Extremely unhelpful staff that clearly only wanted to make as much money off upgrading my phone when it apparently couldve been easily fixed without an upgrade. But they didnt want to tell me that because they wouldnt have profited. Complete waste of time. The store across the street, however, were completely knowledgeable and competent and were able to help out immediately.

This place is a scam. Pushy salesmen dont explain anything and go forward with decisions without customer approval.Traded in my phone worth $200 and was not clearly told they dont pay cash for trade ins until AFTER it was solidified. Instead of $200 cash or $200 off my new phone, I got 4 off-brand phone chargers?Very pushy on updating plans that they say are cheaper but actually are not.

I hardly ever write reviews but I made an exception here in order to recognize Courtney. She is absolutely awesome! She was extremely knowledgable, pleasant and patient. She took the time to explain everything and I never felt pressured. I cant say enough good things about her! I definitely will be coming back to this store in the future because of her excellent customer service.

My father-in-law needed to upgrade his iPhone so we stopped in to see what we could do and it turned out to be an incredibly pleasant experience. They were honest and forthright with information on what his options were and even though he isn’t super tech savvy they were able to explain things so he understood it perfectly. He upgraded to a new iPhone XS and loves it! To be honest, I was so blown away by the customer service at this store that I seriously considered converting from AT&T to Verizon myself! Hey, maybe I still will...great job regardless!

The absolute best place to go if youre a Verizon customer. Thomas and Dylan are great and very helpful and knowledgeable. Its true what the rest of the reviews say in that they really are looking out for the customer and trying to get you the best deal and not just trying to make a quick sale. They are friendly and efficient. Since my first stop in Ive taken my dad in and he is hard to impress esp when it comes to Verizon and now my grandpa wants to go buy an iPad from them because my dad had such a great experience! Happy to have come across their store!!

I recently needed a new phone after mine was destroyed in water. I went to this GoWireless location and was immediately greeted by a friendly associate. I explained my situation, and we made several attempts to salvage my waterlogged phone. Once those efforts proved to be futile, we moved on to choosing a new phone. I was presented with 4 or 5 options and was able to test out each one. I decided on the iPhone XR and am very happy with it. It was a smooth, painless process and Dylan was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend going here for any of your Verizon phone needs.

Go wireless/Verizon wireless is not a corporate store. The corporate rules do not apply to their salespeople. They are signing people up for extra products(tablets) and services (insurance) with either no customer authorization or false statements about the ability to cancel these products without major financial penalties. They are big time scam artist. Buyer beware. I will not recommend this store at all. This store is definitely out to cheat you. They deserve negative 5star.1

WOW- what great customer service! Thomas was the best. I was in a different city, phone went through a major issue and wasnt letting me access anything and I had to use Waze app to get directions back in 1 hour to my home town. THOMAS not only fixed my phone but calmed me down as well. When I left the store (in plenty of time to get home) Thomas even went to my car and made sure my blue tooth was hooked up. THANK YOU!!!! Worst experience ever. If I could give negative star reviews this would be the first Id leave. The customer service took forever for the associates and management to even be logical and use common sense. Ive returned what they would allow but to say the least Ive lost close to 300$ from doing one simple transaction with these incompetent, scamming company. Will never return and will make sure none of my many connections shops at this location or any GO Wireless location.

I went to the Brecksville store to get help setting up my husbands new IPhone because he didnt know his passwords when we purchased it at another store. John was more than helpful since my husband still could not remember passwords due illness. John went above and beyond helping me get the new phone set up. He literally spent hours with me. He was so patient and kind to me...even postponing his lunch. You have a gem of an employee at this store. He is a keeper.

Definitely tried to cheat me. I went to this store to purchase my iPhone 7 Plus in cash - I pay in full because if you use an upgrade and finance the phone over two years they charge a one-time upgrade fee of $30.00 on your next bill. To keep my monthly payment low and to avoid this fee, I was very clear that I wanted to pay for the phone outright. I spent just over $1000.00 on the phone and protective case... My next bill showed that I was hit with the $30.00 one-time upgrade fee AND they signed me up for the insurance that I specifaclly declined in store, at $11.00/month (if youve done your research you know phone insurance is a scam but that is a different issue).How did I get hit with an upgrade fee if I paid over $1000??? They financed exactly $1.00 of the cost of the phone over two years!!! Who would want to finance one dollar??? (Literally $0.04/billing cycle for 2 years triggered a $30 upgrade fee)Luckily a 90min phone call to Verizon (not this store) got this sorted out, but be warned, this store is definitely out to cheat you.(Their excuse was that they finance $1.00 to preserve the manufacturer warranty. I can tell you, as an attorney, the manufacturers warranty comes from Apple Inc. and attaches to the phone itself, no financing is required to keep it or to activate it.)

Couldnt get my replacement phone working...stopped in and they were wonderful! So glad this store is close to me. First rate for sure!

Bought lifetime screen protectors and they are out of them. They have a whole list of people that they havent taken care of. They should just order some on amazon and do what they said they would do. Its not hard to figure out how to make your customers happy.
