This was my first time ever working with Enterprise and on a scale of 1 to 10 I would rate this company as a 10. My experience was great from the first call I made to make a reservation up until the day I returned the vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Caitlin and she was awesome! She had a great personality! She was busy when I first arrived but she still took the time to stop what she was doing and greet me! She was also very pleasant and friendly to work with, she did verything with a smile and I could tell she enjoys her job and shes great at what she does! She made my first experience one of the best ever! Oh yeah, and the vehicle I rented was nice and clean!

ERC has sent me an inflated updated bill for almost $400 claiming it needed to be cleaned.After asking around, I’ve discovered that ERC is known for sending an additional bill to their clients for cleaning or claiming expensive damage occurred.A $400 cleaning bill. They demanded the car back as soon as repairs were done to my car. I certainly would have taken the time to give the cheap economy car an $8 dollar wash if I had known they would charge $400 for cleaning.ERC is trash.

The worst place to rent a car second time Ive tried to rent a car here and everytime a nightmare.Cant keep personal because of the sorry customer service.Go National or Alamo

Super easy..!! Loved the Red Truck I rented. It took no more than 10 minutes from getting there before I was driving away. The employees were professional and nice.

Takes forever to answer the phone and for a rental car company they seem to not have any vehicles to rent.

I enjoyed things more when Thomas was there. The new people are not as friendly and things seem to take longer. The rental I got was dirty. Despite everything I will continue to rent there just because its cise to me and convenient. Hope things change for the better.

We always have good experiences when we rent from Enterprise. They work with you and try to get the best vehicle for your needs. They are friendly at the Brenham one. I haven’t rented from anyone else. Just do your part and make sure it comes back as you took it out and they will remember you the next time you want to rent again.

Im to through with enterprise, this is 2020 and when Thomas was there he messed over a lot of people cause he wasnt doing right it should not be held against the customer for what he did so I will spend my money elsewhere. 1 rating for me. Talking about $108 from 2012, are you kidding me.

Good service, fast and easy. Car was good (Nissan Rogue Sport), but not really clean. Facia of the air outlet in the middle (the left one) was missing, so it was almost impossible to get the A/C air pointing on the driver. Did tell the employee when I brought the car back, no answer from him why the facia was missing...

I had a great experience here, and I really have never had that at a car rental place before. Thomas took great care of my wife and I, he was able to sqeaze us in an affordable rental last minute and he was a pleasure to deal with. If I need a rental again, this is were I will go.

I can not say enough about how wonderful they were to us at this Enterprise location. It was a smooth easy transaction and I was very impressed with their service. This was my first time ever renting a vehicle and they made it so easy. I will use them again if ever need be. Thanks guys and especially to the manager Thomas who took extra good care of my veteran husband.

First time Ive rented a car(due to car accident). I asked when am I supposed to return it and what time. She said we will call you when you need to return it. I just saw that yesterday was the return date. They never called me. I dont know what to do. Its sunday and theyre closed. I wish they wouldve told me they close at noon on Saturdays. Now I have to wait for bastrop to open. So I can drop it off there. I dont want risk it getting damaged at their location.

Most agrivating part was.... they told me it was a full tank of gas and it was marked on the paperwork it was a full tank of gas... it was actually 3/4 tank but I had to fill it up before returning. I mentioned it when I returned and was blown off. I tool a picture when I picked up the car but that didnt matter.

The service was excellent. . . always our go to place to rent an auto.

I rent from this location a couple time each month. The service has ALWAYS been the best. Thomas is so professional and polite. I have had a few cars that need a little TLC but Thomas usually takes care of it. This last time I did have a car that the headliner was full of stains. 37k miles so maybe it it time for a major cleaning. I had it for over a week. Sure next time will be better!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!! rented a damaged compact Chevy from Ashley. She made a tiny nearly illegible notation on the agreement form. One-way 16 hour trip. Due to our lack of education, necessity for proof of location, (phone, dates, times, pics, receipts etc) and a very late night, actually super early morning drop-off. (without camera or surveillance capability) we were victims of fraudulent claims of delayed delivery due to impounded as the notation alleged and damage (which was noted on the agreement)!!!!!!!!!!!!!! From Texas to Nebraska there is ABSOLUTELY NO RECORD of impounded vehicle VIN number in ANY state! Ashleys manager ... in my opinion made that notation. They could not prove the date of delivery,,,,,,,,,,,,however neither could we. the total two bills....14 extra days and over $900 damage claim. ENTERPRISE tried to collect nearly $1800 EXTRA. I had to pay the overage due to my lack of delivery proof. They did drop the damage collection process though when I produced MY COPY of the original agreement. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! and BE PREPARED WITH PROOF! of your rental agreement, pickup and delivery.........Do you realize ENTERPRISE is #1 in customer FRAUD claims.......just saying......GO TO SOMEONE TRUSTWORTHY in my opinion. ENTERPRISE IS NOT!

