Local business with spectacular staff - friendly. They ARE cheaper than Staples - so interesting that many people I’ve spoken to think Staples is cheaper. Nope. 5 cents per b/w copy (self-serve) at Lotus; 10 cents at Staples AND you have to pay extra for stapling!!! Support local businesses!!

The dirty-hippie with the pony-tail and the passive-aggressive attitude accused me of breaking the copier when the piece of junk jammed on the very first copy. After begging for help, he pretended he didnt have a clue about the machine, then railed at me for putting card stock into the machine. He acted as though it was a huge bother to him to have to assist me. He also had a noticeable body odor like a litter-box or unwashed armpits. After a few more of his red-eye rolls and dramatic sighs, I simply took my original and left. He lost a $50 sale right there, AND I am telling people far and wide, online and in person not to use this business, Ive seen better customer service at the DMV.

Ed and the staff at Lotus Graphics are top notch. I stopped in with a tight deadline to make new trade show banners. They were 100% responsive to my needs and treated me like I was their only customer. The end result is my trade show booth looks great with updated graphics and they saved me $150 on each banner stand compared to the best prices I found online. Nowadays, when everyone goes online, I was delighted that a local company with great people can get the job done on time and under budget. They should be commended for their work, this review was the best I could do. I would highly recommend Lotus to anyone for any printing needs you may have. So nice to have a local company that can get the job done.

In the 20 plus years I spent in the automotive industry I have never had better service or quality then with the folks at Lotus Graphics. Whether it was for a few hundred business cards for a new hire or a full blown campaign with posters, banners, digital graphics for my web sites and print they have ALWAYS delivered. Prompt, professional and courteous service.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service here was abominable. The kid at the counter was repeatedly rude to me. I was trying to print two return labels for Fedex packages and their interface and the label I was sent by the store didnt interface. I got the store on the phone, and they offered to send the address labels directly to Lotus by email, at which point, said clerk told me that there was only one person in the store with access to email, and he might be too busy to check for it right now. My jaw dropped. When I complained about the service and said I was leaving, he said hed bring out the manager. When said manager came out, I didnt know it was him because he didnt address me at all. He just came out and paced, and when the kid eventually explained the situation, the guy still didnt address me. He went back to wait for the email without the slightest eye contact or acknowledgement. I was astonished. When the file had been sent, I relayed to the clerk what the person at the catalog was saying to me on the phone--to please be sure to refresh and check the junk email folder. He then got snarky with me and lectured me about how long email takes. I told him I didnt appreciate being lectured to about how email works, since Ive been using it since it was invented, and he started to argue with me and blame me and the catalog company for their crappy service. Clearly, no one has ever taught him the basics of customer service, which isnt surprising, given that the manager doesnt seem to know a thing about it either. I left that store, and the catalog company arranged for me to have my packages picked up at my house by UPS and even sent me a coupon for my trouble. At least someone in this whole debacle understands customer service. I will never set foot in Lotus Graphics again.

As a graphic designer Ive been doing business with Lotus Graphics since about 1998 and have never experienced anything but over-delivering on speed, quality, and price. No exceptions. To me these folks are THE go to place for anything that gets printed on pretty much anything you can think of. The full package +When Im not quite sure what the right choice is they have so far always advised me to do things that have worked out best for me, not them. What a concept. You cant ask for more. Im honestly perplexed by any negative review of this business.

Ive done lots of business with these guys, from business cards to posters, event flyers, framing, binding of notebooks, gift certificates and more and everything is done quickly, professionally and often way under the expense I was expecting. Also its probably the best place in town for aging heavy metal musicians to hang out.

Lotus Graphics has been a vital piece of the puzzle to my business. I started using Lotus for all my printing needs since moving to Brattleboro in 2001. In most cases, its not just handing over a computer file and asking for copies to be made. It involves art layout for LP/CD album covers, point of purchase displays, promotional posters, vinyl stickers, grommeted banners for artists on the record labels, fine art giclées, etc etc. Eds design skills and ability to interpret my (at times, absurd) vision into that finished product, often baffles me. I am never disappointed. I now have colleagues in NYC and L.A asking me to have product made through Lotus as it ALWAYS comes out top notch.

Lotus Graphics did not fulfill my order appropriately. Three different banners were ordered, and two out of the three received were duplicates. When I came in to discuss my issue, Ed was immediately defensive. When they first tried to confirm the order with me, they had it wrong. They only sent me two proofs, giving me a duplicate of one of the banners even though I sent them three different files with three different file names. Once I caught the mistake, I asked for a proof of the third that wasnt included and once I saw that it looked good I said to get all three printed. I decided to make revision to one of the other banners, so I said to hold off momentarily on the printing. The names of the files were banner inside banner outside and banner outside 2. I provided a file called banner outside REV as a revision to banner outside. He seemed to think that the revision was to banner outside 2. If it was, it would have been banner outside 2 REV. Instead he just gave me two copies of the same banner. He made the mistake of assuming that the revision was to the banner that he missed in the first place. Ive worked with newspapers, ad agencies, television stations, and cable companies for years and when I provide them a revision for a file, the replace it according to the filename. I’ve never had this issue with any of them. He instead accused me of expecting him to read my mind and made another comment that I didnt have a proper grasp of the English language. If there is confusion, call the customer to confirm. He did not. Its sad because Ive given him almost all of my business for my printing needs for the almost three years Ive been working in Brattleboro. From the beginning of this order they have been making mistakes, the kind that happen when youre either rushing through it or are just not paying attention. He will no longer receive my business. If you do decide to do business here, make sure to hold his hand throughout the transaction or you will have wasted your money and your time.

Lotus Graphics has also donated their time and product to numerous non-profit organizations and individuals in our community- marketing materials for Project Feed the Thousands for many YEARS and ALL of the marketing materials for the Jimmy Fund Golf Tournament to name only a few. Whenever we need anything we just call Ed or Allie and they get it done every time, despite how incredibly busy they are! I have relied on Lotus for all of my printing needs for the more than 17 years, they have always gone above and beyond for my business. I have three retail stores and they provide for us all of our promotional printing, banners, posters, signage, labels, and stickers. We have a collection of vintage posters, all framed by Lotus. We regularly use their shipping services for our Brattleboro store. Can’t say enough good about them.
