We were there 2 days ago and Fayth helped us, she is so friendly and so patient, initially I am worried about the style and size, she show us around and provide many useful suggestions. I tried 5 wedding dresses with her help, she is just so patient. She also helped with the accessories. I went for my comeback appointment and worked with Jules! She was such a joy to work with and made the experience so special. The manager Jocelyne was wonderful too! I had been told before to be cautious with David’s Bridal as they can pressure you to choose your dress just to make the sale- this wasn’t my experience at all. Jules was patient, kind, and thorough. I didn’t feel pressured at all, just supported! I’m grateful for the experience and so so so happy with my dress choice. They really made it special ❤️

Today, I received outstanding customer service. I wish that I could give Stephanie more than 5 stars. My daughter found a dress that she is so excited to wear. This is the place to come for someone looking for a long dress that will be unique to wear on the homecoming court. The Vera Wang dress was so reasonably priced even after the alterations. It is a stunning, classy design that flows like a Grace Kelly dress. Thank you Stephanie for such a memorable experience at this Brea store.

Since Covid, it has been a mess trying to order and buy a bridesmaid dress for my friend’s wedding. I was able to find one through David’s Bridal but ended up not needing it.I was still able to exchange the dress - thinking maybe I could buy a cute satin PJ set and some other fun trinkets, but was surprised by, oh my gosh, so much more!I came in on a Thursday afternoon so I was the only person there for a good while and instead of just browsing around, with all the associates doing their own thing, I felt like we bridal VIP.I was greeted by Theresa who so kindly welcomed me and allowed for me to browse around freely, then Jasmine helped me exchange my dress for a plethora of stuff! With every item I was interested in Jasmine took the time to look up all the coupons there were. And for anything that wasn’t in store, she took the time to look up online, in the stock room, and at other stores to make sure I got what I hoped for.What made it so fun and sweet was that while Jasmine was working hard finding all the discounts and helping me find other items to fulfill the exchange, another associate, Jules, was there to provide helpful information about what was in stock and affirm my choices - she was like that fun gal pal that made you feel like you weren’t crazy for buying all the things haha.By the time we were done, Jasmine must have spent at least 20 minutes finding every discount and was so patient about allowing me to change my mind and/or add more things to the item list!She was kind and uplifting, quick and a joy to be around.What an awesome group of women! I felt so cared for by them!

Looking for a Flower Girl Dress for my Granddaughter. We said yes to her dress after trying on several options. The staff was attentive, helpful and made the experience fun.

My daughter went to shop for her bridal gown. We were greeted by a beautiful very petite sales person.My daughter showed her on her phone pictures of several that she liked from their website.The sales person, appeared to understand and told us to give her a few minutes while she gets the dresses, ready to try on.My daughter and I squeezed into the small dressing room, with our masks on, and wrangled the dress over her head, or tried to.The sales person knew my daughter was a plus size, when I looked at the tags on the dresses, they were not even a size I would fit in. (14).When I saw my daughter in tears, and so discouraged, dress after dress was not an appropriate size.The mother of the bride “ blew a cork” and spoke to the sales person, asking her why she is not bringing dresses that will allow my daughter to see herself as the beautiful bride to be?I asked to speak to a manager, after our sales person told me she was also working with another group, and to yell if we need anything.My daughter had a horrible experience, and the manager at the time knew it. She apologized and said the fittings were included with her horrible experience.The dress has been sitting in my guest closet, waiting for the appropriate timeframe for fittings.She stopped by today, found the manager at the time was gone, and the new manager started by listing fee after fee for fittings.Yet, today my daughter talked to a friend who recently went in to the exact same store for a first fitting and was told $35.00.I am so discouraged with this whole process with David’s Bridal in Brea, CAThere is no smile behind that mask!

This is my third visit to Davids bridal brea, this time was to shop for a mother of the bride dress, we received help right away, even without an appointment they where able to assist us right away. Thank you to the associate who helped us out , she made my mom feel very comfortable with the whole process.

Well, lets start with I took my own dress in to be altered. Charged 425.00 for alterations. Went for my first fitting and the dress was worse than when I took it. It could not be fixed. I started crying because i knew it was a lost dress. I then had to find a NEW dress in the store and had to pay for that dress, plus a 250.00 charge to alterations to hem. My bestfriend was there and i was a mess so she asked the store manager what they were going to do to make it right. They would ONLY agree to a 180.00 of the 425.00 paid for them to ruin my original gown. I think they owe me the whole 425.00 since i had to buy a NEW dress from them and paid additional alterations. This is not Customer Service and not the last they will hear from me.

