Great selection and prices but had to have someone paged 3 times to help with locked items. No on showed up so we left.

I was buying boxes for an upcoming move. They have a nice selection of boxes. Unfortunately they only had large packs of packing tape. I would like to see individual or packs of 2-4 rolls.

I typically prefer Home Depot, but this was a good experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.Store layout need work. I had to get some small hardware items, hangers, L brackets, screws, etc. The L brackets were on the complete opposite side of the store. They did have everything I needed, but the selection here isnt the best.In the past, I found the employees not helpful at all, so this was a good change. Hopefully they are improving things and I had a nice experience!There are three exits into the main road. Go to the one with the light or you can get stuck sitting if it is busy, which it usually is.

14 people on line at lunch time on a Sunday. Only one register open and no self check out allowed. Young guy at paint counter, not very knowledgable to give advice on wood stains. Couldnt find steel wool in a single, mixed in with sandpapers. I had to bury 12 pack. Gads..Customer Service needs improvement.

Staff tries to be helpful, but it seems a lot of them are untrained or new considering they cant answer questions about store product or where to find it. I had a particular annoyance with getting help to load things; the staff at the registers/customer service went to call around while there is half a dozen of them up front. The current inventory stock at this store is also suffering quite a bit in the hand tools department. Ive had significantly better luck at Home Depot recently.

Went in looking for a table saw. When asked what I was shopping for, the associate made a comment that maybe I should look into something a little smaller that would fit me better... I know what I need & just because I didnt know exactly what my options were, there is no need for that kind of comment

I like this lows. It is one of two in my area but its the one I prefer. This store seems to have a better selection of everything I need in my experience. Also the staff are generally very friendly and helpful.

Hey, its Lowes. What more do you want me to say? They always have what I need. I had our home remodeled and purchased EVERYTHING here. The 4 star instead of 5 star is because one of their subcontracting was not someone you would want in your home. I showered, body odor, smelling of alcohol 🍺, late, argumentative, disrespectful and threatening to my wife, learning at her when they thought she wasnt watching. The many other Lowes crews were great especially the delivery guys.

Staff helpful, found what I wanted a n.v d was out in minutes.

I ordered multiple things from Lowe’s online. It was supposed to be delivered 10 days(ish) later. We received about 1/2 the order. They “fixed” the mistake and sent us the other half. A week later Except there were still 2 things missing. It has been another 2 weeks and we finally asked for a refund. We made 3 trips to port orchard/ Bremerton. Just making 1 trip completely made it worthless to order online. I paid $80 for delivery and drove to the store more than I ever would have just to pick it up the first time myself.

Worst place to shop for work supplies...the people here dont want to answer questions, they sorta look the other way when you approach them, hoping you dont ask them a question, it was 8:05am and there was not one cashier available...so I had to go ask customer service and she said well we dont a cashier right now, we are short staff. At this point all I want to do is leave the supplies here and go to home depot but I just went to the other side of the store where there was 1 cashier available for 6 people waiting in line.

A shoutout to the customer service, always cordial and helpful but especially to the guy who took time off what he was doing to grab me a tool. MSP or whatever that division is called he was a boss and a great example of an individual representing his company above and beyond.

Came here some deck screws. Not much help around. I guess everyone is having trouble getting and keeping good employees.

The staff were kind, had to pick my own online order because after an hour my order wasn’t picked still. The shelving of the products was confusing the staff helpfully pointed out the color I pull didn’t match my online order saving me a trip. :)

Had to exchange an item & customer service was great.

Twice now Ive went to paint department to have Paint mixed up and No One around to help, have to ask a courtesy clerk to call someone for help. Today 3 courtesy clerks all standing around registers can clearly SEE a line of people forming a line and this is after I asked a clerk to call someone to help me. I asked to have paint mixed while I grabbed a tarp. I walk back waited another 15 minutes and she doesnt return to hand me my paint and someone else called out for help, a different gal shows up and starts waiting on the other people! I left everything on the counter and drove to Home depot in Silverdale. Not ever coming back with poor customer service as this. Not worth wasting 15 minutes turning into 39 minutes wasted of my time for no service. Seriously I will contact corporate about this, but Lowes in Bremerton lost me as a Customer.

I’ve had many unpleasant experiences at this store ... but my last one promoted me to write this review...as I’m about to check out I notice there are only 2 available check out lines available .... there are about 5 customers in each line .... no self check stands are open Which is strange for a business at 5 pm .... just then the second cashier decides to shut down ... making the customers in her line to get in the back of the other line .... I could understand if it was a bathroom break but it wasn’t .... she just wondered around the store looking at her shoes .... I will not return to this store the employees I encountered yesterday Tessa and Kate cared nothing about customer service

I had to return a light fixture that had a broken glass on it and I had no problems returning it. I also picked up an 8x10 area rug for a remodeled room. Lowes had a nice select. A little bit pricey but well made. Mary A

