They did a shoddy job, damaging the tv cable behind the wall that ended up killing my tv. At first they blamed Xfinity, then said 3 years was a usual lifespan for a TV. I sent the owner a video proving their installation caused the damage and they didn’t apologize, try to make it right or ultimately care at all. Mistakes happen, but own up to it and try to make it right.

We have had several TVs mounted and remotes programmed! We were educated by the sweet gentlemen how to use the TVs and remotes to make electronics easier and more enjoyable for us! We’ve had computers fixed, whether hard drives or screens! Had them connect speakers and receivers for great movie theater sound in our living room! They set up the best microphones and speakers for professional sounding karaoke at home! Also a big plus is the clean up they do after their work unlike other companies we’ve used!!! Our family knows the owner personally so we know that during Covid, the company owner and the personnel all took the responsibility to quarantine as the CDC and government suggested! The office manager lady on the phone was responsive, very professional and helpful! The guys were such fun hard workers! Highly recommend this company that works hard to make sure all your needs are met above and beyond!

Great customer service and very professional installation. I was worried that trying to mount above my fireplace over very thick tile would not be possible. My biggest concern was drilling could potentially crack the tile, which would lead to a costly repair. Zach came in and handled the job with ease. He even took the time to organize and zip tie my cables behind the tv so everything was neat and organized. I could not be happier with the level of service We Mount TVs provided. The guys were really nice but we miss Zach. We utilized Zach’s service three separate times and he was quick and seamless. TOTALLY different experience without him. The three guys just seemed sloppy and inexperienced. Bummer. Probably won’t call them in the future.EDIT - we do appreciate the follow-up call from the company owner attempting to make things right. Apparently person in Nashville area is not interested in installing Mantel Mount products. I called and told representative the scope of services needed and he didnt seem interested when I told him we planned to use the pull down mounts. We had to have some wiring done prior to install and he recommended that we call back when we were closer to being ready to install. I called back a little over a week later then texted pics of walls where we wanted televisions mounted. I asked rep to look at pics and recommend alternatives to using the mounts we had previously discussed. He did not call me back. I texted him the next day asking if he was still interested in installing televisions. He replied he would call me in an hour. Never got a call back from We Mount TVs. Geek Squad was happy to schedule install.

Zach is a very hard worker and and great at his job. We had a very difficult install, what he described as the hardest ever, due to some less than ideal contractor decisions. It took him much longer than expected, but he stayed until it was done. He also helped us by providing advice when we had to change the TV after a storm knocked it out. He is very responsive and just a good guy. Highly recommend.

Zach was great. Easy to contact, on time, and professional. We had a slightly complicated install (that another company said they couldn’t do) with stacked stone above a mantle but he did the job with ease. His work was excellent and he cleaned up once he was finished. I would highly recommend “We Mount TVs” and if we have any further installation needs they will be our first call.

Zach came to our house to mount 4 TVs. Two on a “special surface.” One was on stone and one was on brick. He clearly knew exactly what he was doing. Mounted all 3 of them perfectly and quickly. He made sure they were right where we wanted them. Used a perfect mount for each one. At our last house we had bought our own mounts, mounted them ourselves. It was so much work and never looked nearly as good as these do. So glad we hired them this time around and would highly recommend them!

Zach is an incredible technician. I arranged the service from Amazon after purchasing a 55 inch TV. Zach called me on the phone a few days prior to the scheduled time to touch base. He was flexible in moving a time at the last minute when something came up for me. What I liked most is that he is entirely pleasant and easy to get along with.
