We have used Entec for years for the quarterly spraying services of our home. Robert S. has been our technician and has done an excellent job of meeting any request we have for pest control issues. He is very dependable, always on time, never forgets to send us reminder notices of appointment dates and times, and has always been very considerate and friendly. He is a true asset to your company!

Weve used Entech for 4+ years. Always been really easy to work with and helpful to wrangle those darn wasps, spiders and mice. Today Robert went out of his way to call and let me know one of my split level air conditioning units was dripping water inside our guest house. Hard telling how long that would have gone on had he not called.

Robert with Entec is our technician. He has always been the person to service our property. He usually calls ahead, is very courteous and always arrives on time. We have a rural property, so he also treats for scorpions. For 10 years we have been very satisfied with Robert and Entec.

Unfortunately the company made very poor judgement in hiring Ben as a technician, he’s nice long enough until he can’t manage his time properly then is very unprofessional with his excuses and snarky comments. Scheduling guy that answered the main line was also rude, and seemed to care less that the technician wasn’t showing up to the job or that they were losing a customer. Whoever is managing these guys needs to step it up so that this doesn’t happen to another customer.

Torrey was very professional and helpful with suggestions as to how to avoid infestations. On time and thorough.

Called these people out to perform a new site setup and do continued quarterly service. First visit a tech and a trainee came out. Set everything up. Continued to have issues with scorpions, spiders and ants even after treatment. Had them scheduled to come out again for the quarterly service on the 18th and the tech couldn’t make the timeframe given using an excuse that he had been waiting 30 minutes for another customer to write a check. Rescheduled with them for today at 11am. No call and no showed for the appointment window. Called into the office and spoke with the person who was supposed to schedule the techs out and he stated that the tech wasn’t scheduled for today. Informed him that the tech indeed scheduled with my wife for today after my wife verified with the tech that she did not need to call into the office to reschedule with them. The man at the office said his tech would have no possibly making our appointment as he was on another call that worth $300 dollars like somehow my $200 dollar initial setup fee and $85 quarterly charge pale’s in comparison to his other commercial job for the day. Called the tech back to ask where he was at and what time we could expect him. The tech bashed the man in the office as “losing his mind” and that he gave his boss the information to schedule today’s appointment with us. Then the tech states that the previous person in his position messed up the way the routes are configured to complete. All excuses in my mind for not being good at his job. I then asked how soon he could come out as we are still having problems and he gave me 2:45 to 3 pm window today. I asked how can I be sure that you’ll make it out today seeing you’ve missed two other previous appointments. The tech says “Is there ever really a guarantee in life”. That’s when I fired this unprofessional company. I’m out the $200 initial setup that’ll I’ll most likely have to spend with another company to get started. Don’t waste your time or money with Entec.

Super thorough, kind (Especially Lowell!) and punctual staff. Whatever they use keeps bugs (for the most part) gone. Great local necessity.
