My friend went to this place and cancelled her membership because she was leaving and wasnt going to use it. They charged her for the next 3 months after she cancelled, effectively taking over $100. Tried calling them to get an explanation and a refund, and they just hang up. She physically went up there and they said that they would give her a refund and then they just charged her another $35. Employees are not trained to handle money. When asked, the employee said that he didnt actually know how to do a refund. Why would he mess with money if he doesnt know how? This is crazy and insane. I will never be coming here, based off of her difficult experience with them. If you are looking to get your money taken away from and for horrible customer service, then this place is great. Other than that, I DO NOT recommend this place at all.

I did the wash, wheels and wax. The van got clean but could have been better. Wheels were still mostly dirty. Maybe next time will be better.

It damaged my car and I’m still waiting on them to get back to me, then as I was filling out the report in the office I slipped and fell and busted both my knees really bad. Linda and Tim where very kind with the whole situation and we’re as helpful as they could be and said the main office would take care of this problem because the manager even said my car did not go into the wash like that, I went Monday morning and dropped of my two estimates. Enjoyed talking with Linda, went in for a car wash. Linda was so friendly she told me about the special they had I took that deal and referred a couple of my family members. Went another day she wasnt there a guy with a ponytail was there , he didnt have any customer service or friendliness at all. Linda and her husband was the best. I love being able to come wash my car and vacuum in a very clean business!!!This car wash has attendants that brush wash your front grill area, then you drive through. The soaping is super!! Rinse is mostly adequate, sometimes a little soap is left. The dryers are awesome!!Then you spend as much time at the vacuum as you want!I have the ultimate pass so two trips a month makes it an excellent value, more trips than that and .. well… do the math!!!I have spent $5 other places just for vacuuming and it not be adequate!!!I love this!!!

I was in Brenham after having to evacuate for Hurricane IDA and stopped by to get my 2021 Ford Expedition cleaned on 8/30/2021. The equipment pulled part of my rear fender well away from the body of the vehicle. The gentlemen working the facility were very helpful and I filled out a damage report. I was told that someone would reach out to me and was given a phone # to call. I have emailed and left several messages I have yet to receive a response from anyone. From the other reviews it seem that is SOP for these guys.

I’m giving a three star review because after the guys scrubbed the front of my car, and running it through the car wash. I noticed that there was still a lot of bug residue on the front of my car. Maybe in the future use a better formula to remove bug residue.

I’ve had the speed pass since shortly after they opened. I go pretty often. It does a pretty good job. The other day I was there and I seen a lady showing employees the spots it missed and making them wipe them clean. I wanted to say something but I didn’t. But the car wash won’t ever be perfect. It’s a machine designed to clean your vehicle yet also designed to not ding up your paint job. My opinion is the price is definitely worth the job. So yes you may have to wipe it down and hit a few missed spots. So people don’t make them guys stop and hold up the line of cars because you have a few missed spots. Bring a towel and wipe it down your self. Keep up the great work!

Does a pretty good job at washing your car and keeping it that way for a week. The vacuums are very strong when there arent very many people using them. However, it doesnt make that much sense why they have men to scrub your car at the beginning. Perhaps to get into the crevices? It suggests that the wash may be a bit lacking when the $10+ price certainly isnt...

I went through the drive through car wash in my small 2 door car and when I got to the other side to the self serve vacuum there was still spots of bird doo on my vehicle. I didnt have time to run through the car wash again but I did let them know it didnt clean the car well. The floor mat cleaner cleaned my mats well and the vacuum worked good. I just wish they had towels available for you to dry your vehicle afterwards so you werent left with water spots.

The self-serve vacuums are very strong and easy to use. The drive-thru wash tunnel does a great job, even on the back-end of SUVs. This has quickly become my favorite car wash.

Love this place for my regular car washes several times a month. The $35 monthly is unlimited visits:) I also like to go to get a few minutes of calm doing the wash:)

Previously I left my 1st bad review ever on this car wash. However, upon my last visit they could not have been nicer and more friendly. I appreciate how they took action and got rid of the bad apples. Great job!

I’ve been a fast pass holder for the last year and a half. Every time I go it’s a different car wash. Sometimes they spray my car, sometimes they don’t. Sometimes they use the brush on my car, sometimes they don’t. And on 3 separate occasions they have damaged my car by having the pressure washer too close to my wheels. I only have pictures of the last 2 times. Only good thing about this place is that it’s convenient but I will be washing my vehicle by hand from here on out.