My experience was great! I had Sophia helping me and she did and absolutely wonderful job in making my day special. She was so kind and helpful! I tried on about 7 dresses and she new exactly what my style was. This was my first dress store store and left with purchasing the dress of dreams! Thank you Sophia for all your help!

I had the BEST EXPERIENCE with Alterations! LUCY and her team is amazing! She literally made the dream dress and veil come to life! I had lost weight and was so nervous that I was going to have to get a new dress but she fixed it to fit like a glove. If I can do a negative 5 stars I would, the associate was super rude to my mom and I. Did not want to show us any other styles or colors with similar styles. Would ask a question and would give us the dirtiest look. Provided a fitting room and was more concerned about putting dresses back versus even providing any feedback. She literally asked to put back a dress right after my mom tried it on. Our appointment with her didn’t even last 10 minutes. Didn’t see if the styles were available at other stores. This experience was the worst. No one should have gone through this. Hope she is talked to and provides better customer service.

It’s a great experience at this location I cannot rave about it enough. The AC was flowing, and the customer service was phenomenal. I had the wonderful pleasure of having Maya as my stylist and she is the dress whisperer. Found the perfect dress from the start. I can not recommend this stylist enough! Made an appointment to find a last minute wedding dress. The girl who helped me in my room was awesome, some employees not so much. We were told that there were only wedding dresses in one certain part of the store but make sure you walk around and look. There are dresses in the middle and to the right of the register. Also look around there are alot of cute bride and groom things around.

ZERO STARS!!! I had an appointment at 1:30 today. I showed up i got helped rightt away. The associate came to me asked me questions as to what i was looking for in a dress. She pulled two dresses from clearance and that was that from her. I tried the dresses on (my sister inlaw helped me zip up) and dint work out. I changed then went back to the floor (they dont have much of a lower budget options at this location) the associate just leaves and comes back to tell me i have 30 minutes left on my appointment and that she was going on her lunch break. She left me within 30 minutes into my applintment to take her lunch!! I then find another gown and not one associate around to help me with questions, i call someone passing by and ask her a few questions about the gown and if i could try it on and she says yes and walks away. Their i go carrying the gown back to the fitting room. Didnt see anyone else carrying their gowns back to their fitting rooms. Very rude and disgusting. I left my appointment less than 40 minutes in left empty handed.

One of my top picks was a style I didn’t think would suit me! My stylist, Kristin was super helpful, fun, professional and efficient in the whole process. Even brought over someone from alterations to answer some questions I had! So many beautiful dresses to choose from, the one hour appointment wasn’t enough time so booked a second appointment. Looking forward to it! Second visit, I said yes to the dress, many thanks to Ayslinn!! Third visit for Bridesmaid dresses, another resounding thumbs up for Jenna who was amazing in her recommendations and her customer service!! Even found my shoes for my big day!

Jasmine was the best stylist in the Brea store. She is super patient and professional. She has good taste and gave really good suggestions for how to alter the dresses if needed. She is very easy to communicate and makes us feel welcomed. She can tell what my needs are immediately. Even though my budget is limited, she treated me exactly the same as how she treated other customers on that day. Even though we dwelled longer than the scheduled 1 hour, we did not feel any pressure from her. She is just super patient and helpful to any requests. Got a bridesmaid dress altered here. The process was quick and easy. All of the ladies who do the alterations are so helpful and nice. Teresa helped me try on my dress today before I picked it up and she made sure it was perfect! Would definitely recommend getting alterations done here for any occasion.

Melissa took her time with us and I gotta say, her patience and input meant everything to me. It made a world of a difference! When I first arrived I was overwhelmed and anxious, but after showing her the dresses I had saved in my favorites, she pulled a few dresses and even a few more as the appointment went along. We came in to look for a specific color and style dress for my daughter’s prom. We didn’t see what we were looking for so we left. There weren’t a lot of prom type dresses. The five star rating is because we bought my other daughters wedding dress there a few months ago. We had a great experience. The dress was beautiful and we got a great deal.

