He is a scavenger. He does things for his best interest rather the the seller/buyer. Our family had the unfortunate circumstance of working with him on several deals. On every occasion he has been a scum bag. Don’t let this man ruin your house buying/selling experience.

Were glad we went with Alex to help sell our house. We chose him because he has a marketing mindset and presented a very smart and logical strategy for listing and selling.We were in a tight spot - we had only owned our house for 2 years but needed to sell, and we had already invested a lot into remodeling. The guy is somewhat rude and straight forward. He will ask you offensive questions from the jump without meeting you over the phone. Definitely comes off as a guy who doesnt care about his clients and more about making sure he doesnt waste his time asking rude qualifying questions without meeting you.
