THEY ARE AWESOME @ AAA STORAGE ! Ran in to get a unit and asked Melody if she knew of some movers... she lined me right up with some guys !! They were there in 1.5 hours and worked so hard & FAST ( but careful w/my Antiques)

I had been renting from a different local storage company for about two years - they had been just OK, but I needed more room.I stopped in to check on available units at AAA and they had the exact size unit I was looking for.They provide electric power and built-in lightning in the unit, which was a huge bonus over other units around Brenham.Also, they provide 24/7 access to business owners, which was not the case everywhere I checked.The Property Manager Melody is so great to work with - very courteous, enthusiastic, and professional!It’s always a ton of effort to move everything around, load up, and haul it to a different place, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the decision to move everything to AAA, wish I had done it sooner.

I have rented UHaul trailers three times in the past four months. Today was the second time I worked with Melody. This time we were moving a full load to our vacation home. In the same week we sold our Brenham home and had grand babies #3 and 4. I called Melody and pleaded for a trailer Monday morning if not sooner so we could get on the road to see our Dallas GB and get to Oklahoma for Thanksgiving with family so we could arrive in North Carolina on Friday to do an E-closing.Melody told me to calm down and that she would call me as soon as a trailer fitting my needs arrived. I got that call Saturday afternoon.Melody moved heaven and earth for us and she has my heartfelt and undying gratitude. We need more Melody’s in these trying times!

I have had 2 units @ this facility for over 10 years and highly recommend it. Melody and her staff are always very friendly & professional. The grounds and units are kept in tip top condition. I have never had a problem or question that wasnt handled immediately.

Me and my family just moved and have rented storage for the 1st time. They are excellently priced, in a great location, and the property is taken care of. However, their employees are the best part. I am always pleased by their dedication to customer service and making sure I am very happy. The manager named Melody is so nice, friendly, and helpful. I couldnt imagine anyone that could do a better job than her. I came in today to see if I could get a larger unit than the one I already had. She was able to show me the different units available, help me pick the right one, and was very quick to complete the paperwork. She is wonderful and is a great example of a manager. As long as I have a need for storage I will certainly be at AAA Brenham. And I will gladly refer all my friends to them as well without hesitating.

Planning a move to the Brenham area soon and needed a local storage place. Had some issues booking my unit online but Melody called immediately to walk me through the process. Upon arrival I noticed the storage areas were very clean and well kept. Unloaded my uhaul trailer and after talking to Melody again I was able to leave the trailer at her location instead of driving back across town to the uhaul delivery location they had set up for me. The whole process was very easy and convenient. Highly recommend doing business with them. Owner lives onsite and is very proactive with the needs of clientele.

AAA in Brenham is by far the best spot weve stored our RV. We love that its behind a locked gate, sits on concrete and is high enough we dont worry about standing water.Melody in the office is SO helpful as well! Always cheerful and ready to help.
