They dont do a good job with sanitizing or safety precautions with covid. Several of the employees were coughing with no masks on , the lady who did my pedicure had an attitude the entire time and rushed through it. I would never come back here

I wanted to take my daughter to her first experience to do her nails and it turned out to be a DISASTER!! The owners daughter was in charge that day and it seemed like she had no clue. She couldn’t tell me how long the wait was but she put my nails to soak making me think it was going to be quick but little did we know, we would be waiting for an hour. Then you see customers come in left and right being sat in the back and taken care of while my daughter and I have been waiting and waiting without anyone checking in or letting us know when they would take care of us. I got so upset that I wiped my nails off, got up and left. While I’m walking to my car, the owners daughter ran after me and got in my face, pushed me, and yelled in front of my little girl which was historically crying, for me to pay for the acetone or she’s calling the police. Are you kidding me? NOTHING WAS EVER DONE TO MY NAILS!!! I was in disbelief that this was actually happening. In order for the owners daughter to stop harassing me and my child, I paid their over priced acetone. Unbelievable!!! My poor child has been traumatized by this unprofessional. I hope the owner reconsiders leaving their kid in charge ever again!!

Really liked my experience here. I was shopping around, and need a quick manicure and eyebrow wax. Was very pleased with both and will be coming back.

First time going here for a basic gel pedicure. I paid $43!!! I’m from out of state and back home this is even more than what I pay to get a fill on my liquid gel acrylics. The woman I had did a great job but for that price I should’ve gotten an extravagant pedicure. What she did I easily could’ve done at home but being on vacation I was trying to treat myself at a reasonable price but didn’t know the price was that much until check out.

Very bad experience. Went in to treat my mom for a mother’s day pedi, everything was okay until for some reason the owner and another older lady started yelling at her simply because the young nail tech working with her offered to change her color when he realized she did not like it. Mind you there was only ONE nail painted when he offered a color change. He didn’t seem to make it a big deal at all. They came and yelled at us in front of everyone without even asking him or us or knowing what happened. He was very sweet when he offered her another color, so we were taken aback and confused when these two women started yelling at us in front of the whole salon. Something must have gotten lost in translation but what was meant to be a pleasant mother-daughter spa day turned sour. Very embarrassing experience. Very unprofessional and rude. Will never spend my money there ever again. Will also be letting all my friends and family know about the unpleasant experience so that they take their business elsewhere. Wish we would have went somewhere else. It was extremely uncalled for, we never complained or anything, we were very patient and calm the whole time. Our nail tech was nice. It really came out of nowhere with the owner and whoever the other woman was. It was a very weird experience. We were very nice and patient the entire time, still in shock and confused as to why this transpired.

I was in out of town for a funeral and the hotel recommended them. I wasnt really impressed. She over charged me for short length acrylic. And they all had bumps and imperfections to them. She said shed get me in and out in time for.me to be at my cousins funeral. She kept getting up and down and handling other people. I was 45 minutes late.

I just moved to the state of Florida(Brandon)from Atlanta. Ive been to two other nail salons before come to Nail Extreme. Im so in love with the service the quality of my nails and a bonus is they speak clear English. They are so nice and very respectful of the fact that most people that come to them have had bad experiences from other salons and have lost a lot of money in the process. Mrs. Cathy and her Daughter Theresa did my nails to the shape of my hand and fingers more like a custom fit. I said both because at first Mrs. Cathy was doing a few waxes and brows at the time. She didnt want me just sitting there so her daughter Theresa kicked it for me. I loved that gesture.Please go see them, there are next door to Bath&Body Works. Regency Square.

Unprofessional! Wish I would have chosen one of the many other nail salons in the area with better customer service. You should treat people and customers kindly especially whena) they have been kind to you and have given you no reason to treat them poorly, andb) when they are spending their hard earned money in exchange for a relaxing service.Very bad business practices and I’m very dissappointed with the experience.

YOU WILL GET AN INFECTION if you come here!!! They pull utensils out of a fake sealed bag that have never been cleaned. They ignore you when you ask them to use clean utensils. I will be reporting them to the health department. Dont get any services done here! Save yourself an infection.

I don’t get my nails done often so my experience here was pretty good. As soon as I walked in I was already seated with a specialist. I love how they close at 9pm on weekdays. Their hours are the reason that brought me to this place. Everywhere else closes by 7pm.

