Great store, ok prices, very organized!

5/16/20Today was the first time I ever tried to donate to this organization. I had 17 pairs of like new jeans to be picked up. Volunteers of America never picked them up.5/26/20Today I saw a Volunteers of America truck drive down my street. When the truck came back I flagged him down to give him the jeans the VOA was suppose to pick up 10 days ago. The driver got out of the truck and immediately started yelling at me. He said that he was only suppose to pick up items from people who called in. He said I was the eighth person today that flagged him down and he proceed to belittle me. I told him to forget it but he said that he would take the jeans anyway.Its unbelievable that VOA treats donors like this.I will never again give anything to the Volunteers of America. NEVER!!!
