They are clean climate controlled, and dry. [ bonus] My Grandaughter and I are grateful for the clean restroom as well.

Only problem is occasionally the security gate stays open for long periods of time. Other then that this is a great storage facility.

Great people to work with! I needed temporary storage for an RV, and they provided a secure spot in a convenient area. Very responsive to inquiries. No games. No stupidity. Last but not least, very competitive prices!

Great staff ! Carrie is so nice, give her a raise! Haha. they have cameras so I felt safe keeping my car parked there while in San Diego. No scratches or dents on my car so nobody messes with your stuff. Very well priced as well.

We rented here for two years and found them to be professional, helpful and fair. The facility is always clean. Sorry we can not take them with us when we move. Super neat people. Great location. Great value.

Loved Penn Plaza!!! Great customer service! Clean& affordable. Didnt have a lock and I was able to purchase a very trustworthy lock. I had my stuff stored there for a year. I would definitely recommend it and use their services again!!

Open all night except heated storage. They keep it clean and it looks great. The prices are okay and they have specials.

I have rented a unit at Penn plaza for about 3 years now. Ive had a great experience here, and do not plan on moving. Ive found the best storage complex in Bremerton, and Im not leaving.

The staff at this local storage facility is amazing!I was in a very difficult transition and needed short term storage until I could move into the new house and was blown away by their level of service.At first they didnt have any units open but Kerry made sure to let me know when one opened up after I got stiffed by the Kitsap Way U haul.While I was moving after in I accidentally rolled the lock up into the door and couldnt lock the door.Josh called me back right away even though it was after the office had closed and made sure I was okay.If I ever need storage again this will be the first place I call.

Doors are to hard to open like they are rusted shut cuz being close to water