Since the new ownership the prices have increased and they have been shut down often due to malfunctions. The previous owner needs to do Brenham a favor and repo it.

During my wash the top brush didnt come down. When I reported to the manager, he said that there was nothing he could do because it was broke and would scratch my vehicle. He claimed he had turned it off. Yet it came down without turning scratching other vehicles going through carwash. He was very unprofessional. He offer another carwash with the brush on, but it would scratch my vehicle. I told him he should let customers know so they have a choice since a refund was possible.

People are really friendly! Endless vacuums! I just wish they had the high powered air nozzles at the vacuum stations, to clean out all the cracks!

This like all other automatic car washer did a good job. The tire shine could use some tweaking. The waxing left a build up on the windows. Overall Id woukld return as a matter of fact, i purchased the unlimited washes for a monthly fee. Really good customer service.

Easy access car wash, has attendants that will get your tires and undercarriage upon entry to the automatic wash system. May want to turn in your mirrors as this is not a touchless. After the wash, has lots of well maintained and strong suction vaccum bays that are included with your car wash. Only negative is that the street once you exit the car wash, is always sorry and gravelly, but its a public road, so cant really control it.

Prices are higher than ever and the service is worse than ever. And they wont stop trying to shove their monthly subscription down your throat every time you go. Used to be my go to car wash place but not anymore.

Had damage to vehicle . Assistant Manager acknowledged the damage when it happened . Whenever I went back to further discuss the damage and to show receipts for the repairs he was never available even though saw him in the office as I pulled up. Left my name and phone to contact me and still waiting to hear from him. Asked another worked for the corporate office and was told didn’t have one. Asked for a manager and was told didn’t have one. VERY POOR customer service and relations.

First time in about a year that all the soap, wax applications actually worked! Had two guys at the rinse/pre-wash entry and that helped also! Now if you can get the entry signal lights working that indicate what wash service you are actually getting! New management/owner? Keep up the good work ! Much improvement!

This was a nice car wash, cleaned my tires, with scratch-free brushes. The workers were very courteous.

My first time going here. The young man was super helpful and I got the cheapest wash ($6). I still had a few bug splats on the car and I did have water spots. After the wash, the vacuum is free, so I did that too. My hose kept detaching from the nozzle. Overall, it was okay, but I dont know if Id go there again. I like what theyre going for, just wish everything worked a bit better.

Always hear the horror stories about going to these car washes with any kind of truck Ive never been to one in my life and will never go again. Rinsed my truck off at another manual car wash the water left spots so I decided to run through real quick even got out and asked if my truck would fit (f250 4 on 35s) guy says yes so I go through made it out pulled over to the vacuums and get out to see a scratch from the driver door all the way back to my gas door they gave me the mangers number to call tomorrow we will see how it goes I guess

The best automated car wash in the area. About all you have to do is dry and vacuum your vehicle. The vacuum is included in the price as well as a shaded drying area, wh I ch most places dont offer. Great job, guys!

Its a pretty good wash. The monthly sub is a pretty good deal as well. If you go at least twice a month, its less than the sub.

It’s a pretty quick automated car wash! The guys that use the brush on the car seem to not really care if it is clean.. they need a tip bucket, maybe that would be an incentive.. Washes the car good but not perfect if it is really in need of a thorough washing.. I have left with soap still on the car before.. The wheel shine spray that is added at the end of wash is really good though...

Have been a fast pass (monthly membership) holder since they opened with 4 company vehicles. The car wash attendant scratched the tail gate of my truck and this company is not repairing my truck. The manager Levi and I went through the video and we both can see where the damage was not there when I went through the pay gate but it is there after the car wash attendant hit it with the power wash wand.Kyle in customer care quickly denied my claim and said to respond if I had questions. I’ve written 3 emails to him and can not get a response. Worst customer experience ever. Will be canceling all 4 fast passes if this does t get corrected.Our family has owned a commercial car wash and they are raking in profits hand over foot. The average car wash costs the company less than $1. The express wash is $6 and the premium is $21. All that to say is that the $400-$500 damage sustained to my truck because of their employees negligence is a drop in the bucket. This company has 900 locations across 4 countries and cares more about profits than customer satisfaction and loyalty.To top it all off, the manager said he has asked for better cameras for claims purposes, but the company won’t invest. The security footage is rather poor in places and I guess that’s their way to deny every claim that happens there. Horribly unprofessional.

