Will not return calls and dont care if you need your meds or not..

Waiting and waiting. I has to cancel last week because of illness and was told to come on the next week as sit and wait status between 9am and 2pm. They didnt tell me they shut down for lunch from 1 pm till 2 pm. I arrived at 12:45 and was not seen. Then everyone left for lunch at 1 pm. I was subsequently told when everyone returned at 2pm that I would have to wait after people who had appointments. What kind of operation is this? Am I being punished for cancelling a previous appointment? Why was I told to come between 9-2 pm when no one is here at 1 pm? That is misleading and hurtful to me. Who is running this operation?

Very bad experience here - made to wait OVER 2 hours, and then finally told at 5:00 pm that the dr. wont be able to see me, reschedule for NEXT week. 😞 Rude nurse, rude doctor, and the receptionist is out of touch with reality - she kept saying - it will just be a few minute wait - umm ... 2 hours and 15 minutes is not a few minutes. All of this on my Birthday. Wow.
