Love this apartment complex. It is absolutely gorgeous. The location is convenient, the architecture is beautiful, and it’s brand new as well! The walls are thick so I don’t hear my neighbors which is very nice and the staff is incredibly friendly. So glad I moved here!

The leasing staff is professional and super easy to deal with. I love the finishes in my apartment, and so far I have had nothing but good experiences. Would definitely recommend.

Ambrose is such a beautiful place! Being able to do the online tour was super easy and convenient. Kelly was super sweet and showed me all my options as well as answered all my questions! Looking forward to seeing it in person.

When I did my tour, they were so professional, their responses to all my questions that I had about moving in were responded to within 24 hours! Great communication!!! I move into the apartments in 4 days and I couldn’t be more happier, the office manager is so kind and everyone else I’ve had communication with. These apartments are definitely something to look into if you’re looking for brand new and modern looks. It feels good to know all your questions will be answered and all useful information is sent to you in great timing!! I recommend these apartments.

I am looking for a place for some friends that will be moving in the area soon. I was given a tour of the complex, and was very impressed with the layout of your apartments. Very favorable amenities. Love the closeness to shopping, and the well maintained landscaping. Zee, Sky, and Cara were very helpful, and made the experience enjoyable and answered all of my inquiries. I will be giving my friends a positive review and recommend that they look into your establishment.

I was the first tenant of Ambrose and things have been a wild ride as the management get up to speed. I have had several issues since moving in, including major maintenance and issues with lease/policy. Although I was not thrilled with the timeline of my problems being solved most of them have indeed been addressed or resolved. I have faith this place will get better with time, the staff (office and maintenance) have the best of intentions. I would encourage you to read the lease carefully and expect regular maintenance issues when you first move in. Maintenance is on-site however and do a good job.

Great place to live! Always some fun activity going on, great way to meet new friends. Staff is great! Amenities are great! Everything is great!

I went through the review list before making my own and I seen mostly good and a few bad ones I have no idea what the bad ones could possibly be about The apartments are super nice and the parking is good and everything looks nice and the people are pretty cool I don’t make that much money and I’m still able to afford the rent really good and it’s in a great area only thing we need here is a jacuzzi. Also the people who work here are helpful with all the questions and concerns I’ve had I don’t have anything bad to say I even drove here from 3 states away and got here early and they help me get in my apartment 2 days early.

I visited a friend at this apartment complex to hang out. I was impressed by decently sized dog run. The outdoor lounge area is really nice too. There was a lot of space to play ping pong on the provided table. It was a comfortable setting.

My family has loved living here so far. The office team is friendly. The apartment is brand new! Quiet neighborhood with a nice fenced in park for our dogs. Its also super convenient for commuting to work and groceries.

Beautiful facility with friendly staff! Love the dog park and the convenient location to grocery stores. Beautiful lounge/ club house. Too bad for Covid because it’d be fun to hang out and socialize there. Also has a pool!

I cant say enough about how wonderful the staff is here! They have been thoughtful and considerate through the global pandemic, always there with a smile (even if it is behind a mask). Ive never felt safer and more cared for - thanks for everything!

This apartment has potential however they do a lot of hidden fees and Z at the front desk never knows what she’s talking about and always redirects you to a website or someone else that is not the Ambrose living here I would love to know that the people who work there know what they’re doing and have an active response to my questions rather than redirecting me to someone else or responding I don’t have an answer to that or I don’t know very disappointed in the customer service Cara however when she is available is very helpful in any way that she can be! Just very sad that I don’t feel as though I don’t get a honest response from anyone but cara.

Since we can’t say what we really think apparently, I’ll make this quick. Don’t waste your time or energy on this company. Your money is all they want and they really don’t care about the quality of the product they offer (the housing).
