I spoke with Michelle at Ferguson & McGuire in Branford, CT and had a pleasant experience. Michelle answered the phone quickly and knew the answers to my questions. Michelle was very helpful, she faxed the proper documents in a very timely manner, and called to make sure I received them. I suggest if you didnt have a great experience the first time, try speaking with Michelle. I am confident this will be my INSURANCE AGENT for a very long time. I was referred to Ferguson McGuire by my neighbor. He recommend the agency due to thier efficiency and responsiveness. I contacted Kathy K she was able to save me a considerable amount of money and increase my coverages. I would also highly recommend this agency to my family and friends

Stay away from this place! Worst customer service ever! I shopped my insurance and found a better policy and when I called Kathleen she never answered her phone or would email me back. When I was cancelling it, she got nasty and it was even harder to get a reply from her when I tried to confirm it was cancelled. There is no excuse to be rude to the people like that. I have family who left because of this nonsense too. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

I can’t say enough good things about Lisa Kelly at Ferguson & McGuire. She is my account manager and recently helped me navigate multiple issues with my 5 cars and teenage/adult children. In spite of the complicated situation, Lisa’s proper analysis provided me with the best solution.Steve

This is the absolute worst agency. Do not use them! My agent Kathleen was never reachable! I called 5 times to get help with my policy and the only reason she finally called back was when I threatened to cancel which by the way I did. I reached out again to make sure the policy was cancelled and of course she would not respond. The whole operation is a joke.