Rented one time, great experience.Rented a car for Monday (5/13) called to check before leaving Giddings to get car no cars. Would get cars during day. Called during day and finally at 5 they had a truck and Mustang. Told them to please hold one and Ill be in at 7:30a (5/14).We arrived at 7:30 NO cars. I had a deposition on Houston at 10. Then they said they werent supposed to rent to people from Giddings and neither could Katy, which they offered to take me. Id have to go to College Station, but wouldnt be able to get to my deposition since out of my way.I rented a couple months ago from here and live in Giddings. Suddenly I guess I wouldnt have been able to even if they had a car.This is ridiculous.

I rent from Enterprise in Brenham often and always have a great experience. Angela and Thomas are always so helpful, even when they are extremely busy. Its always a pleasure working with them. I look forward to many more rentals with them.

The guy there acts like hes scared to talk on the phone. Short and quick to hang up or transfer you to someone in another country.

We have rent a car in Mai 2018. in Brenham Texas. Your colleague Thomas Dulaney gave us very good advice. We have fair conditions and felt very comfortable. We rented a Toyota Corolla and drove almost 2000 kilometers. The vehicle was very comfortable. Once again thanks to Mr. Dulaney, If we come back to the US we will only contract with enterprise

We obviously had to get a rental car and in the beginning we got a Ford Fiesta which wasnt very confortable for my grandmother and at some point during the time that our vehicle was in the shop the car that we were driving got sold I live with my 84 year old grandmother and my three-year-old child (who had a stomach bug at the time) and switching the cars out was going to be an issue so not only did they come to my house and switch out the vehicles but they gave me a free upgrade and upgraded me from a Ford Fiesta to a brand new Dodge Charger theyve been very helpful and with my hands full I really appreciate their willingness to be as convenient as possible

This is the fourth time I have done business with the team at Enterprise in Brenham. They are amazing!! SOOO helpful, courteous and friendly. I would definitely do business with them anytime in the future.

I was heading from Austins to Houston for spring break with my kids when my car overheated. Thank goodness we were 15 min from Brenham. We got there 5min before they closed. Kim and Thomas were so helpful and got me in and out within 20 min. I dropped the car in Friendswood on Saturday, when I called on Monday to confirm that everything was good. I was told an additional fee would be applied. I called and spoke to Angels and Thomas for 2+ days to get everything corrected. They went above and beyond to make sure I was satisifed and happy with everything. This is how you get repeat customers! THANK YOU ANGELA AND THOMAS!

Enterprise is such a joke, Scheduled a reservation with them to get a car for a trip and was told to pick it up at 2:30 so called the enterprise at 9 am and 11 am to confirm my rental and he said he had no cars in his inventory and that he had 27 people ahead of me so please tell me why would you make a reservation knowing that. Brenham enterprise is a damn joke so now instead I have to call every dealership to see if I can find a last minute rental. 0 STARS DONT USE THESE PEOPLE!!

Absolutely worst experience ever. Ive never had bad experience renting vehicle until now in Brenham Tx. My vehicle was scheduled for repairs 9-27-16. I contacted Enterprise the week before requesting pickup truck. Contacted 9-26-16 was told no problem. When I arrived at 7:20 am was told no truck but would have one about noon. I left in Jerp Compass very poor vehicle. Contacted them several times during the day. Finally about 4 pm they notified me it was in. The next morning Jerp would not start. Contacted Enterprise was told they could do nothing and I should call AAA. Today is Thursday my pickup should be ready tomorrow so Jeep still sitting. I will never rent from Enterprise AGAIN.

Gave me a suburban because it was the only car they had left and neglected to tell me that it would be an additional 20 dollars per day. I had no idea until my card was charged. Took it back and they put me in a smaller vehicle. Continued to charge my card without warning (not the rental deposits, much higher amounts instead).

Terrible service, the car we rented in Fl broke down and they couldnt get us a car in Texas to continue our journey. Brenham TX employees lousy service. Total disinterest. They picked up the damaged van and left us at the facility without a car, they didnt even offer to take us somewhere safe.
