Im satisfied with the work jorge did he made the process easy the reason for the negative review is because Alejandra told me thru phone she sent my filings out but a month later i find out she failed to send my MCP65 form to the dmv i dont know what went wrong on there end but it costed me 2 months of paid insurance and loss of work thats the only reason im disappointed my truck had to sit in the yard without my permit to work in California i had to personally Fax and mail the form out to the DMV

Im totally not happy with the service Im receiving. It takes too long to get Certificates of Insurance, hold times are too long only to be sent to voice-mail. I would not recommend this agency. Ive been waiting for info on adding a driver and truck for days and is on hold as Im writing this review.

I went against my better judgement and accepted a cold call. These people are terrible.I have been working with Karina Gavela and she’s the worse. She never returns emails or calls.Whatever you do please save yourself the headache and call someone else.I have to start all over now. But at least I know..Also shame on me for not looking at their reviews. It’s a reason they are at 2.8. rating. Terrible!Don’t Call Patty Insurance!

This has to be the most unorganized experience I have dealt with an insurance broker. I will say the lady that works with my policy Karina is very nice and competent. She is just limited in her support because they give those responsibility to other employees. This company cant find corresponding emails. They dont read instructions from your email when you request for COIs. And when you confront them with this they make a bogus claim of additional forms that need to be filled out and additional fee so they dont have to send the COI. This company cant even keep track of emails they send to you. STAY AWAY! This company has cost me thousands on just simple negligence. 25% of my losses this year is a result of their inability to stay organized. Cant wait until my policy is over

This place is a SCAM they’re not licensed and when you ask for proof they put you on hold. Don’t trust Karina Gavela she’s not licensed for insurance nor does she know what she’s doing. Got scammed for 10k beware of fraud from this place!

Monday I was guaranteed commercial coverage by midnight Tuesday. It didn’t happen. Critical time was wasted while I could have been looking elsewhere. Very disappointed

Xavier reached out to me to sell insurance. I called him and left my personal info on voicemail for him to get me an insurance quote. I was then told he didnt hv access to his voicemail to retrieve the message. This raised my suspicions of a possible scam. These was also alot of background noise for me to understand him clearly. I explained my concern and decided not to do business with this company. Just not professional enough for me.

Beware of using this insurance service. Ive been trying to get a refund from them for since January, 2020 and have still not received it. I gave them close to $1,800 for a down payment on an insurance that did not go through. And they still havent sent me a refund. I have filed a complaint with the California Department of insurance. Also called to cancel insurance on one of my commercial trucks and never received a call back or an email. Poor customer service! This transaction took was done in December 2019. So I really dont know what Covid-19 has to do with it

Please don’t get insurance with this company they put car without your permission and charge a lot when get complaints they don’t get any responsibility and only say I’m sorry for that.
