Excellent, friendly counter service and sharpening skills. They took an old butcher knife with a broken tip and reshaped the blade to create a small cleaver that works perfectly for breaking down whole chickens and chopping nuts. Hats off to the grinder(s) at Diamond Sharp.

This place is the best! Our knives were so sharp, it made cutting meat effortless. The owners and the employees went above and beyond in their sevice and in getting to know us. We left feeling like we made new friend! Well definitely be bringing our knives and scissors back, for sure!!

This is just something that I had noticed in the commercial. When they were showing the knife being used on the wood the past oic the knife being used was the back. When they went toi show us how sharp the knife was after doing this they were then cutting using the front. This was the same with every example they were using. If they were going to be cutting on something which should dull the knife when they would go to cut the food they used the opposite of the blade. When they were cutting the meat they used more of the back of the blade so the example they used before that was used on the front of the blade.The commercial was done poorly. After watching the only thing I saw was a scam. The commerical didnt make me want to try this product at all. The only thing it left me with was one thought in mind...scam scam scam.

Reasonably priced for excellent quality. i dont even other sharpening on my own. only downfall is theyre not open on the weekends

Friendly staff and good service with affordable prices

I had brought in a Kitchenaid mixer that needed some work done for my sister in law. They felt trustworthy and was very patient with me. The company took the time to look at what needed to be fixed and I was able to call whenever I had time to get a price quote. I live nearly 3 hours away and was recommended this place by customer service from Kitchenaid. It took several months for me to get around to picking up the mixer and due to budget I wasnt able to get the mixer fixed. They did the unexpected for me. They never once were mean, rude, and gave any attitude towards me. Always was super pleasant to talk to and have full understanding of whats going on. I really appreciate what the company has done for me and my sister in law and I wouldnt understand why anyone would have anything negative to say about the company. Thank you again.

Over a month to repair equipment and then refuses to deliver due to mis-perceived road conditions.
