Every time I come here my boyfriend Anthony and I are always taken care of. They are honest, efficient with service , and friendly. Most tire shops will try to rob you of your money but not here. We are very pleased and will continue to recommend this location to anyone.Bryan , Louie , Jay, and all the boys are good people. You are lucky to have a great staff.

A professional touch. I visited the place, because I was advised, they can check, and replace tires that were bought from third party before the warranty expires. No they dont, if it wasnt bought from, or through them. After this was explained to me at the desk, the gentleman offered, went with me to my car, checked out my tires, gave me a coat, and also advised on that. Although I dont need a replacement right away, ( In his words you have some meat on it ) I do have knowledge of what to do. Now theyll have my business if needs be.

Arrived at 5:38 pm on Tuesday, upon approaching the front desk, Jason welcomed me respectfully and warmly. Once I explained the tire situation, Jason walked to the car and diagnosed the problem immediately. Jason further demonstrated and explained the repair in detail. The level of professionalism and care was remarkable. The staff stayed later than expected to repair the tire.

I have purchased over 40 tires from town fair in Branford over the years. They used to be great. However recent experiences not so great. They have now tried three times to fix the leak in my Michelin truck tire… still leaks, each time it was a 3 hr wait. They refused to remount a set of classic tires I had purchased from them for my antique Cadillac since they said tires were 6 years old (even though they had never been used and had been stored indoors the entire time… alleged “store policy”… yet another shop inspected them, determined they were in completely new condition, and happily mounted them). Only under duress did they finally agree to replace a brand new trailer tire that was obviously defective and that had never been on the road… and only after I had to personally demonstrate to them that it leaked air directly through a defect in the tread. They refused to repair a puncture in a Michelin car tire since they said it was too worn… yet another shop determined it had serviceable tread remaining and was probably good for another 5-7000 miles. That shop found a nail and repaired the tire. On another occasion, when I stopped for a tire rotation… after waiting hours… Upon leaving I discovered that they had rotated the tires incorrectly… the tires have directional tread and are thus rotated differently than tires without such a tread pattern ( they should have known this??). This necessitated yet more hours waiting for them to remedy the problem .To summarize my experiences… I have always purchased premium tires, and Town Fair has always been my “go to” shop. But no longer. They are quick to find excuses to evade their responsibilities outlined in their tire contracts, and are quick to challenge a customer. When dealing with them… might be wise to bring along your own mechanic if you are not a well informed about tires.

Friendly helpful staff! I dropped off on my lunch break and picked up after work. My car was ready when I got there. Entire process was smooth and quick.

Went to get tires put on my Liberty yesterday and was helped by Jay. Not only was he really kind, he was super helpful and worked with our budget. Wow - customer for life! Was told at another shop that I needed a new run-flat tire, so we called Town Fair Tire in Branford and ordered a matching tire. Was prepared to spend nearly $300 to replace, but when we went to have it installed, the technician said “Let’s check it first - I don’t want to sell you a new tire if we can fix it” - and did just that! Amazing service, honest and friendly team members, spotless shop - we’ll be buying all our new tires there from now on!

Louie T didn’t just provide me with the best customer service but also with respect and kindness that every human being deserves , specially a woman - skills that someone else there lacks of and is not even worth mentioning his name or giving a bad review since it’s not the company’s fault for this guy anger issues and worst customer service . I had some issues with my tire pressure sensors, and the Mercedes dealer want it to charge me a lot of money to fix it......I called town fair tire in Branford CT..and they told me, they can fix them for a low cost....I end up buying tires for my car for almost the cost of what the Mercedes Benz dealer was going to charge just to fix the sensors.....I will recommend Town Fair Tires great ppl working there...thanks Jay

Needed to replace 4 new tires and I’m very happy with the results. Louie helped made that happen. He was very professional, updated me on other inquiries, and delivered everything he said he would. Made an appointment for a quick and convenient time for me and received my car within an hour and a half like predicted from the start. Will definitely come back because Town Fair Tire delivered as promised!