I went to buy wooden fence sections. I looked at the samples outside of the lumber door. When I went in to ask about buying the panels I was told that they areon opposite end of store, in Garden. Samples should be on Garden end of store.So I go to garden and the fence sections are locked up. So I go back to register to ask for help. They are not sure who to ask to free the pieces. I ask if there is a special large cart needed. Now Im told, those carts are kept in lumber. I need to walk the length of the store and back! I refused. Im disabled.Another worker, a yardman, sees Im waiting, takes his own stuff from the one needed cart in the entire department. So we load the pieces, buy them, and ask to leave them a few hours, to get help loading. Again phone calls and they tell me to bring the receipt back. She will tell next shift.When we go back to the Garden department to retrieve the sections, after 3 separate phone conversations on the phone, the clerk tells us we must present the receipt at Customer Service. Walk half the building and back, again. So I couldnt. My son in law did.All complicated. Poor layout. Poorly trained and not sufficient staff. Im avoiding the Bremerton Lowes. Back to Home Depot.

I placed an online order that was supposed to arrive today just to find that my order had been transferred to the port orchard Lowes with a new delivery date and was not contacted to be let known that my newest delivery date is set a week out.

Im 73 and got motar mail box and this was great.

Mid day and not a single cashier available except in lumber and gardening and lines 7-8 customers deep. CEO doubled his pay to 23 million a year in 2020. You can pay people enough to want to work if you wanted to.

Never have what I need. Instead on buying one fitting to complete a job. At Lowes you need to buy four or five fittings to get where you need to be.

Its a good store but in my beliefs home depo does Trump but thats just because I like the depos tool selection way more!

Went here to grab barious bulbs with a friend to plant for the upcoming spring/summer season. Bulbs were well priced and healthy. Self checked out and they had a teller ro help anyone/wipe down stations in between customers.

Been to two today, one was great with very helpful people. The other had employees with their masks down on their chins while helping customers.

Ive been to this store before, and i look forward to visiting this store some more. The parking lot is very spacious, and there are usually enough handicap parking spots available to save a few steps, maybe. Once inside, be ready to walk and to see just about everything you might want or need to make that place (wherever you live) a little bit more however you would want it to be.

Found roofing supplies I needed, called to confirm that it came in 10 pks, was told yes. Placed order online for pickup today. Drove 3 1/2 hours one way to find it didnt come in 10 pk. Extremely frustrated because I wasted 7 hours of my day plus drove my work truck ($100 in gas) to haul supplies that I didnt get because of the incompetence. Needless to say, I wont be going through Lowes again. I will stick to Home Depot.

Could not find the tool I needed in the tool section. I asked an employee and they hopped on their app and told me isle 59 in the tool section. I went over there thinking I must just be blind and missed it. Still couldnt find it so I went and asked another employee. They also hopped on their little app and told me isle 59. I explained what had just happened and that I still couldnt find it. An employee standing next to them explained that it probably got moved and not updated in the app and that it might be in hardware or gardening. Not a single one offered to help me look for it. I checked both sections and gave up and went to Home Depot instead.

Lowes has very good products and customer service was exceptionally helpful.

Bought nearly $30 in succulents only for them to (literally) fall apart within seconds of getting back home.. Take care of your plants or stop selling them

I Purchased Brand new metabo HPT 12 inch chop saw.Then i decided to build Boots cat a cat tree.

I feel bad for any driver that has to make a delivery or pickup to/from their back room.

As the review stars say, its okay. Theres a lot that this location has to aspire to in comparison to the Silverdale location. One is stock, they seem to be low quite frequently on things like, electrical supplies, plumbing supplies, tools, tool accessories, painting supplies. Ive had this issue with just about every one of those listed above where I had to go to the Silverdale location to get something. I like going here for the convenience of how close it is to me but man are they understaffed and too busy.

As always, Lowes is a great place to find home improvement items and tools. This store was as good as all the others , save for their somewhat smaller selection of power tools... about the only difference from other Lowes stores Ive been to in the past.Great service, and otherwise wide selection of items. And, coincidentally, their bathrooms were immaculate! :P

I came in to purchase a air purifier and everyone was helpful and knowledgeable.

The person that helped us get our new dishwasher was very friendly and helpful and got the job done quickly. She didnt try and over sell us on any extra bells and whistles which was nice as well.

They had most of what I wanted in stock. The customer service was great. The only reason I didnt give it five stars was the fact that the lines were extremely long.

Lowes has a vast selection of hardware in store and even more online. If you do your shopping online youll get a GREAT selection and can have them delivered to the store for pickup. It doesnt get any easier than that. Good discounts for seniors and veterans too. Thanks Lowes!

I generally really like this lowes. All of the staff is really friendly. Some of the new employees dont know where things are so its frustrating when I get sent on a goose chase for things. But I got what I needed.

Staff is always helpful and nice. Just always hot in there, makes me feel like they want me to get done doing what I need to do faster.

Went to Silverdale store with Niece. She purchased a pallet of blocks to make a retaining wall. Went around back to pick them up and was told they had been pulled for an online order. (The system does not show them as sold until the customer pays for them) Supervisor checked the Bremerton store, they had them. Niece was told she could go and get them without crediting her card. At Bremerton she was told, Cant do it. So she purchased them there and had to get a credit on her card for the first purchase.

