I last went here about a year ago and the machines were kind of yucky. I was really pleasantly surprised by how well the new machines worked and how clean everything was. My only complaint was the change machine was being temperamental and didnt give me change at first.

My man I were there and someone lost their money and really didnt know how to use the machine, she called the owner and he came down immediately and gave her her money and nicely explained the machine! I dont agree with the reviews here that he basically said oh well because I use that laundry mat alot and I have never seen it happen, so Im calling ur bluff on that! My name is Michelle how are u today? I am also there a lot to no machines on both side have never not been working! I also think that is another lie! I see why reviews arent very fair!

I called to tell them the change machine wasnt working. Neither side worked. They said it should be working and when I said it wasnt they basically just said too bad. Were in the middle of a coin shortage, so its not like I could just walk next door and ask for $5 in quarters. These people need to either have card readers on their machines or fix their change machines.

I walked in and saw someone not wearing a mask, asked if he would put one on. Nope! Not doing it. I looked around, no signs posted enforcing mask wearing. So I turned around to leave and he bid me adieu. Fine. Called the laundromat to ask if masks are required and asked for a call back - nothing.Not only will I not patronize this establishment, I’ll also let others know masks are not enforced.

They have brand new machines and they dont leave bugs in your clothes like it used to, we used to drive to Greenfield, MA for laundry .

Just a good solid laundromat with a good owner.Recently upgraded a ton of washers too so its even better now. Also coin operated no laundry card required which is something I appreciate.

Owner doesnt follow the mask mandate, post any signs about it, or require anyone using the facility to do so.

Always clean and never really have issues except tonight when my wash didnt wash

The regular washers (not high-efficiency) leave clothes covered in large quantities of lint (that does not come from the clothes being washed - for instance, tons of blue lint was stuck to my gray clothes after a wash), and the dryers smell of something akin to gasoline. The change machines frequently have issues accepting bills.
