I cant thank Wendy enough for going above and beyond, I am military and only have a military ID. They would not allow me to open an account without a state ID. She got on the phone and called different departments until someone manually approved it. I got my watch and a few other things and I am really pleased with the customer service I received at this store. You not only took care of me you made me feel like family and being so far from home I appreciate that so thank you, you are the definition of what a great manager is.

Wendy and her crew were nice to work with. They taught my grandson a valuable lesson in life and were so nice about it. She helped me to file an insurance claim and replace my grandsons phone, even though I’m sure she could of made me do it on my own she took the time to do it. Thank you

Dear AT&TMy 83 year old mom came into this location a few days ago. She was being scammed by some man over the phone. Wendy the manager got enough information from my mom to know it was a scam and she called the police and she called me as well. Wendy could of taken my moms money but instead asked the proper questions and saved my mother’s money. Thank you for being my moms guardian angel. Thank you is not enough for the kindness you’ve showed her. You did your job and you offered to take mom to lunch, she can’t wait to see her new friend this Sunday.Sincerely, Rick walker

I needed to say thank you to AT&T for hiring the best manager I’ve seen out of this store. I was in yesterday and Wendy had a customer 96years old. His wife is in a nursing home and he wanted to talk to her. The nurses have no time to hold the landline phone to her ear and he was looking for something to hold the phone receiver to her ear. Store does not carry them, she looked up at Walmart a headset that would work. He went there and they could not help him, he came back while I was there and asked if she could help him order a device online not only did Wendy order the device she also paid for it out of her own pocket and told him to expect it at his door the very next day. When he asked her how much he owed she looked at him and said nothing I paid for it just call home wait for it to come tomorrow and talk to your wife. That is way above any manager. She truly cared for his needs. Thank you AT&TA very proud customer

Mylz was wonderful and incredibly patient when helping me deal with a difficult technical error. He spent 3 hours trying to help me resolve my issue, and did not brush me or my concerns aside and helped me explain my issue fully to customer support as necessary. He was a true advocate for me and other customers. The associate Chris was also a lovely and helpful presence.

This was the experience I ever had with buy three new smart phone for my business. No Audi, Mylz and Chris are sales trio champions and I will definitely be doing more business with them.

My phone had a virus on it and I couldn’t figure out how to fix it. I took it to this location and was helped by Mylz. I explained what was happening and handed my phone over. Mylz also had a hard time addressing the issue, but after utilizing several resources he was able to solve the problem. I didn’t have to do a thing besides sit and hang out. Next thing I knew, I was walking out the door with my phone fixed and no money spent. Excellent customer service.

I absolutely love the service from AT&T, but I’m not happy about the store manager lying to me about a couple different things. I should have gone to the AT&T in poulsbo.

My experience with this store was amazing.I had been to 3 different stores today looking for a new phone that my blind mother could use without to much difficulty. Seeing as she had just recently been in an accident that ended up taking her vision, it has been a hassle for her to get used to regular life again. The young dashing employee was helpful and intellectual. He spoke with great vigour as he explained the phones various settings.

Promote all of them to managers or business owners because these guys got customer service like it’s nobody’s business.

Went to Prepaid service. After over an hour on the phone at home with AT&T I decided I might have better luck in the store. Gage was awesome, hooked us up, definitely knew what he was doing!! Thank you for making it so easy!!

Sold me the wrong car charger, but exchanged for the correct one. Good service, not all associates are as knowledgeable as others. Still not happy with the car charger because it doesnt work any better than the cheap ones I already own. And it cost $30+tax. Ill be returning it. Were still happy with our phone service.

Worst experience EVER with an AT&T authorized dealer! The store manager talked me into signing up for AT&T TV, but lied to me about the service. I asked another store rep about why Thomas was asking me to change my billing address abs learned that Thomas was setting my account up for auto-pay without my permission. at that time I stated that I did not want the service since Thomas lied to me and Thomas tried to convince me that he told me, although the other rep confirmed that he had not heard Thomas advise me of that.Thomas tried to force me to keep the service and refused to void the transaction. When i said that i would contact management he said he had to wait until the next day to cancel the service. I asked for the manager and the other store rep said that Thomas was the manager! 😳 Thats scary, the store manager is ripping people off. He called the next day to apologize and stated he was cancelling the service and my Samsung watch order, well low and behold, the watch was cancelled but the AT&T service was not.AT&T tried to charge me an early cancellation fee and hadnt refunded my $87.86. I had to jump through hoops to get my money back and have the early termination fees waived with AT&T. Thankfully, for me AT&T fixed the situation.I wasted 5 hours of my time dealing with this!

I never leave bad reviews, working in customer service is a hard job. However; No, no, NO!!! This store is so not worth your time. Drive the extra 10-15 minutes to Silverdale. Its pretty much a big hangout for their friends. The girl who helped me is Michelle, she was good. I ended up leaving because a customers daughter was being annoying. Pulling on Michelles lanyard, interrupting.. However. I believe the parent was a friend of the manager since the kid just ran to the back of the store and opened the door to the back room, and no one said anything. The manager put a movie on for her. I asked for Michelles card, she had to ask the manager not once, not twice, but three times where the cards were, because he was was watching a movie on his laptop. 🙄 get your crap together. Send your friends home, and find something productive to do thats worth your companies time and money..

Poor...... stepped in and the sales person acknowledged us. Waited and waited and waited two other customers came in and left and I followed suit after about 20 minutes..... cant leave a review less than one star.

Buyer beware of the authorized retailer. These kids will sweet talk an Eskimo into buying ice! Dont believe them! Worst experience with a wireless provider yet, and I currently have Verizon, so thats saying something! Im STILL pursuing the issues Ive had with these idiots, and AT&T corporate wont help because its an authorized retailer. Well they heard about it from me anyways. This store is still representing the name of AT&T, so they need to start caring about what kind of criminals are carrying their name. Im contacting my bank to dispute the charges that were illegally made when I attempted to get an Internet device through this store and took it home the same day, only to find out we had ZERO signal at our house after being told that we would have a signal. We attempted to return the device but were hoodwinked into taking it the 17 miles back home, to find out what we already knew, Lo and behold- no signal! We called immediately, still that same day, and were told we would not be charged and to return the device in the morning. Well, we were charged a 35 dollar fee anyways, and then later received a 112 dollar bill which clearly stated there were no services rendered, but some stupid schmuck at the store didnt close our account properly! Watch out for these idiots. They will sweet talk you and all the while sharpening the knife they are planning to put in your back. Im disputing charges and plan to pursue small claims court if I have to. These stores are literally unbelievable with what kind of crap they will pull. DONT GO TO THIS STORE. YOU WILL GET SCREWED.