Great customer service

During Christmas they had a spot where you could write a letter to Santa so my son and I did. Well, Santa actually delivered what my son put on his letter to Santa when the employee dropped it off at our house a few days before Christmas! I was completely surprised and thankful for what they did. This was amazing! Great people here at this Lowes.

Ordered online with expected in store pickup of maximum 3 days. Received an email saying it would take 12 which invalidates the need for the order. Just use Amazon its cheaper and will actually deliver

I enjoy shopping at Lowes. BUT the electrical department at any Lowes store is very disappointing. The people at Lowes are friendly and helpful. Lowes will be my first choice for everything but electrical. I have left so many times disappointed not being able to get everything I need, only having to go somewhere else to get parts to finish the project. I have filled out numerous surveys no improvement to this department. So I will go somewhere else now before I even think about going to loans for electrical needs.

The store is fine, typical hardware store, but the staff are SO SLOW. Ive come in twice this week to buy two gallons of primer, and both times it has taken over 30 minutes to have my paint mixed, and to pay. The staff have chatted with each other while Im waiting for my paint, and moved slowly to clean the register between transactions. I understand the virus affects work processes, but every employee I have interacted with has been painfully slow, and unapologetic to the line of 10 people waiting.

Hard to find help, but all in all it was good

If you plan on purchasing appliances, I highly suggest Home Depot. Lowes has contracted out to DSI Logistics for deliveries and installation, they are absolutely horrible (check their ratings and review). Take your business elsewhere when its comes to appliances.

Great service on our online pickup

In a hurry and it being hot outside, I was rushing to pick up a saw blade for my project. Lowes is laid out so ideally that as a mantra I said internally saw blades. Saw blades saw blades and as always I knew where to go. Standing there I hesitated. Little money in hand and a precise size in my head, I was halted. 7and a quarter. Quarter. quarter. Where are they? And without prompting, up walks Frank (an employee there) not finding exactly what you need? May I help you? What is it you are looking for? With a nod, he scans and without hesitation finds the one section I had missed. And there the 7 1/4 blades were. But then to himself he saidoh that isnt how I shop. Sorry. And he promptly hands over to me a significantly less costly blade. I make a remark about every penny saved that I have always found clever. He asks if that is all. We both walk to the counter chitchatting and I have no line to wait in.Frank; you made my favorite store to play grown-up in, even better. And Lowes: well done keeping availabilities there for any of us.

Solid standard Lowes. Clean, plenty of staff to help with questions. You wont have to wander around forever looking for someone. Decent selection of home improvement tools and materials.

I dont know what it is about this place, but it takes a very long time to get help, to checkout, or do curbside pickup. I went in a couple of weeks ago to buy 1 item, and the queue for the only line to checkout was literally backed into the aisle. Today I figured Id skip the line by doing curbside pickup. After checking in and waiting for 20 minutes for someone to bring my one item out, I gave up and went inside to grab it myself. I could literally see it sitting on the counter, but after 15 additional minutes of waiting for help (so 35 minutes total at that point) I went to get a manager to have someone give it to me. 35 minutes... to have somebody hand me an item that was already prepared for pickup... and already paid for. Think about that. Ill be skipping this place and going to the nearby Wilco or Home Depot from now on.

Messy and crowded. With the pandemic going they should have self scanners .difficult to find prices and items are scattered like an unorganized garage sale.Best to stay home and find what you need in your own mess.

Im only leaving this review for an employee named Karli, who helped me in customer service. I didnt get really any clear answers or directions on how to navigate picking up a large purchase over the course of 10 days and 3 visitz. Karli didnt have the answer right away but made sure she found answers for me and helped move processing along. 5 stars for KARLI, otherwise I would rather unfortunately leave a 1 or 2 star for my experience at this store so far.

Sliding door is right to left. We were sold blinds left to right. Brought track to Bremerton Wa store and told to reverse track. Guess Lowes doesnt want to post pics. Went to Home Depot and showed pics and they said we were sold left to right track.

Ive always liked Lowes, so thats not what stands out at this location, Thomas and I forget her name but there is a gal in the paint section those 2 employees make shopping at Lowes Bremerton a better experience for me! Thank you Thomas and pretty blonde gal in paints for helping me and helping me to feel comfortable in a Lowes that Im new to due to moving to Bremerton recently! You guys rock!

Besides having to wait 10 mins for someone to show up to cut a blind(pretty common)and the fact they seem to not be carrying our usual closet glide kit any longer.they are also moving item locations alot lately.it wasnt all too bad.cashier(crystal)i believe,is awalys a pleasure to work with.big help for getting contractors out the door quickly.

Do not order window treatments from Lowes. Placed my first order and 8 weeks later I received the wrong roller shades. They replaced the order...and still no shades. Went into store today and was told my chosen fabric was on back order. After 3 months, I canceled the order. I will go elsewhere! I am very disappointed in the entire transaction process.

Online ordering was easy. I did curbside pickup. They messaged me when the order was ready and pickup was painless and fast!
