Ive had bad experiences with Caliber as a franchise in the past, so I had some hesitation about bringing my vehicle to another Caliber location (This location was a pre-approved repair center by my insurance company) for some body work caused by rocks thrown up on the freeway.This Caliber was conveniently located and highly rated on Google and Yelp, so I decided to take a gamble and have the repairs done here.The estimate process was painless and fast. The receptionist was friendly, as was the service advisor.Text updates were sent to my phone during the repair process which gave peace of mind that work was being promptly done.Fast forward to picking up my vehicle after the repairs and I can say that overall I came away satisfied as the repairs were quite good. What stops me from giving my full accolades are some detail oversights such as a misaligned hood ornament, fender scuff marks that I assume were from staff bending over it to do repairs, and some hard water etching from a wash. Minor details that didnt warrant a 4 star review, I simply mention it for those of us that are more passionate about our cars and pay attention to these type of things.Overall, this location did VERY good work, and I would have no hesitation about coming back.

We had a fender bender and our insurance company recommended this location. I was treated really well, no high sales pitch, just straight-forward description of what they would do. Once they began work, I got a text every 3 days with updates! When the car was completed on the exact day they promised, we could not believe how AMAZING it looked. It was so good, we decided to leave our car to have some other cosmetic work done. Best experience ever. Caliber ROCKS.

This place is the best!!!My 2005 Corvette was hit on the freeway the end of November and they did a fantastic job bringing her back to me... fast forward 4 months and I got sideswiped again!Big shout out to Brad Cermak and the rest of team, they are Magicians at making the damage go away.There are very few shops that are certified to work on Corvettes, I am so blessed to have found this group....but I really hope I dont have to visit them again anytime soon!

I was referred here from the insurance company, and I will forever return with any of my cars! I was thoroughly impressed at how much detail they paid to my car and when I picked up my car even though it was a minor repair they had gone out of their way to clean the car and also put a protective film on all the door edges and behind the handles. Little things like this tell me that this is a company who really is amazing at their customer service and go above and beyond

Caliber Collision in Brea did a fantastic job restoring my car to its previous near pristine condition. Brad and Letty were so helpful, friendly, professional, and accommodating. I had to reschedule my appointment a few times and they were so patient and understanding. I was impressed with how clean and tidy the lobby was. If Caliber makes sure that the lobby is that tidy you know they will be just as meticulous about your car. Brad did an awesome job keeping me updated on the status of my car. I was recently in a minor accident and needed some repairs done to my vehicle. The repairs turned out great, I was informed at every step and the best part is that it was done almost a week early!

Caliber collision was my third quote after the previous two had failed to account for the real damage and effort it would take to properly repair my car. I was paired up with Ryan Foster who did an excellent job at quoting me a reasonable amount for the repairs and to make sure safety was his priority. He regularly sent me text updates on the progress and the car was ready on time as promised. I had a great experience!

Ryan and the guys at caliber brea took complete care of my 2020 Silverado. I had a driver change lanes into me on the freeway and my truck needed new doors and bodywork on the fender and bed. They made my truck good as new. There was a minor issue with my replacement running boards getting damaged in delivery from the dealership but they handled the issue in a timely and professional manner. Friendly staff and quality work. Hopefully I wont require their services any time soon(knock on wood) but if I do, I will be back.

After my car was side swiped I was in contact with a number of repair shops and nervous that my new car would never look how it used to. it wasnt until I spoke with caliber collisions that I felt at ease that my car would return to its former glory. Ryan provided knowledgeable advice and was a calming presence when I was visibly concerned about the welfare of my vehicle. Thankfully his calming presence wasnt all talk and you cant even tell that my car ever was hit! A+ people

I have been here a few times with the same vehicle and each time they do an amazing job I would highly recommend the team.

Professional location with quality service, great communication, and transparency.

They did not repair all damages from the loss. When I was called and notified the vehicle was ready, only part of the damage was repaired so I had to leave the vehicle another week for repairs. A couple weeks after the “repair”, multiple malfunction lights came on and the vehicle was had to be towed to dealer. During body repairs a couple communication wires were cut so dealer refused to fix under warranty.

Caliber is 5 stare experience.

Extremely satisfied with my service at this Caliber Collision location. My daughter was in her first car accident and majorly shook up. We took her car to this shop and was met with top notch service. Ryan Foster had my car turned around in only 2 days. The car looks amazing. I definitely recommend bringing your vehicle to this location for your auto body repairs.

We took a car in for an estimate, and they put a couple of panels back into place without being asked, and with no charge. Hard to get better service than that!

This was my first ever accident and I was completely lost as to what to do first. I showed up at Caliber and Ron was the first to greet me. He walked me through every step I needed to do. He called me with updates every other day. He was so nice and so helpful. I would recommend everyone I know to go here. The work is top notch. My car looked brand new again. They even washed it and vacuumed it! And thats really saying something because I have a German Shepherd that sheds copious amounts of hair. So I was very pleased when I picked up my car.

The personnel could not be nicer. So very helpful and my car was completed when they said it would be. The estimate was fair and the bottom line that I paid was almost right on with original estimate.Their facility is extremely clean. There was great communication about the progress of the repair and I could not be happier with the entire experience. Only regret is that my car had been damaged in the first place. Would give this Caliber location a 5 star rating always.
