I called him on Monday the 21st. to come and fix my refrigerator and washer machine. He showed up the next day. He looked at them both. He said the refrigerator need a auger motor and the washer needed a water pump. He said it would be 473 dollars for the parts he needed. So we gave him a check. He said he would be back on Friday after to fix them. Well I called him in the afternoon to see when he would be at my house. He said around 6 pm. Well he no showed. He texted me and said he would be working all day. He no showed us that day. Then on Sunday he was suppose to call me and let me know that he was coming at 10am. and no showed. I got another company that is going to fix them.

Terrible service. They should have a negative 10 rating!!!! Made an appointment to get my washer fixed. Aaron came on a Monday and said that my water pump had gone out. I paid $405 for him to order the part and for his service. 5 weeks later, 6 no-show appointments, I still have a washing machine that does not work!!! I asked for my money back, even requested he at least give me the pump to no avail. I finally drove to Brenham to his office, which is also his home. I talked with owner who after hearing my story gave me my money back. Don’t use this company, you will be very unhappy with the service provided.

This person Aaron Ross came to fix washer issue. We paid money $267 upfront to order part for washer. He sent a text next day saying that he is sick and giving vague answers for not show up. He called after 5 days and said ordering the part from some other source and did not show up to fix the washer. We called him and left message and texted him several times for service and did not show up. He is a fraud and please dont give any work in future. He contact phone number on web site is different, when we contacted him first time.

We called Appliance Pros Aaron Ross to fix our Refrigerator and stove hood. He came out looked at them and made his recommendation on the parts needed. He said he would need $488 to order the parts and should be here in a week. We called and he said they would be another week. We called again and he said the parts came in and would be there the next day. Needless to say he didnt show up and isnt responding to our calls or text messages.Im sending a demand letter and then will be taking him to court. I hate thieves like this and will do everything I can to make sure they dont do it to someone else. Like others who have responded earlier, I am also a victim. He came by and after diagnosis, he said he will have place an order for the parts. We wrote a check for $355 upfront. Since then, we are waiting for him to come back and complete the work. I am never able to get hold of him.

Starting off, if you could give 0 stars I would. I personally did not have any face to face interaction with him, but I had a very horrible phone call with him. My grandmother had him fix her washing machine and he took a week which doesn’t seem like much, but he ran around the problem and charged her poorly. I called to discuss the charge for the labor since I help her with her books and he immediately got defensive and rude with me. When I was asking questions he cut me off and said I was putting words in his mouth and started raising his voice with me. One, I was calling to talk about the charge not start an argument and the least he could have done was explain to me in detail what she was being charged for. After he was rude to me about that question he cut me off again and said “so next question” very rudely. When I asked him to stop being rude and talk to me about this he proceeded to hang up on me. I do not recommend this man at all for business. He is very professionally immature and if you can’t talk to a person about what they got charged for then that says something else entirely.

They were responsive for the first visit, when Aaron arrived he said we needed a part for our refrigerator, we had to pay for the part in advance and he would come back and install once he received the part. It took many phone calls and no-show appts before he finally came back to install. He did a good job once he came back, but it was frustrating waiting for him.

We called Appliance Pros to fix our washer. They showed up, took a glance at it said we needed a part that was $400. I paid them the $400 right then. They said they would order the part immediately . A week later we still havent heard from them so we give them a call. They replied oops we forgot to order that, we will do it now . I stayed calm and expressed we really need a working washing machine, clothes are piling up. 3 days later we call again , they say you are on our list today..... ummm why would u not let us know so we are home. We cancel our plans and stay home and wait for them. They no show and never answer our call. Next day we call and they say they have one job and will be here after that. Again no call no show. Next day they promise no matter what they would be here 1st thing in the morning. We wait around all morning then finally get a hold of them and they say we had an emergency ,we will be there this evening for sure. Again, a no show. We called they apologized and said we were their top priority and would come straight to our house 1st thing in the morning. We make arrangements to stay home again and again they had an emergency. I inform them we are an emergency , its been 2 weeks and we already paid you. They responded we are so sorry, we are leaving Brenham at 10:30am and headed to you (an hour away). No show and sent a text saying we had something come up , we will for sure be there by 4pm. Im typing this message at 6:30pm because they are still not here and will not return calls or text. I would give them a negative 10 star review if I could.

Like most of their previous reviews this company will come the same day when you call to look at your appliance but they tell you to pay up front for the part; and then they no call no show for several times and still doesn’t show up giving you the run around.if I could give zero stars I would.
