I am having a custom fabricated automated door and wheelchair lift installed in my School Bus Conversion.Costumer service is absolutely amazing!I was even sent text messages and photos to update me on the work. Great quality work! Custom fabricated parts out of Billet aluminum. That extra touch that makes things look so much nicer. They have an excellent shop and are more than capable of handling such a larg job in house. This cuts down on a lot of wait time. I am super grateful for all they are doing to help me improve my quality of life!

At first glance this company seems like it might be the right place for you. The employees are likeable on first impression. I almost got a lift installed to replace my current one year old lift and they were going to charge me for a $750 part I already had with my old lift. I asked them about this and they said they have to put a new one because its different. After talking with the people who install my first lift , I found out this was wrong. I decided to go with the people Ive worked with before and they are giving me $1,000 discount just because I already have that part and they can use it on this different lift. This is a $2,000 swing. Plus they are $2,000 cheaper to start with. Mobility specialist was going to charge me $750 extra and use the old part that I already have installed. I dont like being taken advantage of and this is why Im writing this review. I hope this helps other quadriplegics make the right decision on who you want to work with when you are having to spend lots of money because youre handicapped.

Ill give 4 stars, due to the fact that all the reviews had praises for this dlrship! I just moved back here from the Great State of Texas, and Im home again. I know when Im ready to buy my new EW36 scooter this will be the place to go. You can count on it.

Horrible customer service. Im sure that with their arrogant and rude staff they will lose many great customers along the way. No hesitation to take our money (over 8,000 to be exact) but when it comes to valuing their customers and treating them with respect they completely fail. Will never return to this location and thanks to your horrible hospitality we gave our service AND money to another location in which they were very nice, caring and concerned and actually valued us as customers, unlike Mobility Specialists in Brea.

I have a Nissan NV200 Van.I want to change side panel to Glass window that I can see around my car .First I took my car to Local body shop at Santa monica .It was very bad job ....so , I called Nissan Dealer (carson ).Mr. Max Nissan sales man told me Mobility Specialists Inc .It is 90 minutes from my house but I took my car there .They fixed side window glass ( 4 glasses )It was perfect perfect job .Since then,, Their great after care services are continuing .I really recommend this place .The Labor is decent .Stuff are very helpful , kind and professional .Thank you very much .( Feb 4 , 2016)

Good experience, installed MPS hand control on my 2001 Cad, I called them when I got home for a problem, Vince was at my house 2 hours later to take care of it.Great fast respond.
