Lived here for over two years. Nice and quiet area in town. They always took care of any maintenance things needed and office staff were kind and helpful.

I can not say enough great things about Cortin Village! I rented an apartment for my daughter while she was attending college in Brenham and she loved it. The complex is very clean and well maintained and I always felt that she was safe there. Her apartment had new carpet and was freshly painted. The staff is amazing and was always available when my daughter or I had questions. I highly recommend them!!

Great place to live...sad we had to move. Quiet, safe and awesome management! Would definitely live here again!

Rent constantly increases for the same quality apartments. If you are okay with paying a high premium, it is an okay place to live.

Could be better. Had a door issue took a whole month for them to fix.

Do not move here! The owner is extremely disrespectful. On several occasions he came and knocked on my door and yelled at me for no reason. One time he was so bad about it his daughter (who also works there) made him come back and apologize. It is a family owned business that will squeeze every dollar of out you. He doesnt seem to know what hes talking about and I have caught them lying to me more than once! They do not have 16 years of experience thats a boldfaced lie this complex has only been here since 2006.I am moving out asap.
