they said I didnt need what CB recommended. Got out for $250, and the symptoms I was having with my brakes have gone away.I was quoted $1400 for a timing belt & water pump. Called around town - found a place that will do it for $950 AND pay for a rental for the day.They also seem to be getting too busy for their own good. I received a phone call that said my car was finished on my last visit - when I arrived, it was not.I believe they are a well-intentioned shop that tries to do the right thing. However, I simply am not willing to pay 30-50% more for the same work as other local shops. I dont have an extra $1000+ to spend simply to do business with a Christian organization.Shop around, folks!

Darlene (owner) was understanding and apologetic and went above and beyond to ensure the matter was addressed and subsequently provided a reimbursement for my service. This was unexpected and greatly appreciated. I believe the company does stand behind providing quality service and we will be back with our vehicles in the future.

A year ago my adult son got a nail in his tire. Brentwood shop fixed quickly as we waited and charged him zero. Asked us to remember them for future needs.Fast forward to present and my 12 year old high mileage SUV skipping a beat. By the afternoon Id gotten phone call explaining problem with most basic repair as well as more extensive options. No high pressure sales, just options and honest recommendation that matched my needs and cars age.Not inexpensive but no more than comparable auto shops. Work completed by next day. To top it off, they gave me a coupon for future towing reimbursement. Will definitely be a customer of Brentwood CB from now on. Little touches can make such a difference on top of hood service.

I have used Christian Brothers Automotive in Brentwood, TN, since 2009 and have nothing but praise for this group of professionals. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. On at least two occasions, their second opinion saved me from unneeded repairs. I have moved from Nashville, but recently urged my daughter to go there with her car. She was delighted that she did.

Very customer oriented and friendly staff, from folks who answered from phone, staff in the front desk, driver, and even technicians!!for example, when I had heard some weird noise coming from my back of the car after regular maintenance, they imediately offer another check up free. technician sat in the car with me to drive around, and eventually had to lift the car to check again. The issue end up with a screw loosened on my license plate, and its nothing to do with their maintenance work. However, their action showed how they care about customers!

Ive been using Christian Brothers for about 7 years and have never had a bad experience with them. They are fair, honest and knowledgeable. Finding a good automotice place is not easy in my opinion. Christian Brothers is one of the best Ive found as Ive lived in many places around the country. I trust them because theyll only fix and charge me for what is actually needed and because they know what theyre talking about. I recently used them when a local Honda dealership off I65 on Murfreesboro Rd told me I needed a bunch of repairs when I took my car there for a Honda safety recall. Rather than let the dealership perform the repairs I took the car to Christian Brothers to have it checked and learned that the problems were all invented and I didnt need the work done after all. It was over $1000 that I saved. Then, two weeks ago I took a different car in for maintenance and a checkup before a long hot trip to Arizona. They did the work and the car performed great. Today, they called me just to check on how the car performed during the trip and to make sure everything was okay. Who else does that? I recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

While another local automotive shop left me waiting over two weeks for a part and to have my vehicle fixed, Matthew at Christian Brothers had the part ordered and in house within a day! If you own a jeep wrangler avoid this group. My dash displayed nobus which is the computer in the jeep. They tried to sell me a new dash panel. Wranglers are very easy to work on and they did not know how to fix it.

This is an outstanding company. I almost cried of happiness when I got my car back today. After I had taken my car to 3 different places for a noise that no one could figure out, Christan Brothers took my car in for a diagnosis and even though it took an extra day, they made sure to figure out where the noise was coming from. I got it back today with no noise and they didnt even charge me for all of the extra time and effort they did. I am forever greatful for this company.

Horrible business and customer service. They get one star only because I had to choose that to post the review. Although I had been told this is not a good place to take my car, I was desperate and needed to find out what was wrong with my car as it was shaking badly when sitting still or in reverse. I chose this place because it was across the street from where I worked and was convenient. That was a big mistake. I leave my car there first thing in the morning and was told they should be able to get to it and I should receive a call before any work is done to the car. When I havent heard from them by noon I call and ask about the status of my car. I was told they werent sure if they would get to it that day. I told the person on the phone that I was coming to get the car and not to look at it, that I would take it elsewhere. By the time I get across the street to get my car, they claim it has already been pulled inside and parts have been taken off of it. And the mechanic has gone to lunch. Therefore, I will be charged the $90 fee to look at my car. I specifically told them not to look at it as I was picking the car up and in less than 5 minutes they have taken parts off. Later I was told what was wrong with my car and it was ridiculous. I only wanted to fix the problem. Bad spark plugs. Their price: $1,000. Needless to say I took my car elsewhere and was able to fix the issues for $200. This company saw a woman that was desperate to get her car fixed and completely took advantage of the situation. I would not recommend this business to anyone. Not only did I leave their business with a car that wasnt fixed, but I was also out $100 just for looking at my car after I told them I was coming to pick it up. Horrible business and customer service. After all of this I receive a card in the mail from them. At first I thought maybe it was a refund for what I paid. But no, just a card letting me know they look forward to working with me again. Ridiculous.

My first service experience outside of my vehicles dealer brand in 20 years was a great one - Jimmy Weddingon is a rock star - Dan Ott, even more so! My Jeep was well cared for and attention to detail was evident throughout. Would I recommend - most definitely. Nice touch to get a report with photos texted to my phone.

Walked in and asked for a tire rotation and alignment. Instead of taking my money, I was asked if my front end was shaking, I said no and it was recommended that I only get the tires rotated as the alignment wasnt needed. Im impressed and will be back for my scheduled services. Thats the way to earn my business.

Where do I start? Despite having little to no contact with me, they looked at my car the same day it arrived. By tow truck. Tried twice to get touch with me before the day ended. When that didn’t work, called me fairly early the next morning. In their diagnostics testing they found out early that it was something that would be covered by my warranty and offered to take it to the dealership themselves, which I feel is above and beyond the job duties of anyone who worked there. Because of what they found, they also didn’t charge me. My two biggest concerns going into this was getting my car to the right place and money, and they single handedly alleviated both of them. I wouldn’t mind coming to them again even though they are fairly expensive.

Brother works there

Ive taken all of our cars here for years but their service seems to have fallen off of a cliff this year. I had a bunch of routine maintenance done on my wifes car. I took it out a few days later to pick up breakfast, and realized that the power steering was going out, then the pulley fell off while I was in the drive through and it was impossible to steer. They hadnt tightened the pulley. I had it towed to their shop which was on Sunday morning. They called Monday and said that they would have to order new parts and that theyd be in on Tuesday. No apology for being without the car for three days when it was their mistake. Luckily it broke down in a good place and I was driving and not my wife. And to top it off, they had charged $40 to change the cabin air filter. That was labor only! Thats dealer pricing.And to top all this off, I found out today that when they changed the transmission fluid in my car earlier this year, they overfilled it by a quart. Yep, Im done with Christian Brothers.
