My friend had a flawless experience here renting a van until it came time to return the van after hours. To return the van after hours you need to create an online account through a U-Haul website. My friend is reasonably computer literate on her Android phone and tried and tried and tried to create an account unsuccessfully. Fortunately a young man who works there happened to stop in to get something. Even though it was well after hours he came over to the van and asked if everything was ok. He saved the day by logging the van in and he wasn’t even on the clock. I rate that service a 10+.