I should preface this by saying that I stopped going to Town Fair ten years ago due to a bad buying experience. My former mechanic retired last year before I was able to buy tires, and I needed them asap, so I gave them another try for convenience purposes. My experience compared to the last time I purchased there was like night and day. I really cant say enough positive things about Louie, who was pleasant, patient, and walked me through all of my options (I usually buy a certain brand and make of tire, but money was tight, and I had no idea what to get instead) and helped me pick a set I was comfortable with, and helped me warranty them. When I had an issue with them down the line, I found that he was in the Branford location, so I was sure to book an appointment there, where he helped me out in an easy, efficient manner, even locating my receipt in the system when no one else could. Louie is the only reason I will now patronize Town Fair Tire for any future tire needs I have.

Was asked if I had an appointment for a flat repair!! Who makes an appointment to fix a flat tire?!?!? The website says they will fix your flat and have you back on the road in no time, so Id say that was a lie! I had to agree to leave the vehicle there ALL DAY and get someone to pick me up :/

Up from South Carolina and rental showed tire going down. Asked if had appt.Went there and explained my situation. Got me in and out in 1hr. Doesnt get any better customer service. Thanks. Bailed me out of bad situation.

Stopped in Saturday for tires on my truck thinking I would be there all day. Jay greeted me right when I walked thru the door. With or without appointment they take over 2 hours for an alignment. Last visit it took them 5 hours to balance, rotate, and align my car. The last 4 times Ive been there I specifically ask them to put the factory recommended pressure on my tires, they have failed to do this every single time. Dont waste your time and go to another location.

Went to this location for an issue I was having with a tire sensor. I received prompt service to diagnose the issue and made an appointment to have it repaired. Appointment time came and I was sent right to the crew in the back. They went to work and I was on the road in a short period of time. Great service. Great front desk and great crew in the garage

I came in yesterday (9/10/20) for four new tires and I had a wonderful experience! Update # 2: TFT Leadership reached out with an apology thanks TFT.Update: Went back Wednesday when they reopened, Scott was understanding and comped the repair. I understand we get busy, and I know I have high standards though still good looking out.Went to go get my tire fixed, was nice about it. Removed it from my car, found the shrapnel, brought it to the store, talked to them about patching it.Go to get my tire after no calls from the store (around 1630 12/31/2018) CLOSED.No tire for you!Seriously, this isnt hard, either fix it or call the customer, its not rocket science.Ill be there 0730 to pick up my tire 1/02/2018. I really just want my property as agreed.There was a time when people treated everyone like a neighbor, why cant Branford figure that out?

This was my first time getting tire service done here. I always use to go somewhere else. It was once of the best experiences. Everyone was helpful and nice. I dropped my car off and headed to work down the street. I came to pick it up later in the day and they got rid of my old tires for me. They checked my brakes free of charge and let me know how much longer I had left on them. I would definitely go back if I needed tires or wheels again.

Garage staff are very fast and efficient. Tires are best priced I found when shopping for tires both at other stores and online. Great experience from start to end. I called first and spoke with two people. One at front desk in Branford, and then transferred over to a lady in sales. They were both very pleasant and helpful. This was this past Saturday, 4/ 13/19 mid am.I was able to book an appointment of my choosing, the same day, to get two new tires at a great price. All my questions were answered, and I they were kind to give me a good sale price.Also, when you get tires there, many free services are available to you. Love that.Once I was there for my appointment. They took me right away, and I was happy with how great customer service and support there was. It was clean in there, also a nice waiting area, with coffee , drinks, snacks, magazines and a TV.I was given recomerecommens on what else I needed and how soon. I thought everyone I spoke with and encountered that day was so helpful in getting my new tires and offering the best deals and services to the customer.Ill be returning this week to have another service done too. Great location. Outstanding customer service!

