These people are RIDICULOUS! Their RUDE and are always sloppy. The girl at the front desk is the most ridiculous excuse for a social worker or receptionist that i have EVER seen. Whoever hired her is obviously blind. Your employees should be proud and professional, and they are all ghetto and have disgusting attitudes!!! She never knows the answers to my questions and always have to find someone who can help me. I ABSOLUTELY HATE GOING INTO THIS PLACE! For ANY reason. and Lord dont get me started on Child support enforcement! I really hope someone would actually read these reviews and DO SOMETHING about these people who are supposed to be there to help others, instead of just allowing them to show up for a paycheck. FIRE THEM and make them have to deal with one of their own kind!!!OH and the ONLY reason i gave them 1 star is because it wont post unless you do!!!!!

Yall are sapost to help us single parents get there child support money from the absent parent. But yall cant even answer the damn phone when I call. I can call every day and still no one answers the phones. What kind of place is this. Yall get paid to answer the phones and help us out when we need to talk to someone. So really whats really going on. The state takes money out of our checks each week and that is what helps pay yall government people. But yall cant even answer the phones when someone calls!!! Maybe yall dont need a pay check cause yall cant even do your damn jobs!!!

I was just told by the toll fee call center that the child support office doesnt do call backs and only if they can verify the address they wont serve papers to the father who is $11,275 behind.

I pay child support and these fools take 25% of it for there payroll!! Ok , how is that?

HORRIBLE!!!! IT TOOK SEVEN YEARS BEFORE A JUDGE SIGNED MY CASE AND DONT TRY CALLING BECAUSE THEY NEVER ANSWER. AND I MEAN NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They dont care about anybody except for themselves. Told me in December that they had suspended his license. Then in February told me that they sent a letter to his employer to start garnishing his wages and here it is 3 months later & they told me that they are still trying to reach his employer. BS...they aint doing a dang thing.
