We recently had our air ducts and vents cleaned in our home. From the initial call in to schedule the service all the way to the end was great! The service technicians were prompt, friendly and did a great job. They explained everything along the way and I feel took their time to make sure the job was done right. They did a great job. I am a real estate agent and often get asked for service referrals. I would not hesitate to refer Mr Bs to my clients.

The staff did a great job. Professional, courteous, answered all my questions, and showed up on time. They even showed me the stuff collected from the ducts and the dust on the filter.

They did a good job and were very professional. We had one crew at the house we sold and one crew at the house we bought. We got a discount on the second house (multiple house discount). All crew members were prompt and did their best not to disturb us as we worked from home. If you think you need duct cleaning, this group would be a good one to use.

We wasted money several years ago with another company that did air duct cleaning. I had seen Mr. Bs advertised on one of the local TV channels and knew how good of a reputation they had. The technicians were professional and were thorough in their work. They adhered to safety guidelines and were careful and respectful to our carpets, floors, and furniture. I was quite pleased with the air quality in my house when they were done.

Mr. Bs was amazing to work with. I called on Monday with the request to get someone out prior to Wednesday before our move into our new construction. I knew I had waited and there was no guarantee, but Mr. Bs wanted to make sure our request made and had 2 technicians out the next day cleaning! The technicians were on time and wore shoe covers when they were inside cleaning my ducts and vents. I have asthma and the cleaner vents have helped to reduce my symptoms inside my house.

Good and professional. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is they werent wearing masks (during Covid 19) when they came in and out of my home. Im not paranoid or anything...but thats just a more professional touch Ive seen with other contractors. Also it would have been nice to see what they removed from my ducts after the duct cleaning. If they werent able to show me live, maybe they could have snapped some photos to show what was removed. Again, another contractor did that (show before and after photos of work done in crawl space). But I would use them again.
