My wife hired Shawna for her birthday party last year at the Monarch Beach Hotel. No one ever showed up and Shawna refused to refund her deposit. Really cant communicate the embarrassment of having no decorations of ANY kind at your birthday party.Despite having the correct date on the contract, she still refused a refund because she had paid her vendors for the wrong day?Really shocking because Shawna also did our wedding (at the same venue).Shes clearly only interested with working with certain individuals, with certain budgets, and there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. Just communicate that next time before ripping off your repeat customers.UPDATE: After reading your response, I changed my review, and sincerely apologize. I was lied to by my wife. Id recommend not working with her again based on the fact that I showed her this review before I posted it.
