First time waxing and Myra was the absolute best!!! I was sooo nervous about the heat, pain, WAX. But Myra made me comfortable by providing reassurance and it was interactive! 🤣 Ill be back in 8 weeks girl!!!

From knowing how a good waxing job feels like this is a bad experience. Not my first time at all waxing this area. For carelessly waxing an area that shouldnt have been waxed by their lead esthetician, a certain part burns. I dont understand how someone doesnt carefully wax this sensitive area. I dont even have hair follicles where I was waxed. Ouch! Thats been over 24 hrs of a burning feeling. Their immature manager giggled after every two sentences I spoke(probably a teenage manager). Sorry but a comped next visit isnt worth the risk. I stopped going to Pretty Kitty years ago thought they had better estheticians now..the answer is no. I doubt people like me who have bad experiences rarely do reviews. Who wants to put their review out there!

I believe her name was Leslie? But regardless she was amazing and super friendly! I was not uncomfortable at all!

When getting a wax you may feel vulnerable, but going to The Pretty Kitty that feel is never there! All the girls that work there are super sweet and kind. They really make getting a wax super easy!!

Too expensive for rushing so much in a 15 min wax and the results are bad... I have been waxing since I’m 15 years old on and off , I have tried many many places for waxing. This is a nice ambience place and their products are from Europe BUT they are way to rush in 15 min waxing the results are bad it’s like shaving if they just break the hair, normally waxing should last at least one week before you can see the hair growing again... they do it so fast that they don’t even look at the direction that they should be pulling the hair so it doesn’t break... They have the product but not the time to do it right ...

It was a new experience for me but the person who waxed me had good conversation so it went by pretty quick.

Love this place! Staff are friendly and they make you feel comfortable. Wax sessions are only 15mins!!I use to go to Europe Wax but this place is by far much better!!! I highly recommend to all.