Today 08-21-2020 in the morning were two representatives attending customer on the counter, so the one that looks older than the other one has attitude, idk if he was having a bad day also I asked him to match an amazon tire price and he said they don’t do it l, so I called other town fair tire location and they told me the do Mach amazon prime prices, so I cancel my service here and I scheduled at Orange ct location...

I love seeing the camera view of the garage bay in the waiting room, and the list of your status.The only drawback is they are so busy, you may wait two hours for a single tire change or flat repair.

Very unhappy and surprised at their lack of honesty with the staff. I brought my car in for a new tire and when picked the car up and drove off the lot I had no power steering and a faulty Alternator. The Job could cost me up to $2,000. They let me drive away without letting me know of these damages. It is clear to me they were very aware of the problems but gave me a lame excuse that there was an issue when the drove it into the bay but didnt bother telling me until I drove back with my complaint.

Ive had nearly all of my tires changed here for over a decade. This was the first time Ive been in since they updated the waiting area. The comfy seats and wifi made the experience totally tolerable. My first estimate was 1:45 wait but they had it done in 1:15. That was fast enough that I swapped cars with my wife and came back for a 2:15 wait, which they worked through in 1:10. Randy was really friendly and not the slightest bit pushy about what I was getting. Thanks all!

I am a college student so I had my dad take care of the appointments and picking out of the tires. When I got to the appointment I was informed that my dad had accidentally made it for the upcoming Saturday, instead of the current Thursday. They took me no problem and even picked up the tires from the warehouse (going out of their way) to get it done before I had to leave for school (the next day). They told me service might take 3-4 hours because they had to pick up the tires (normally theyre delivered before the actual appointment) which was fine because I knew that we made a mistake, but they got it al done within an hour and a half! Mike was great. Excellent customer service and genuinely great people.

I was very pleased with Town Fair tires. The staff was very knowledgeable and I got the Best Buy and my car was ready in 1 hour. I had four new tires mounted and had a 4 wheel alignment.

I had a scheduled tire rotation my truck was taken in as soon as I arrived.There was an issue with the lug nuts on the vehicle which the employees pointed me in the right direction for replacement. Excellent customer service

I needed aftermarket TPMS sensors installed so I decided to go to this Town Fair location because of the vicinity. It was pretty crowded so I expected to wait. I reach the register and explain my plight first thing out the guys mouth is whered you buy them? Then we wont program those. All I wanted was them installed. Then he said he would charge me for balancing and tried to push an alignment on me. The least he could have done was test the sensor to see if he could program them.

Youre better off go to Firestone ... 2 days to get the tires 5 hours to install them ...

I received stellar service from Town Fair Tire recently. I had hit a curb coming out of the Big Y parking lot and put a large gash in to my tire. I had just enough air to make it across the street. The staff was kind, empathetic, and professional. They expedited the process and changed my tire as fast as they could - I had cold groceries in the car and a small child to get off the bus in 30 minutes from the time I entered their building. They literally turned a horrible situation around for me quite quickly. I have always purchased my tires from this business and will continue to do so.

Courteous. Had nail in tire had to replace tire. Took a little over an hour, but done the same day. However, tire pressure lights still on even after having an alignment and tires rotated. Will call tomorrow.

I purchased 4 Michelin tires in December 2018 from Town Fair. I brought my vehicle in today to have the tires rotated. When the wheels were removed, a bubble in the back sidewall was noticed that was not visible until the tire was removed from the vehicle. Greg at the North Haven CT location went above and beyond to help me get a new tire for only a nominal labor charge. I was elated. Thank you Greg.Nobody beats Town Fair Tire....Nobody!

Very good service and attention to detail. They solved a very annoying wheel balance issue for me. The lead tech took the time to test drive the car with me and solved the issue within moments. Audi are prone to vibration issues if wheels are even slightly out of balance, he knew my car very well and took the extra time needed to balance the wheels properly.
