I am writing this review after 3 months of closing on our house. I did not want to forget to write a review for these guys. I worked with Andrew and he was extremely easy to work with. Everything was transparent from the beginning and it stayed that way till the end. Both of them replied to my emails within minutes. Since I was a first time homeowner, I had plenty of questions for them but they were patient with me and were always courteous. A friend had recommended them but I was a bit skeptical. Andrew did a great job for me. He beat all of the competition and never missed a beat. I was looking for a cash out max loan on an investment property. I wanted a 30 year fixed rate or 10/1 ARM. He not only got the loan for me quickly but beat the 10 year arm on the 30 year. Most other quotes couldnt even find the loan for me.I dont really like the name Cash Cow but I sure liked the results.
