She answered the phone.. Thats half the business. My service was quick and professional and in time. I called 4 other companies and no one answered. One answered and have me his cell phone number and never responded to text or call after 2 days. Others had a voicemail that was full or left a message with no response. Used Rebecca’s Screen Repair a few weeks ago. I had the entire pool cage re-screened and they did a great job. The last time I had the top of the pool cage re-screened the screener set up scaffolding over the pool and only anchored the screen at the top, sides and bottom on each side of the center beam, but did not anchor it to the beam separating the two panels on each side. When the crew from Rebecca’s Screen Repair was done ALL panels were properly anchored in and the area was clean. Aside from the pool cage being cleaner and new screens installed you could not tell they had been there. I would recommend them for any screen repair job you might have.

Rebeccas just did a rescreen for us. She was quick to respond to questions (even on a weekend), getting us an estimate and took the time to explain things when we had questions. Her crew showed up promptly and worked quickly and efficiently to remove our old screening, pressure wash the cage (and deck, thanks!), and install the new screen, replace bolts as required and door hardware where needed.They cleaned up when done and put everything back where it was prior to starting their work. All of the crew members were polite and responsive when we had questions.We highly recommend them for your rescreen work. They did a fantastic job at a competitive price. Kitty thinks they did a great job, too, as now she can go out on the lanai without us worrying about her getting out through damage in the screen. Thanks!

If I could give this company six stars, I would. Thats how much I appreciate them!We were having problems with a leaking aluminum porch roof and a bunch of old screening that was falling apart. They came in and quickly had everything fixed up for me and looking amazing! They were able to add an insulation layer to my aluminum roof which successfully reduces the temperature inside the porch, especially during full sun!They werent the cheapest quote that I received, but they were the most honest, and the most responsive! They also stand behind their work with a one-year warranty, are accredited by the better business bureau with an a+ rating, and accept multiple forms of payment.Rebecca has built herself a great business! Many many thanks for all their hard work!!

These guys are great! Came out within 1.5 weeks since our call and had our entire porch rescreened with heavy duty screen. It looks amazing and was done exceptionally well and very professionally. They were quick and efficient, kept everything very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Left a small piece of screen behind in case dogs were to rip through the bottom of the door screen.
