I have tried signing up online, emailed, called and even showing up but have not been able to speak to anyone. Seems like they are trying really hard not to make money.

I have been calling for the past month leaving messages cause I want to enroll and literally nobody has given me a call back I have gone there personally and I see people going in and have ask them if theres anybody incharge and the always say no

Half of the cardio machines are out of order and they wont fix them

Its awesome when it was open before the pandemic.

Glad it’s a gym that’s open 24-hours, but they really need to work on their cleanliness. A little worried about previous comments about canceling/being charged, but time will tell!

Pretty nice location. Really puts a test to your willpower when its next to a donut shop, but if you can overcome it then you will be stronger than you ever were before. Believe in the me that believes in you. Your fist is the fist that will pierce the heavens.

I like the Snap fitness Gym in Brawley. It is clean, has an extensive line of equipment and Treadmills. The people are helpful and nice too. The only con I have it is often too warm in the facility. A lot of people dont wear much in clothing, so for them it is OK.

Spoken to them multiple times about canceling my services. And they keep charging me every month. The month i cancelled they told me they would charge me an additional month because it was in the contract. I figured thats how they make a little extra money but now theyre just charging me every month. I was there last about 5 months ago and theyre still charging. BEWARE!!!!!! If you cancel they will still continue to charge you and hope you dont notice. Theyll continue to charge you even after youve spoken with them multiple times.

You have been charging me during covid and the club is closed. I’ve called with no response. I will take my concern against your club to the press.

While the gym will give you the things you need to become fit, be VERY careful when it comes to your billing. There are very strict restrictions placed on you when you attempt to cancel. You can only cancel in person, and there are only people who can process you cancellation for you there for a few hours in the morning, and a few hours in the evening.And one thing that was not explained to me is if you cancel any time after the 1st of the month you will be billed for an additional month because it takes 30 days for your cancellation to process.DO NOT TAKE THE WORD OF THE PERSON WHO TAKES YOUr CANCELLATION! Keep your paperwork, and cancel on the last day of the month so you dont get charged for two months.

I dont recommend people coming to this gym this gym is horrible not all the machine works and they steal your money without telling until the end and they violate your contract. DONT JOIN THIS GYM. :(

Very friendly and helpful staff. Inviting and enjoyable workout environment with a great array of exercise equipment. Centralized location. I really like this place!

The Brawley gym is exceptionally well run. The staff is extremely courteous, and is constantly cleaning and re-stacking weights to assure a positive member experience. The atmosphere is one of total acceptance, with excellent member etiquette and a high degree of friendliness; at least during weekday morning hours. I very much look forward to each trip to the Brawley club.

I have been a member of Snap Fitness for 8 months now. I have been very unhappy with the services of the managers. They are inconsistent with their schedule and they tend to over charge or forget to cancel your card.

I have doing exercises for 4yrs. Evevary respect each others.

Conveniently located, open 24/7 clean. Needs music and someone to tighten up lose screws etc. Otherwise great gym.

My experience has always been more than satisfactory. The gym is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful.