Theyve changed their practice for the express wash so that you will trade up. Other than that it is nice to have a carwash like this in Brenham

The car wash was quite good. The wheels were not as clean as I would of hoped, but not bad. This was my first time here and I plan to come back.

Car always comes out looking so dirty in the back. When you pull in the soap never works and then half the stuff never works .

Do not buy the membership and if you already have it check ur account!! I started a membership in Nov 2020 its $35 a month by January they had took out $165! I cancelled my membership yes they refunded me here it is Feb and the took out $35 again! No one answers when u call so the only way to talk to them is to drive up there!

Was in line for 50 minutes to get a car wash, the gate let 4 other people through after I paid and my gate would not go up. Guy there told me to just leave but I couldn’t because a line of cars behind me. Never going here again

I have been to the car wash in Brenham on two different occasions that I got the package with “Bug Off.” On both occasions I left with as many bugs on my grill as when I went in. Also, I’ve learned that the wash does not include an under carriage wash. I will not be back for the price and poor quality results.

This place is not good. There is always just one person working and they have no desire to do a good job or provide good customer service. Takes for ever and the machines and sprays are never working 100%.

The car wash itself is okay. Bugs don’t really come off very well. Usually a wait. They’ve sold us in these unlimited fast passes and. Now the lines are always really long. They seem to go through stag pretty often. Not a good sign.They don’t open before 8am; really not early enough. And today we were waiting there at 7:50am to get in/out and on our way and they hadn’t turned in the machines. We waited there until 8:28am; stuck in line. We are now late for an appointment and we still didn’t get our car washed.

May want to check your brushes there. Got little scratches on the sides and top of my truck. Other than that, fairly decent wash.

Sometimes it is okay, other times I hate that I didnt hand wash. Ive actually driven back through before, in a company vehicle. It never clean under my car.

I recently went to this car wash for the first time and they broke my door on my brand new truck. I cannot get anyone from their customer service department to call me back or the site manager. The manager Jeffrey was suposed to contact me but never has. Levi was the kid I talked to but he knows nothing. Told me corporate was the one to handle all damage reports but when I FINALLY got someone on the phone she told me each individual car wash handles all of that themselves. Also said someone would contact me right away. Yeah right. They lied to me at the car wash and at customer service, now I cannot get anyone on the phone! Horrible customer care! I want my door fixed!

On and off the service is great, but sometimes the operator could care less about customers.

I really liked the car wash while I was in Brenham. I did the monthly for $35.00. I called and canceled it because I am no longer in the area and I have been charged again Friday. I have called several times and all I get is music and then the recording to leave a message. They have not returned my call. I am not going to be charged for something that I canceled.

It’s a good carwash if you’re not worried about your car

The best car wash in town if you choose the $18 wash, (even if you dont choose the $18 wash, its far better than any other car wash in Brenham). I have quick pass and its the premium wash every-time for me and the gate goes up automatically! They do a good job and most of the time there are two guys pre-washing the front and back of my vehicle before going into the actual wash. I usually go a couple times a week and have no complaints.

I don’t know who owns this place but they need to hire more people. The lines are always long. If they had 2 or 3 people doing the cars when you first get up the entrance it would go much faster. Thinking about canceling my fast pass. Sometimes I go thru and they scrub the bugs off and sometimes they don’t. I guess if they feel like doing it that particular day. There is one girl that works there that does a great job. I feel sorry for her though with no help.

Great car wash

I usually come here for a quick wash and everything is fine, but today around 5:00 I was here, and the older bald employee wearing red started screaming and flailing his arms around me when I had maybe. 15 second delay in moving forward. I was picking something up off my floor. I then start moving forward and I apparently did not move my wheels to the right direction fast enough because he started flailing around and yelling again. I’ll add that there was nobody behind me in line, so no reason to freak out on me like that. I had my 3 kids in the car and I am very angry at how I was treated today.

I dont get the negativity here. The options in Brenham for car wash have been either really poor power-washer based, or an expensive detail. Car Wash USA Express offers a relatively quick, and fairly good wash at a fair price. I just washed my truck there for the third time. It was covered with love bugs. They did a good job of getting it clean. I will go back without question.

