Let me preface this by saying HR block did my corp return this year and they were great. However, I submitted my personal tax info on 8/25. Ive received no status on my return. Ive called 5 times in the last 2 weeks and messaged them several times. Ive received no call backs or messages.My return is due in 9 days and I have no idea if they have even looked at my info! No one ever calls back or responds to my messages.I cant recommend them at all.

I had a not so great experience last year with this H & R Block location. I was told last year that they would prepare my taxes for free as a courtesy. I was scheduled very quickly (my taxes have already been filed) and with a senior accountant....Moriah Jogada. Moriah went out of her way to make sure my experience was a good one and apologized for the previous year. She even gave me some tips on how to get a return on private school tuition which I wouldve never known. Even though there was no charge for my visit she did a super job and was extremely nice about it! Will be going back next year for sure :)

I like that it is secured, however paying $500 for my taxes is outrageous.
