I bought an engagement ring on April 30th. The manager Karen said that my ring would be ready early since all the rings have been coming back early. I called May 12th and was told the ring was still at the repair shop getting re-sized. Today is the 15th which is when my ring was promised to be finished and no one from the store has been answering any calls. I’ve been calling since they opened and nothing. I would drive there but I live almost an hour away and don’t want to drive out for nothing. I’m upset with being lied too and promised something and not getting what I was told.

Love this store all the girls are very nice and I always get the best deals! They have sales before holidays you can get 80$ jewels for like 25$. Just sign up for the mail stuff it will save your life. I wish I got the lady’s name who helped me but I been in so much all of them have helped me and all have been nice.

Vivian was more than helpful... helped me customize my engagement ring for my fiance and it was absolutely perfect... a guy couldnt ask for more. Also helped me settle a few bill issues. Recommended the best deals and savings... I got exactly want my fiancee wanted for a great price where no other Jeweler was able to even come close.... save yourself the foot work and go to Kay Jewelers in Brea Mall and see Vivian... and tell her Marco sent you.

Bought a wedding band for my fiancée and it didnt fit. When we went to return it they refunded the price of the ring but there was a $35 resizing fee attached that they wouldnt refund. When we bought it no one told us about custom resizing. The manager wouldnt do anything about it to rectify the situation so Im leaving this bad review. They should explain these things when you buy. Do yourself a favor and buy your ring on Amazon like we ended up doing.

Ive usually have EXCELLENT experience here; today however, was horrible.I had a broken diamond that I brought in a few months back and I called to check status, as its being repaired; well, the girl who answered was very nice, didnt know the answer to my question so got a hold of a manager Maryann to help me. This lady didnt greet me at all. She just began to describe the ring to me..... hum....... I dont need the description!! Wow. So I just waited for her to be done speaking and asked her what my options were if I didnt like the ring. She asked how long I had it and I said approximately 2 years. She continued speaking to other people RUDLEY before answering my questions in full. Then said Id have to call the main store if I had a concern regarding the appraisal, as I had already paid over $300 for with my first ring... she said oh honey this is a new ring, so you have to pay that again! (Didnt like the way she answered so I snapped back) : how is that fair ? 🙄🙄🙄Im already on edge with my broken diamond , and a naked hand, lady!!So Rowena called me back and made me feel a little better. Turns out that lady picked up my call instead of her call that was waiting on her ... mix up. But yea, A+ for fixing the situation! 😍😍

Robina Rocks!!! bought a braclet for my fiance with a warranty plan(Robina had reccomended it to me) and my fiance got it caught on her purse or something we took it into kay at the Brea Mall and instead of fixing it Robina gave us a brand new one under warrant Now Thats what i call customer service !!!! i live in the I.E. and have a kay jewelers a few miles from my house but because of her knowledge and customer service skills (which are second to none) i drive the 50 miles from my house to the Brea Mall just to go to her store Robina your awesome and keep up the good work