I went in on Monday stressed, overwhelmed and just OVER looking for a dress but left HAPPY, relieved and grateful for meeting FAYTH!My mom, sister and I had made a day to go dress shopping since I was less than a week away from the wedding date due to sudden change of plans and to top it off I’m pregnant and my body is changing every other week! I felt so lost and at first was hesitant with speaking to any reps and just wanted to be in an out. After asking if there was maternity dresses, the representative teamed me up with FAYTH and she literally gave me faith lol.She was sweet, not at all overbearing and asked the right questions. After I picked a few pieces of my style, she picked a dress out for me as well and once I got to the fitting room I wanted to try out her pick first! It was so cute.Boom! Tell me why I literally didn’t want to try on anything else after that! I said yes to the dress and I just wanted to cry. I really thank her for her help. It was a long day of shopping and I was at my tipping point but she saved my day! My wedding day really lol.This woman deserves a standing ovation! So excited for my Wedding Sunday. I needed a civil ceremony dress ASAP after my fiancé and I decide to do a quick ceremony this summer. I made an appointment, filled out a style profile, and visited the Brea, CA, location. All of the staff members were very friendly and helpful. I was worried about the tight turn around and finding a dress and getting it altered. The seamstresses were amazing and Im so happy with the outcome. The only reason Id give 4 stars is that the lighting was poor and flooring and fixtures were old and outdated.

Fayth was absolutely amazing in helping my fiancé and I find our dresses! She was so incredibly patient and caring, and stayed with us longer than our appointment time. Words dont even describe how happy we are with this experience. She made sure we were both happy and in love with our dresses! :)

I didn’t buy my dress at David’s Bridal but I had alterations completed there. My original seamstress was unable to create my desired look. I went to DB in hopes that they could fix my dress with only three weeks prior to my wedding. They exceeded my expectations. The seamstress Lucy was not only able to fix every detail of my dress concerns without me even highlighting my concerns. But when I returned for my dress I felt magical, like a true bride. The alterations department were friendly, efficient and skillful and I definitely recommend to go directly to them for all your alteration needs.

This place has the best customer service out of anywhere! My alterations were done a day early and as we were picking it up my daughter asked about her wedding dress and how she holds it up to walk or dance and evidentially its suppose to have a bussel? We all vary in sizes and style preferences but she made each of us feel heard and prioritized. We were all able to find something we loved for our brothers wedding. The best dress shopping experience EVER! I was an indecisive and unenthusiastic bride to say the least (I had already been to another Davids Bridal and loathed the experience) but then I met Fayth! She gave me different styles and put up with all my nonsense. She not only helped me but she and another associate helped my bridesmaid too. Her manager was present which made me feel like I had 2 layers of support. All were incredibly kind and patient. Highly recommended.

So I came here because my experience earlier that day at the Costa Mesa David’s bridal was horrendous. My friend suggested I call up the one in Brea and they had a spot open for us and we showed up and we’re instantly helped. Let me just say it was drastically better than the Costa Mesa one and Elizabeth was amazing in her own right. Everyone was so ridiculously nice and so helpful. Like even if they weren’t your sales person helping you out and they spotted you needed help they would just come over and help you. Unlike at the one in Costa Mesa, in Brea Elizabeth had a bunch of stuff in the room for me to help me with the experience like shoes, slips, and a bra corset if I needed one, etc. and she went out of her way to go pick dresses that she thought would fit my style and encouraged my friends to go select stuff they think I’d like. I ended up actually trying on a dress that I never would’ve picked off the rack but really loved. Elizabeth was great, and so were the other staff. Her head manager was super nice and at one point Elizabeth realized I wanted to hold the back of the dress up to see what a bustle would potentially look like and she had a seamstress come pin me up so I could get a real visual of how it would look rather than just someone holding it. Overall I had a great experience and I recommend avoiding the costs Mesa one since the staff sucks and their selection is ridiculously limited for brides dresses and make your way over to the Brea David’s Bridal because their staff is so nice and helpful and their selection is larger. I tried on like 10 dresses.

I am over the moon elated with my gown and with much thanks to Lucy for her alteration skills! After my initial fitting, my gown was not fitting as I desired and Lucy stepped in and recognized the alterations that were needed to create the fit I desired. I just had my final fitting and was brought to tears with the perfect fit of my dress. Lucy intently listened to my concerns and made it a priority to make it happen! Her care and concern was so appreciated and her alteration magic is amazing!!! Thank you so much!!!

