Talk about TOP NOTCH SERVICE. When I open escrow, I get a gift, a customer service call and a welcome email. Same at closing. All along the way, I know there is someone a phone call away that will answer my questions and assist in any fashion that they can. I feel like someone is there to hold my hand the entire duration of the open escrow and that service then trickles down to my clients. If feels great to know that I can offer my clients that level of service to keep them comfortable as well. The officers have experience and have run into any scenario you can think of, they know how to problem solve and how to avoid an issue and they are always one step ahead in the transaction. I appreciate them for this. Big shout out to Shane who has handled all of my transactions for the past approx. 4 years, without ever under-performing. Absolutely aweful experience., if you want to be lied to, I suggest you call them. Terri and Shane worked my account, deplorable is the best I can describe it. The made up stuff as they went along, would tell you one thing and do the opposite. They even raised some of my fees 1000% percent with no explanation. If you agent is Wants to use ESCROW CLOSING SERVICES, RUN as fast you can.When it was time to transfer my proceeds of sale to my escrow they sat on my funds for over 30 hours without acting. William who is supposed to verify escrow instruction had the balls to tell me that if I keeps calling for status updates they won’t be able to complete their tasks.Clicking a button must be tough job!Do yourself a favor, STAY AWAY!!!

I have worked with many different escrow companies over the past 15 years, and the team at ECS consistently outshines the others by the way they go above and beyond for our clients and my team. While ECS has many great escrow officers, we work closely with Julie Timmins, Sean Tracey, and Walter Cortez. There have been many times they have gone the extra mile to make sure we close escrow on time or meet lender requirements before funding cut off times, and they are often working past business hours or even on weekends to get the job done for us. Their communication throughout the process with us, our transaction coordinator, the other agent, the buyer’s lender, and all the other people involved in each transaction has always been exceptional, and they even offer a concierge service to meet with our clients at the client’s convenience & location of choice to get escrow documents signed and notarized. I highly recommend this escrow company!

Incompetent is the only word to describe the bumbling employees at Escrow Closing Services Inc. Due to numerous mistakes, my closing date was postponed. Instead of apologizing, they tried shifting the blame on everyone else but themselves. If you have the chance of choosing your escrow service, I recommend going elsewhere.