Was good when the y first opened now employees act like they dont even care. Got the most expensive wash and all the guy did was spray water on my hood and brush half of my front windshield and sent me through. Ive been there quite a few times and I know thats not how the process goes. Will not be going back again!

$35/Month. Bit expensive. The cleaning is not perfect. Soap remains on the side mirrors and some not so hard to reach places. No other complaints

Ive been a few times with my f250, the first time I bought the most expensive wash to try and remove hard water spots from a sprinkler, it reduced them but I had to use vinegar to completely remove them at home. Ive since used their $10 wash and the $6 wash twice. Ironically the last wash I did was the best. Was $6 and the employees there did an excellent job cleaning before I went through. I felt like they did a better job that time than the first time I went through and spent $20. Whoever was working 8/10/18 Friday evening yall did great!

Doesnt do a good job and never on time to open and extremely busy when they do. Here it is 8:20 and theyre still not open, 4 cars in front of me already left. Sign says they open at 8. Customer service is definitely NOT priority one at this place!!! Going to cancel my membership. To top it all off, employees walking around now at 8:30 going to their cars and just hanging out in the parking lot not even acknowledging people are waiting. You cant at least walk out and say were having problems, were going to open late, no, nothing!! I left this review 3 months ago Update, nothing has changed, sitting here at 8:10 and no one in site, still closed and suppose to open at 8, sorry excuse for a business!!

I love this place. Quick and good! We live in a dirt road and this place gets my car clean. They have an area where yiu can vacuum your car for free amd clean and detail it yourself. I usually just get the $6 wash amd I have no complaints

I never had a problem with getting my car washed. My car is cleaned and the vacuums work fine unlimited time.

When they first opened everything was great. Now we go in about the only good thing about it is that you can vacuum your car out for free sort of. The employees don’t seem to care. And we always leave now with bugs on our windshield in the back of our car is filthy. What a shame.

This place was fantastic when it was new. But many times parts of the washer isnt working, it doesnt clean the back of minivans, or trucks very well and the vacuums are hit or miss on which one is working that day. Just not as good as it once was.

The management of this location SUCKS! I dont see this place lasting with the way its being ran. If management has a Idgaf attitude, can you expect anything better from employees. CEO Tim Jackson should do us locals a favor and hire someone more qualified.-concerned citizen

Definitely the best place to wash your vehicle in Brenham. TX. The line might be long but the wash will be worth it. Free vacuum stations are a plus!

Dont do it! Truck was still dirty after I was done and tons of scratches and chips in my trucks paint once finished. Not sure if the scratches and chips were due to the car wash itself or the gentleman brushing my truck down with the brush before I entered the bay. Bottom line I wouldnt go here again even if it was free. Overpaid for a car wash and now have to live with some nice scratches and chips in my new trucks paint.

This place is something else. Suppose to open at 8am here it is 8:33 still not open. Tried calling but they will not pickup the phone and yrs they are in there. Guess Ill spend my money elsewhere. The owner needs to read all the reviews and see how much money he us losing.

First.....terrible customer service. One of the employees snagged their windshield brush on our winshield wiper. In the process of getting it separated from our wiper they managed to strip the driver side windshield wiper. Things happen, I get that. But neither of the employees acknowledged the issue, or apologized for doing it. The manager was not there but only took about 5 minutes to get there. When he arrived, he walked right passed my wife, didnt acknowledge her existence, nor did he introduce himself and apologize for the inconvenience. Instead, he grabbed a brush and began instructing the two teenagers on the proper way to use the brush. He still hasnt even introduced himself yet. I got out and told him it was the front wiper not the back, still no introduction or apology. We then followed him into the filthy office and he gave us a incedent packet to fill out. Still, no introduction or any conversation for that matter. We had to ask him his name, he gave only his first name. We had to ask for the information and employee names for the report. Then he said he would submit it and give him a week or so. Awesome. He only half way apologized as we were walking out of the office. Terrible customer service, no conflict resolution skills, please wait to retrain your employees in front of us.....on our own car no less!!!!!! We will most likely be cancelling our 2 fast passes. There is always something broken on the car wash, and it usually takes 2 trips through to get all of the soap off. We are done with this place.

Great Car wash but they should have a prewash station with soap and brushes for customers to use instead of the attendant taking way too long when there is a line all the way down the driveway.
