Went here to do a free return of an Amazon package. Was told it needed to be in the original packaging, which I informed them it was, I had received the backpack in a soft Amazon bag. The lady continued to insist it needed to be in a box and asked if I wanted to buy one.I asked her how much that would be and was informed it would be to quote a couple dollars for the box and tape. Slightly frustrated the free return was no longer free I lemented and agreed. She then finds a box and rings it up. 6 dollars for the box and 3 dollars for a piece of tape. No, not a roll... A PIECE of tape .. absolute rip off and nickle and dimers. So my free return magically became 11 dollars after taxes and fees...Beyond unimpressed

Have been to this location a few times now and each time I have been lucky enough to be helped by (I might be spelling this wrong) Radou. Hes always been super patient, nice and friendly. Not only that but I know nothing about shipping and he has helped me through step by step and explained the process of international shipping and many other things to assure my package arrives safely. Highly recommend him and this store. Amazing customer service, thank you

I brought back 6 packages for Amazon returns, only 5 got scanned apparently as 1 went missing after dropping off at the store and 1 of the 5 that were scanned never made it out of the store. Amazon refuses to refund for the returns as they never received the packages and UPS refuses to find out why 2 packages never made it, saying Amazon should know why the package wasn’t delivered? Wouldn’t recommend them for customer service and how the issue was handled as I’m now out $$ for items Amazon never got back and are not in my custody anymore. Loss of money and item but it’s easier to push off on someone else in this situation, extremely frustrating.

Seems the UPS store doesn’t know what time a 0830 opening is.

After spending a large amount of money on 2 day air shipping for a document that had to make it on time the item was delayed with no explanation. For far cheaper I could have had it arrive just as late with USPS. When I contacted the store I received the typical Sorry we cant promise delivery date, even though they sure could charge based on a false delivery date. No compensation was offered and the item did not make it on time.

The clerk was very helpful and patient with my orders. Was amazing at multitasking as the line grew longer and conducting multiple orders and computers simultaneously.

I went to the store to ship a portrait-sized parcel. I made sure it was nice and sealed up, ready to go, but had forgotten to bring the shipping address. The cashier was very patient with me as I called my wife to get the info. Once that was straightened out, the cashier was very clear and concise explaining to me how the shipping was going to work (when the tracking info was available, best price options, etc.). Thank you very much.

Wish they had longer hours, but the staff is so very helpful, knowledgeable, and.considerate. If you have the need, I would highly recommend that you patronize this store.
