I have been using Broadwaves for a while, I rely on their services to work from home. Their services are of good quality, great customer service, very responsive. This company doesnt charge for installation, have no contracts and they have been around for a while. They are always happy to answer your questions and help you if you have any problems. Only companies that care, stay on business for a while and they have. Thank you Broadwaves for making my every day work a lot easier.

Wife works from home on internet without any issues. I stream all day when I’m home while she’s working and never any issues. Have an upper package and still pay less than what I had in town and lot easier to talk to than a robot on the phone. Highly recommend. All my neighbors will too.

I have been a customer since 2002and recommend Broadwaves to anyone that asks me about internet service. I am so very satisfied with their service.I have only had to call them about a problem 3 or 4 times in 19 years and that speaks for itself.

Looking back on it over the last 15 years of continual service from Broadwaves ISP I don’t recall any time that if a problem arose I was not back up and running same day. The staff has always answered day n night when I’ve called with issues and always did everything possible (even visiting) to correct the issue. As you can guess I’m not the most affluent on a computer...lol...by far hands down best customer service in the area!

I had security cameras and internet installed at my residence. Chad was knowledgeable and professional. The internet works great and the cameras work beautifully. I love being able to look at my security cameras remotely.

I would not recommend broadwaves to anyone .There service and reliability is terrible . Do not waste your time are money with this outfit . This is not a reputable provider. There are great providers out there but not broadwaves .Stay away from broadwaves you will be glad you did .

Their service has been flawless. I am on a VPN everyday and it has provided me all the speed and service I need. Customer service is top notch.

Weve had their service for a couple years now. I only have them because I cant really get anything else to my location. Last resort. I think youre better off without internet.
