James came to my home to help rid our home of the rodent problem weve been suffering with. He showed up on time and answered the many questions I had all while remaining friendly and kind. Having rodents in your home can feel embarrassing, but both Suzi whom I spoke with on the phone, and James, made me feel comfortable and not judged. Really down to earth people!! Would really recommend this company if you too have pests in your home.

James was very professional, on time, made me feel like I was in good hands. He also pointed out a plumbing issue that I was unaware of, which I know wouldve cost hundreds to repair if he didnt notice it. 10/10, will use again for all my pest control needs.

I contacted Sound Pest Control to deal with a rodent infestation.They quickly located and closed up the entry point, then set up traps and bait stations. After 45 days with no new activity, I’m happy to say the problem has been remedied.I continue to utilize their services for routine pest control spraying.Customer service reps and technicians have all been very professional throughout.I would recommend this company to others.

I called Sound Pest Control to come out and spray my house for spiders. I spoke with Suzi to schedule(she was great!). She was able to get James, the technician, out the next day. He showed up on time and was very thorough with spraying the house. By the second time they came out to spray, the amount of spiders had already decreased. I can actually walk to my front door without having to continue to knock down spider webs. Thank you guys for your great service! Highly recommend. Support local!

We have used Sound Pest Control for regular preventative maintenance for years. They are friendly, always on top of things, and do what they came for. I recommend them if you are looking for pest control services

I very much appreciate the effort so far of Suzi at the front office and James, the technician, that has come out twice now to first set traps and assess necessary repairs and then come back and deal with the aftermath. I will be keeping them for follow-on maintenance to fully eradicate the problem and then also hopefully help me with wasps in the spring. Be a good neighbor: dont leave garbage out or other attractive nuisances for rodents. It impacts everyone in your neighborhood when you do.

I started using SPC a few years ago after spending two summers fighting ants in our kitchen. The maintenance plan is fantastic and well worth the cost. Two years ant & mice free makes for a happy wife!

So I discovered a very large hornets nest formed on my roof overhang.Easily a 150+ hornet nest, to big for me to safely dead with.Called on a Monday, there lady working there very nice and helpful. Set me up for a Wednesday. Called back to give me the appointment time for 9AM.Pulled up to the house at 9:02 am.Their guy was already the setting up.Talked with the guy, he told me it was bald face hornets and that yeah that was a pretty big nest.Came back in the evening, nest was down on the ground and I didnt see any active hornets.I fix and take care of lots of things myself, even small hornets nest.But sometimes there are things you need to leave to professionals.Worth the $175 to get that nest oblitetated. Mind you price Im sure depends on location and ease of access.This was out in the open, no ladder required.Appreciate the professionalism, promptness and customer service.First time using them, wouldnt hesitate to call again for a issue like this again.

Sound always has an appointment when I need them last minute. All the staff is so friendly and polite. We haven’t had any issues since they have been out for both mice and for an absurd amount of ants. Would definitely recommend!

We contacted Sound Pest Control to eliminate our mole problem. The representative came out, treated the mole tunnels with CO gas then followed up with repellent granules. We faithfully followed the procedure for watering the repellent into the soil. We were disappointed to find the very next day after the treatment we had mole hills popping up in the treated area and they continue to appear. I called the office and shared what happened although they said they would get back to me they did not. Pleasant people to work with however their service didn’t work.

My husband and I had sound pest come out to take care of a carpenter ant problem we were having. Not only was the technician amazing and very thorough, everyone we dealt with took great care to explain everything to us so we understood the process, and we had a lot of questions. This was an excellent experience with a pest control company.

They were great! Due to my scheduling conflicts I had to reschedule once or twice, but they were great and worked with me even last minute. Terry who was the one who came out to check our house and he was fantastic! Very friendly and didnt mind us asking him all kinds of questions and what not. Overall given the reason on having them come out, great experience! Would recommend and will use them again!

I called just looking for a quote (we had a pesky hornets nest) and the woman who answered the phone was so nice. I feel like calling around for price quotes can be hard because people can be rude or rush you off the phone since you may not be an immediate paying customer. She did neither, and was very professional, kind, and thorough with my quote and questions. My husbands last ditch effort ending up working and I was actually a little disappointed that I couldnt call her back and hire Sound Pest Control! If we ever have another pest issue they will be our first choice.

Lighthouse cove rental management hired sound to take care of my bedbug problem in september and was told. What steps to take before they came in to exterminate.i did and was told to stay away for 4 hours. I decided to stay to make sure all woukd go well and i would be rid of the bedbugs..i live in am apartment and asked numerous times if they were going to do the bottom apartment which would be common sense since it is attached..well the sound man said no they werent.. And began his externation of my bedbug oroblem. Which he sqymuirted in each corner of my soartment which took a total of 20 minutes and left..im not sure who is at fault or ehat sound was told to do by the rental comoany i rent from..all i know is the bedbugs are worse than ever and ive asked lighthouse cove management numorous tomes to pleasehelp my situation and they wont respond yet i get a move out notice on my door..telk me what is going on..cause i believe im asking to much ..doesnt your company have a duarantee on your work..because you didnt solve anything you were paid for and im losing my home because ive spoke up and need help.!!! I am disappointed in sound and would never concider or refer you to anyoneive lived here for 5 years..now i have nowhere

Sound Pest control was professional and thorough while helping us rid our home of two rats. I appreciated how fast they came and also their price was reasonable. Would use them again if needed.

I used Sound Pest Control for ants and had an unfortunate and frustrating experience. I dont usually write comments about businesses unless its pretty bad. The gal on the phone was super nice but the technician who was sent was 2 hours late and was super sloppy. He didnt take off his shoes and stepped in some really sticky Terro product and tracked it all over my bathroom, hallway and mudroom. Its been two days of cleaning my master bathroom floor and the company gave me a $30 off (off a $350 price tag - for spraying for 20 minutes! - the price is another problem I had!). Worst $350 Ive ever spent

Saw this advertisement on their website:When you choose Sound Pest Control for your bed bug needs, our expert bed bug control exterminators will be at your home to provide you with a free inspection within 24 hours. When I called they informed me the inspection would cost $85. The lady informed me that this had been the case for quite some time and that their website might need to be updated. I told her it was false advertising. She said regardless it was going to be $85. They should still have honored the free inspection and then ensure their website had the correct information on it. I will never use a company that doesnt honor their word. To me it shows a degree of dishonesty and untrustworthiness.

I hired Sound Pest Control 6 months ago and signed up on their maintenance plan. Couldnt be happier with the stress free cost effective plan and the ants stay outside where they belong!

Sound Pest control came out for a rodent service and found the entry points and they even fixed them for me at a extra charge. Very Happy with the service.

They quoted me for 850 sq ft and Crawl space and set up a time to come out! Then called the next day to tell me that the quote was wrong and that it was $160 more then the quoted price and that they couldnt do it for the amount the promised!
