Toni was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was VERY knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. She made the experience enjoyable and even though I was in the store for a while, it didn’t feel like it because she was so personable and friendly. Toni is such a joy to do business with! Very satisfied!!

The woman running this store is amazing. From the past two times I had to go to her store, she’s been a multitasking queen. I hope Verizon can get her the help she needs! She took care of what I needed in a timely manner, and could manage working with over 5 customers at a time in the store. Impressed is an understatement.

I was in there for 3 hours with the manager and got nothing done, just wanted to transfer plans! Also I believe this was by design as the manager here hates men! Was rude to me for speaking with my wife due to the fact I was a man! Would not recommend! I wont be back!

I rarely write reviews, but was so impressed with Aileens capabilities and service that I wanted to acknowledge them. Ive been dreading upgrading my iPhone 6s, even going so far as to buy an external battery and only being able to use my phone while charging it!I used to get services in Keene, and frequently found myself confused, rushed, and pressured into signing on to, or opting out of, services I didnt really understand. In contrast, Aileen was thorough, let me ask as many questions as I needed, reviewed options and plans, and sold me a produce I understand and am really happy with. She is excellent and I highly recommend her.

I give this establishment 5 stars only because the reps here are great, they take the time necessary to figure out and solve your cell phone issues and if they can not they will find another resolve. However the company these reps work for is not a company I would buy from, they treat their employees like door mats and they make sure nobody has anytime to spend out of the workplace. The way the regional manager treats everyone is as if they were all doormats, he’s absolutely disrespectful and does NOT follow covid guidelines.

I cant say enough nice things about this store and personnel. We had an emergency where my son needed a new phone. He goes to school near this store but I am 5 hours away. Toni took amazing care of us. She gave me all of our options, provided excellent advice and settled my nerves too. Toni was extremely thorough in her follow up and documentation. Nick helped my son with his set up and accessory purchases. If you have a choice of where to go, go to this store. They went out of their way to make sure everything worked out and completely exceeded my expectations.

Toni Dezendorf was very kind, patient and helpful in setting me up with my first 1Phone despite several challenges outside of her control. I was impressed by her knowledge about the products, and her thoroughness and attention to detail in spite of interruptions. I learned a lot from her.

Like others before me, I can’t say enough good things about this Verizon store. Toni was patient and helpful as we navigated a difficult process of transferring data from a very out of date phone to a new phone and an Apple Watch. She went over and above and when closing time came and went she stuck with the process to the very end. We would recommend this store to anyone. Beautiful work!

I have always gotten the best service at my Verizon store on Putney Road in Brattleboro Vermont. Everybody’s so professional kind and helpful. It means everything because getting phone and phone equipment can be very nerve-racking and they’re always calmand get exactly what I want.And during Covid this especially means everything. The weather handling it is with the most protection I can have and just great and appropriate service during COVID-19.

I was having an issue with my IPhone and couldnt get there until later in the day. Toni was incredibly helpful, welcoming and friendly. She stayed past closing to make sure my phone issue got completely resolved, which was great because now I dont have to make a second trip back there. Not only did my issue get resolved, but Toni gave me some tips and advice for my phone that are really helpful. Her customer service was stellar and much appreciated!

Very helpful staff. Needed help getting a replacement screen protector for my phone and even though they do not replace them there she was able to order the replacement protector for me as I was having difficulty getting it. I did purchase the screen protector here and am glad I did as it comes with a good warranty and has protected my phones screen from cracking. I have always found this Verizon TCC store to have experienced and patient employees who are willing to help me out with any of my issues with Verizon wireless services and products. They go out of there way to help me and anyone who Ive talked to about them. I gave only 4 stars because I have to order the screen protector and pay for shipping for the replacement which I was not aware of or explained to about the replacement fee for shipping when I purchased the screen protector.

I go out of my way to go to this Verizon store. They are great. Toni is wonderful and always willing to help.

Their sense of teamwork was outstanding, if another of their team mates knew more on a particular question they quickly tagged them for the answer I needed. Every experience Ive had over the years has been a pleasure.PS. Ive been with Wireless for a while, I was told I bought the second smart phone in Vermont he first week data service was available back when there were only 6 droids available in the whole state.***PPS to M. Bernard:Actually, the site indicates the store closes at 6 on Saturdays! Arriving at 6:45 would have been 45 minutes late, even in an election year ;-J

The last time I was there I was getting all this stuff on my phone when turning it on and the man wouldnt take the time to fix it and that was very rude

Place is fine for basic stuff, but be advised, this is NOT a Verizon corporate store. They will charge for things a Verizon store does not, and while the people are very nice, they are not trained like those in a corporate store.
