Had to get a new battery this morning and Patricia “Pat” was the rep that helped me out. She was extremely patient in helping me find the right battery and she changed it out for me! She was very helpful, professional, and her customer service skills were on point! It was an all around pleasant experience thanks to her! The store had everything I was looking for although the staff seemed to treat me differently than the male customers. They were so much more friendly & helpful to them than to me hence the reason for the 2 out of 5 stars rating!

Great help when not too busy. Usually good results when finding your part. No questions asked when returning mistaken part in clean condition. A few excellent deals on products if you pay attention and shop the sales.

I went in to get some power steering fluid and asked the person checking out to help put in for me. Which was “as he stated “assistant manager “ stating they don’t have to service or help customers any more. I asked when did that policy started? The manager stated it’s up to the people helping that customer 🤷🏽‍♀️ Bad customer service this day. I usually go in and buy what ever fluids and they are happy to help. Not this assistant manager name Lane 🤦🏽‍♀️

When I visited the store to get some parts the lady who helped me was awesome. My truck has some Frankenstein parts where their system shows one part but it actually needs a part from a different build. She was more than willing to help me look at a different model to compare and we found the part I needed. Thanks again.

Not the best customer service.

I work for autozone and very bad service at this place went to get me new shocks and tried to I stall them and they were to big and got stuck and messed up taking them back out. Went back to get my money back and said he could not return them since they were all beat up. The shocks went half way up and got stuck and would not come back out and needed to get back home. And when I said to return just the one un used one he said he could only return them in pairs.

Don’t go to Brenham autozone in the afternoon the people on that shift will just waste your time saying they have something in stock on the phone and when you get there Fred will say “na man we are out of stock we stay out of stock, good luck“ just because he doesn’t want to do anything but stand around I wasted 4 40 mile round trips and came up empty handed every time Brenham auto zone is a joke go to o Reilly or napa

Although their parts selection is adequate, finding someone to help you obtain your part is quite a chore. If you do happen to find someone to help, it will be the new person who doesnt even know anything yet, so THEY now have to wait for help, too. You need to be ready to fight for your place in line, because the employees seem to have favorite customers, and if you arent one of them, you will be ignored until you protest. And dont waste your time calling the store. They wont answer.

The guys are knowledgeable and seem to help to an extent, but if they would just focus on the service instead of flirting with female customers......

Went in to check something out for my car was in there 15 minutes looking for what I needed and no one bothered to even ask me if I needed help. Employees were too busy talking about their weekend to bother with me.

Good inventory of parts but it seems they have a high employee turnover and the ones that are knowledgeable go away quickly somewhere else. Often times there is a wait to be helped

Was racially profiled here and treated like a criminal just because i was comparing the slop in crescent wrenches. First, I asked if i could borrow a wrench to check my differential fluid. Ive borrowed tools here before without issue but this time an older black guy was very rude to me and told me i couldnt just use one of their wrenches, as if i was gonna walk out with a wrench they had for sale and use it/ steal it. Then i was looking at wrenches to buy when again i recieved attitude from this guy. After having paid for a wrech I noticed the adjustment in the wrench had alot of slop in it so I informed the guy who checked me out that i was going to go check the other wrenches to see if any of the other ones were better. He said that was fine and the same employee aproached me again as if i was stealing his wrenches it was at this point that i told him off but wow this dude must of been having a bad day because he seemed to have an issue with me just for shopping there. If youre reading this you should check your attitude and prejudices at the door because you work in customer service.

They always what I need wish they were open till 10pm but hey we all have to leave work sometime. Love my store.

Yea, I cant get it out of my mind. A customer was belittled and embarrassed in front of the whole store by an employee. It was terrible. I had to stand there and watch the whole thing just to get some service. Ridiculous behaviour by the employee. Not impressed.

The sales person ordered the wrong part for my husband even though he was told that the part he needed was for a 1971 Chevorlet pick up truck. He received the part and it was for a Ford Grand Prix car! So they dont know what theyre doing. Imcompetence to say the least!

The store manager is rude, some of the employees don’t know what they are doing , the store manager hires certain people, the store use to have EVERYTHING I need , I could walk in get what I need and walk out !! Now I have go to OReily just to get what I need !! I only still come there because of Sammy and Gilbert . Other than that the store is horrible now
