Was a loyal customer. How do I get a refund? Half the machine are labeled out of order. Of the that arent, most dont work. Washer took my money n didnt do anything. Switched machines n found 1 that did. After putting cloths in dryer, out money in n it spun for 24 mins. No heat. Cost me double to do my wash today n twice as much time. Time to find new place

Went there last week and I out of all the laundry mats Ive been around Texas this by far has been the WORST one. More then half of their machines are out of order (washer & dryer). One machine didnt even drain the dirty water out so the clothes were soaking wet and as for the dryers you basically have to put almost 3 dollars just to dry up a small load because they dont heat up to well. If you dont want to be disappointed youre better off going to the laundry mat on Market Street.

A nasty laundromat in a run down location. Drugs and thugs. Ppl stinking up the bathroom and walking out leaving the door open. Bums or crackheads and alcoholics running up to you begging for money or look like theyre about to rob you. A high risk location.

Dirty and rundown, machines with the door ripped off. Disgraceful washroom, good thing is out of order.

Id give zero stars if I could. Place sucks! Dont go there.

The owner is so nice every Sunday he bring donuts for everyone in there

You have to use the first row machines or the front load machines, the other washing machines dont work well.