I went in for my bridal gown. There was a great selection and some new Spring designs when I went (Feb. 2021). I picked out what I liked online before showing up. I was kind of bummed they didn’t have everything I liked in store but they had a good amount of options. I was introduced to a stylist who was taking place for my main stylist and she asked me some questions about the wedding and I felt like she was judging me because my fiancé and I have been together for 9+ years and we’re barley getting married but that was none of her business and I felt like she didn’t want to be there or help me. But when that lady left, I met my MAIN stylist and she was very kind, sweet and awesome, I think her name was Letty, so ask for her if you go! I did not feel rushed or pressured with her at all which was great. However, I was sad I only got to try on 5/6 dresses. Also, they mentioned I can only bring 2 guests which was fine because I wanted to bring my sister and mom only but when I got there I saw other people in big groups of 5 or more which was confusing especially if they are trying to limit the people in the store due to COVID. I felt that there were too many people inside at the same time during this time and I showed up for my appointment at 3pm but had to wait an extra hour (4pm) because it was really busy they had to clean up and get ready but that was fine I wasn’t in a rush I had a chance to look around at all the dresses. I did find the one and said “yes to the dress” at this location. I had a pleasant visit.

The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to find a style that looks great on everyone in the bridal party. Yay!!!

I like to Thank Valena, one of the stylist at David & Bridal. This was my first place to looked for my wedding dress and she helped me find the one. She was easy to talk to and patient as I was trying to find the perfect dress. Her inputs were helpful and made the search about me. She helped me find a dress that was best fit for me and it was within my budget. I would definitely recommend Valena to everyone.

I had a really good experience at Davids Bridal. I visited the store in Long Beach and also the one in Brea. Although both were great , the services in Brea were very impressive 👏. I had my stylist Jules who despite having 2 clients was very attentive from the very beginning I entered the store. My first visit was super fun, I went in on a Saturday and was getting married the next Friday, crazy I know! But none the less I found my dress, veil and belt. The staff was super friendly, that made me feel great and so beautiful! I ended up spending $555 only everything including alterations, I didn’t think that was too bad! I love my dress very very much and they said the alterations would be ready by Monday. I went Online to check out the shoes, I found the perfect ones, I even went shopping to other outside stores and those shoes stuck with me, so I knew I’d be picking up a paid on Monday when I’d pick up my dress. I found the shoes in my size, they just had this yellow old glue stuck on the rhinestones and the glue used to stick on the rhinestones were super visible. I took them to the front to ask if they had more in the back, she said that was the only one they had and that there could be more at a different location, I knew if I left without the shoes I would not be happy so I said okay that I would still take them, already thinking how I can get the glue off them. As the first women I asked about the shoes walked to front register she pointed the glue out to the manager, the manager looked at her and said “they are already 20% off” something I wasn’t even aware of initially. The First employee that helped said “okay I didn’t tell her anything.” I could literally hear the first conversation behind the customer paying. I was thrown off as I didn’t ask for a discount or wanted a mark down for damaged shoes I was purchasing, I was gonna make it work because I knew I was the one with the crunch time. I just thought the way the manager handled the situation was very poorly, I didn’t want a discount but as a a manager and seeing the damage on the shoe, the money I had already spent on everything else, I think she could’ve maybe apologized and looked or called other stores. It wasn’t even about the money for me it was just on how awful she made me feel like I had been asking for money off. I think if I had been anyone else I could’ve easily caused a scene but I’m not that type of person. I will just leave my review here and take my beautiful dress.Thank you

I was very pleased by the service we received here at David’s Bridal. After booking an appointment to try on dresses, we were assisted by a nice lady who helped pick out different styles. The process ran smoothly and made the entire experience easy. Picking out dresses can be stressful but David’s bridal relieved some of that by guiding us. All 7 of us ended up walking out of the appointment with a dress order and alteration appointment. There was so many options when it came to both style and colors. For only $10 a mask to match your dress can be purchased. Thank you David’s Bridal!

This was my first experience with David’s Bridal and WOW what a great one it was! From the moment we walked the service was welcoming. I will admit I was very overwhelmed, but Leah my coordinator calmed me down and assured me it was all ok. Not once did I rushed or pressured to try on or buy! I loved my experience here! Everything was very clean, and they were being very vigilant in keeping everyone distanced and making sure masks were staying on. My stylist was SO helpful and sweet, and truly made it feel like she was just a friend who wanted me to look amazing on my wedding day.

The person that did the alterations, Lucy was great! Very helpful and gave us some great suggestions. However it was very, very warm back in the fitting area. I was disappointed in the lack of circulation and or temperature overall. You have women standing for 20/30 minutes with layers of fabric in 75+ degrees in the back didn’t make for a great experience. I was sweating and uncomfortable, very disappointed in that part. But the staff was friendly and helpful but the AC definitely needs to be something they keep in mind, or lack their off.

Faith was super amazing! She was patient and brought me a lot of options for vails and hair pieces. I found my dress pretty quickly and felt like a princess. Thank you David’s Bridal!
