All the women here are super welcoming and very professional. They always take care of me as if its my first time! They have great skills and I always end up loving their work. This will be my go to nail salon from now on. Thank you Lisa & Helen!

Kim is the best

I havent gone back because I really didnt have the best service, however, I really appreciate the management reaching out to me to assure me that they will take precautions and will discuss the issues with their nail techs. The management was kind and offered to fix my nails, i declined, but i appreciated the offer to fix the problem.

I have been going here for about 5–6 years. ANN IS INCREDIBLE! She has been doing my lash extensions , manicures, and acrylics since forever! I can always trust her with cleanliness, expertise, and artistic ability! She deserves ALL the praise! Love you Ann!!

I’ve been coming here since 2005. Gina does a wonderful job with dip nails and Mimi does a great job with pedicures. Reasonably priced, great service, and they go out of their way to take care of you. Won’t go anywhere else.

This place is not clean. They need to hire a professional cleaning crew to clean every night. Bottom line do not cut corners on cleanliness its costing you customers.

I have been coming here for years. It is very clean. Julie is the only nail tech I go to. She does excellent work and has great customer service. She even texts me to remind me to schedule my appointment.

I went to the salon with great nails already to get them done while I was home from college. WHEN SEATED I WAS MOVED 4 TIMES AND WAS NOT HELPED FOR 50 minutes. New nail techs were asking me what I wanted and did not seem to understand a French tip with a small white tip instead of a thick one. I showed her a picture of a French tip and the lady did not listen at all to what I wanted but continued to tell me she knew what she was doing and that she knew best. After getting them done she shaved off my entire natural nail and made then completely see through with part of the end of my nail underneath already whiteish and claimed it was a French tip. She obviously had no idea what she was doing and did not care about what the customer wanted. After the situation took place they gave me $10 off even though they completely butchered my nails... excepting me to pay still! I payed the tab and she continued to say we can redue them on Tuesday knowing I fly back to college. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AND WILL NEVER GO BACK

Love this nail salon, Susan does my nails she is amazing. She makes you feel like you are a Queen she takes her time with you Im very grateful for her.

Me and my mom just went to this establishment today for mothers Day. I got to treat her for a manicure pedicure. The service was wonderful our nails look amazing the ladies were so nice I will definitely be coming back.

I only had an eyebrow wax but it was a good experience. The worker that helped me knew what she was doing and it turned out great. Plus reasonable price.

Queen Nails in Brea is AMAZING...I came in after losing more than half of a big toenail and they were able to fix it with material that looks completely natural and is virtually undetectable. Afterward I got a gel manicure, pedicure, and eyelashes, and everything looks great. I couldnt be happier, and Ill definitely be back.

I LOVE Queen Nails. Ive been going here for years. Olivia does an excellent job on my nails and Helen does an awesome pedicure. I like the atmosphere, very friendly, comfortable. There is great nail polish selection and these girls know how to make their customers happy. I love the owner, she always takes care of her customers!!! They do everything possible to make their customers happy. I will be a long time customer here.

Just needed a polish change that is advertised at $8 and then was charged 33 because I used a matte top coat and they did not tell me until it was time to pay.

Mimi did my pedicure shes great I always get her because I know itll be just the way I want it.... great

At least 3 techs were sitting around chatting and yet I was having to wait to get started. Unacceptable! Treat all customers fairly regardless of race. I just left because stalling and prejudging a customer is insulting. I’d rather spend money where my business is appreciated.
