I had an experience, dont judge a book by its cover what i mean is that someone once told me that judging by the building address and vehicles of a company can tell you if your making a right decision well i called Prestige and i was happy i did. They where awesome set an appointment right on the next day others would say 3 weeks really for ants and roach and where a very small building the person came in explained what he would be using and where we were allowed to walk in or not. He took his time not just spray and run he noticed some things and advised us what should be done.. All i can say is there very efficient and price was great others for the same procedure where quoting twice the amount that we payed i also made my boss smile whit that price and believe me its hard to get a smile from him when it has to do with spending money.. Ramon of Prestige Termite Solutions has done an amazing job. I recently moved into my home, which had been rented out for several years. Upon arrival I found major termite and dry rot damage throughout. Prestige Termite solutions arranged for the place to be tented, then repaired the damage professionally and expertly. The cost was well worth it based on the quality of the work. I have since had them back for other, non termite related jobs, and they continue to be top notch. Ramon was very professional and timely. His team was able to fumigate our house and was able to be flexible with our schedule too. They even took care of setting everything up with the gas company. Would definitely use them again.

Ramon was great in getting Chris out to the house immediately. Chris thoroughly explained what was needed to get rid of the bees. These guys knocked it out of the park. Replaced like 100 ft of eaves, painted and put everything back like new. Chris, the inspector, is a great dude, and I feel like I got a great price. Ramon and his co-worker were cool, professional, prompt and efficient. Cant ask for more than that.

I am renting an older house, been here 10 years.My daughter and I saw mice in our house, running around.Larger one and a smaller one, and probably more.I was freaked out, we took our dog went to Motel 6 for 4 nights.We had called Terminex Company first, not satisfied at all. High priced, little effort.They sent out person, but he was in and out of our house in 5 minutes, looked under one sink.Their inspector did not seem to want to get his hands dirty to look around.I looked up local companies and found PRESTIGE EXTERMINATORS, so I called.Cecelia very nice, she kept raving about her tech Chris, how good he was, knowledgeable.She told me, she had not had even one complaint about him or his work.He can get rid if rodents in a week and a half or less.I decided to try him, he came out next morning.She was right, Chris was very knowledgeable.He walked around the property, went into all the rooms, looked under cabinets.He determined problem areas, where mice were coming in.Under front door, opening in corner.Under bathroom sink, in false area.They were breeding in garage.Entering into house plumbing opening.Chris told me everything I needed to know.I hired him on the spot, he was that confident.My landlord is supposed to take care of issue.Her maintenance guys are not professional exterminators. My landlady had the nerve to tell me mice wont kill me!. Her crew just went to hardward store bought mice pellets and TomCat traps.Chris said pellets will make mice sick, but wont kill them. He said, once mice are in your house they dont leave. You need to trap them, kill them.I noticed droppings in my house, even in my stove.Chris put down several large flat clear sticky traps with food in middle. They dont notice them, get stuck.Plus he put out other types of traps, as well.I could not stay in my place, had already seen them run around. Went to hotel.Next morning, trap had 1 large mouse.Second day, trap had 2 smaller mice.All in the bathroom.Exactly what Chris said, coming in from garage under bathroom sink, false area.Chris said usually 2 adults and babies.We waited a few more days.Then under bed, found second adult mouse.Plus Chris recommended his company contractor, Jose.Jose came over today, 10/21/19 and put new wood molding all around our door.Now front door is even, flush so that mice cannot run under door.Chris put foam under sink openings with wire mesh coverings.Blocking mice from entering house.He also went into garage in front of my place. I do not use it, for empty house next door.He found alot of mouse droppings there.This is where mice were living and breeding.He put traps out there and sprayed too.I hired Chris because I wanted to get rid of mice quickly.Did not want them multiplying in my house.It was worth it, now have peace, can relax.I highly recommend Prestige Company and tech, Chris.Pricing was very fair and reasonable too.
