The staff at Paul Davis is AMAZING! Kim and Jory did such a great job. From begining to end, just great work. They are very professional and pay attention to detail. Hopefully i wont have another incident to use them, but if i do , they are our GO TO company. Thank you Kim and Jory

Charged for comming out to bid on a job! NOT AN EMERGENCY SITUATION, NO WORK WAS PERFORMED. Paul Davis did not get the job, estimate was 2X higher than three other bids. So PD created a fictional invoice AND PAUL DAVIS IS TURNING THAT INVOICE OVER TO COLLECTIONS!DO NOT HIRE PAUL DAVIS! DO NOT TAKE A BID FROM PAUL DAVIS! You will get harrassed, bullied, and have bogus charges turned over to collections if you dont hire their bloated price.

Professional, competent, and fixed a complicated area damaged by water falling through a weird spot in the roof. They put together a plan quickly and got the issue fixed before it became a huge problem. Im quite impressed.

We had a faulty gasket with our downstair toilet so we called USAA and right away Paul Davis sent out Red a funny and professional gentleman that made this whole process easy. He even recommended a contractor to finish up the job and it turned out to be a good friend of ours so I have faith this whole process is going to be smooth and easy.Thank You

Find a company that does the job!They never, NEVER keep their promised schedule, and indeed they dont give a xxxx. I cant understand how these guys are still on business. People who works here are all ridiculously dumb and rude. Stay away!

USAA has a company called Paul Davis Restoration working for them. A year ago we opened a claim because we had some basement flooding. We had a hard time finding a contractor so we went with our insurance companies contractor, Paul Davis Restoration. The work they did when they finally got around to it was shotty to say the least. they dented up the outlet to our dryer, screwed in the baseboard heaters with one screw and in a spot that there was no hole originally, the carpet isnit even attached in the picture where my hand is. etc etc. I complained to the insurance company but nothing changed. Everything finally came to a head when they hooked up the toilet. A day or two later we noticed that the carpet was soaked so we called them up and could not get a hold of them. Then we called USAA and they got the contractor out there immediately. the contractor had his plumber rip up the carpet, dry it up, and fix it. but it was still leaking when they left. USAA said we could call up roto rooter to get it fixed and they would look into it.They made the new damage a new claim and are trying to charge me another deductible to get it fixed. Also, they arent going to pay us back for roto- rooter after all. Paul Davis Restoration had called them and said they didnt hook up the toilet and they arent sure who did. So now I sit and wait while they send us a check - minus the deductible for repairs. Now I sit and wait while they decide whether to do the right thing or not.My Advise for home owners before getting homeowners insurance find out who their contractor is in your area and research that contractor.
