The owner, Terry and his son are always very friendly and super accommodating. For example, recently when waiting in line at the car wash, I realized that I had forgotten my gift card so Terry kindly offered me a free car wash. When I said that was not necessary, he insisted I take his generous offer. Now that’s going above and beyond to offer excellent customer service! In addition, the touch less car wash does a really good job cleaning the car and is conveniently open 24 hours.

The car wash does an excellent job. Thanks to the spot free rinse, I dont have to get out of my car and dry it with a rag afterwards.The detailing service is phenomenal, too - makes your car look like its fresh off the lot, inside and out.

This car wash is so conveniently located out here in the suburbs. It is open 24-hours, so anytime that I am driving by, I get my car washed. I have had the monthly plan for several years, and like the ability to use the car wash any time of the night or day. The owner is very polite and courteous. How he can remember us out of all of his customers is beyond me! What a great resource to have in out community!

The touchless wash doesnt rinse well enough so even though the wash itself was good then theres leftover soap on your car.

Best place to wash your car. I actually had so many swirl marks from previous washing and previous owner that I had them detail the exterior. The work was phenomenal and at a very fair price

We love the convenience of Brecksville Carwash and take both of our vehicles twice per week! We’ve also used them for several interior details and they always do a tremendous job. When they’re done with my interior, you can’t even tell that my husky is often my passenger!! Strongly recommend this great addition to our community

All machine operated so I hope the owner maintains things. Prices are a little high for an average car wash. I thought they used to offer monthly unlimited but I dont see it on their website any longer.

This place is fast but for the price you would expect a better wash. My car is never fully clean when I leave. Possibly adding an additional soap pass would help.

Not as good as Rainforest Car Wash, but its pretty good.The strobe lights were a little freaky.Left my car a bit wet, which caused salt smears.

Great locally owned business! This is a brushless wash, which doesnt damage your car like traditional carwashes. Prices are higher, but it is worth it!

Andrew did a great job with my interior and exterior detail and also included paint correction for my subaru. Recommend for anyone looking for a basic clean up of the car for an affordable price.

This place has had a power outage for some time now. They got rid of unlimited wash packages. Like most touchless car washes it does just an ok job washing. Dryer doesnt really dry. I suggest getting their monthly wash package, cheapest one, 8 washes a month (once a day), just for winter months. I was so happy when it opened near my house but I find myself using the Shell car wash down the street.

Came here specifically for the underbody blast. Theres nothing that actually goes under the car.

Vacuum head broken - sharp piece of plastic on the edge. Scratched the interior of my brand new car. Owner refused responsibility and then berated me over the phone. Sad to have this lack of professionalism in this community. Take your business elsewhere.

Terrible car wash. Spent $12 and it didn’t even clean my car.

It didnt clean my car?! Lol. I sat there for 45min and half of my car isnt clean and there isnt anyone that works there for me to ask for a refund or anything.

Car wash is nothing fancy,still left car dirty, I do clay and wax car 4 times a year so I know its not a paint issue, dryer did not last very long wasnt really impressed.

It did not do a good job for $8 one pass of the pressure washer with little bit of soap is not acceptable

My car is never fully clean when I leave and the dryer shuts off too early.
