The entire staff listens to you. If you call they are quick to resolve any issues that concern you. The doctors are the best in the land. They also send podcasts to your email account. Regarding a variety of subjects that provide you knowledge. Its just one of the great ways LifeStance Health shows love to their patients. I highly recommend anyone needing help to make the call. It was my first session with Cassandra Abbott and I am excited for our second session! I felt at ease and like I was speaking with someone who could understand my thoughts and feelings. She was patient while I tried to find the words to express myself and what I have been going through. I would encourage anyone who is struggling with their mental health to reach out to a counselor. LifeStance Health was great at staying in touch with me to confirm my appointment and to ensure that Telehealth (the virtual meeting) was working smoothly for me. I definitely would recommend LifeStance Health.

While I’m only on my first appointment so far, I feel confident in giving PsychBC a five star rating because my entire experience so far has been nothing less than exceptional. Due to COVID it has gotten fairly difficult to get appointments with psychiatric doctors in my area and there’s usually a long wait for the next available appointment. It’s a nightmare..PsychBC was immediately different though. Scheduling an appointment for a new patient was easy and simple. The wait for an appointment was still a little long, but not as bad as most other offices at the moment. I think it’s worth waiting for an appointment at PsychBC if you can though! What made PsychBC stand out the most to me was how patient, kind, and understanding the provider I saw was. She was extremely thorough and I had a hard time discussing things with her, but she didn’t get angry or pressure me at all! She gently guided me along and put a lot of effort into making the appointment less traumatic for me and explained everything along the way! She gave me the impression that she genuinely enjoys her work and cares about helping her patients! I don’t think it’s possible to get better care than what I received from PsychBC! Thank you!

Spent 26 minutes on hold to make an appointment with my doctor. Never got through and had to leave a message. Unfortunately its not the first time this has happened. Patient Portal is poorly designed and practically useless. Im considering finding another provider because of these problems.

They paired me with the perfect therapist right away! Not only are they flexible with days/times, they share valuable resources to use outside of sessions.

No complaints with in person service. The doctor I was seeing was great. The receptionists are very nice. Just frustrated with trying to reach the medical records department. Ive been trying to reach them since September (5 months now). Left multiple messages, being sure to leave my information clearly and repeatedly. Have yet to receive a call back.

Directions aren’t very clear once you arrive at site. If it weren’t for the secretary printing out directions I may not have been able to connect properly. Once connected all was well.

The doctor that i see is wonderful. The staff is subpar. I needed my doctor to call me and prescribe something for me at the time of high stress. Instead of giving me ways of contacting my doctor the receptionist hung up on me, yelled at me and was incredibly nasty as if i was making her life miserable. My sister was having major surgery and to get through it I needed help. My doctor reached out to me through email and we figured it out. But it was only because I kept calling back and not giving up until i got an answer.

I really got a wonderful first impression from Christine Spradling. I am very much looking forward to our next session.

The therapists, so far, are great. However, reaching the intake department for an appointment is nearly impossible. They do not return calls, and the few times they do returns calls they call admittedly called the wrong number, do not leave messages, but more importantly, did not answer the phone the first eight times I called—and this was waiting on the line for over five minutes each time, and having a referral from a therapist within their practice. The intake department really ruins any type of relaxing and helpful experience you want from a treatment facility. The therapists are great, but youll have to deal with the inept intake department first.

I see Meredith Cowden. I absolutely love her! I also see Scott Rohrbaugh. He’s really nice and friendly! Love Denise and Kelly as receptionists! The only thing is when I call it takes forever to get someone to answer and then they have serious attitudes and then when you finally get transferred the line cuts out. Other than that I love my med doctor and my therapist!

This place is an absolute farce, con job, cesspool of incompetence. They conned us into $200 charge after they suggested we (parents) meet with dr kimberly Dobbins after our child had already met with a different counselor. The questions from this painfully inept “psychologist” were the same questions our child answered the first appointment. Total money making scam predicated on counseling. It gets bettee. Then it came to light that a zoloft rx would require monthly visits (for an uncontrolled substance) thereby furnishing further outlandish charges. Do yourselves a favor and go to your primary or find a different psyche office because this enterprise will take your money and reciprocate virtuslky nothing. I am blown away anyone is that naive to perpetually pay then

Dr smartnic is great and uplifting

Brecksville office staff messed up insurance and after speaking to Billing department it can not be fixed. It would have been covered under my insurance, Incompetence at the highest level.

I have been going here for a few years and I really love this place and their staff.

Waited 3 weeks to get an appointment only to have Victoriya Reichs office cancel an hour before the appointment. We did our part with calling our insurance and filling out forms she should have double checked her schedule and patients. Canceling an hour beforehand is unprofessional and unacceptable. Looks like I am not the only one with this issue.