I did pedicure and I do my nails here and it’s the best place for long lasting acrylic nails and healthy nails too. I get to have my nails done without filling for a month and a week sometimes more and I love that I love the service from Kathy and her daughter too and Lisa did my foot the first time and it’s awesome

Awesome experience my nails look amazing, walked in at 6:15pm and got seated with a nail tech right away. Tina was so sweet and made sure exactly what I wanted. I got pink and white! I am very picky but she did them so good and she’s very gentle. I will definitely be back! 🙂

I visited this location last week to get my eyebrows waxed. I was surprised how big it was inside because the store front looks small. The lady who did my eyebrows was fast and she slayed them. I gave her specific instructions on how I prefer my eyebrows not to be thin. She did a great job. My husband noticed as soon as I got home and said that they looked the best theyve ever looked after getting them done. I would recommend and return to this nail salon.

Normally I get my nails done, this time I got my feet done and it was WONDERFUL. Kathy and her staff are AWESOME

This place is my go to place for gel nails, I have been to several nail shops in tampa and so far they are the only ones who have done them and they dont chip or peel within the first two weeks. Lisa does the best gel nails.

I dont know the name of the young gentleman that took really good care of me but he is a perfectionist, excellent work and I hope I get him again next time I come, though Im sure everyone is great.Come later in the day like at 5pm so by the time you leave, the traffic is way better getting out of here.Only con is that most workers and clients were not wearing a mask but next month vaccines come out anyways so it wont matter. Pedi was 28 btw.

This is by far the best nail salon Ive been to in a long while. I’ve been coming to Jerry for years now and I follow him wherever he goes. Staff is welcoming and friendly. Jerry always fits me in and takes the time to hear about my day. Each visit feels like a catch up with an old friend with services tailored just for me. I love it! As far as his work goes let’s just say my set lasts me a month if I really needed it to but I cant wait that long to come back! Would 100% recommend coming to Jerry over and over!

I have to begin my stating that I didn’t even know this place was in the regency plaza. It truly is a gem!! I only really see my nail tech, Jerry, but I am always greeted with a smile. Everyone there is courteous and the place is always clean. The atmosphere is always uplifting and I have never been disappointed with how my nails look. From manicures, pedicures, to eyebrow waxing this place is amazing!

Its always a pleasure to come into this spa like getaway salon. Everyone is so pleasant and eager to assist. I especially love Jerry, no one in Tampa Bay can shape nails like him(in my opinion) and Kathy does the best pedicures, I havent had anyone clean my cuticles as well as she does..She also does the wonderful eyelash extensions!

Jerry is the best nail tech out there, I was going to Jerry for about a couple of years. He was booked one day, so I decided to go to Nail and Beauty Lounge. Within a matter of three days, my nails begin to lift. I reached out to Jerry and he was able to get me scheduled within two days. I’m so happy with the final product. He’s the best. I looking forward to seeing him again in two weeks. Ask for Jerry, you will be glad that you did.

If i could give negative stars i would. i walked in to get a full set of acrylic and when the lady took me she was in a rush and was getting the monomer and acrylic powder all over my skin around my nails. the acrylic job was horrible it was uneven and very thin, as she was doing my nails i just wanted to get out of there because she was using products she used on the women before me including the nail files. (which is so un sanitary) not to mention the nails were glued on crooked. overall was not pleased with the service at all and will not be returning again. the health board needs to look into this business because they were using already used tools and did not clean them.

I love to get my nails done and I have been going to Jerry for 5+ plus years. He never fails me and I am always finished in a timely manner. Most of the time I want things out of the norm and Jerry has no problem accomplishing it.

One of my favorite places to shop!

I came here for the first time several weeks ago and had a very pleasant experience. So I drove outside of my neighborhood to come back and visit today and I was treated so rudely. I literally drove 20 miles past many many nail salons before coming back to this one. The woman kept grabbing my feet as if I were on her nerves and she did not feel like doing my pedicure. She kept telling me to sit down like a two-year-old.I politely asked her “can you stop handling my feet that way?”Her response was “I do regular.”After that she proceeded to speak in her Vietnamese language and all of her peers were looking at me with semi smiles on their faces. But clearly she was flustered. It was very poor customer service and I did not appreciate it. An older woman came over to me after listening to whatever she said and politely offered to turn on the massage chair and at that point I knew that there was a problem but I didn’t know what it was.I intentionally remained calm, spoke softly as to not alert attention to the other patrons, and still offer to pay whatever the cost of the pedicure was because at this point, I was leaving.Even though she had only taken the nail polish off my toes I was going to pay for a full service pedicure because for me, I needed them to understand it was more about the terrible customer service than anything else.They offered to have someone else do it but everyone else was busy and I was not willing to wait. I am really very sorry because I thought this was going to be by new place. My daughter liked it too when we both visited several weeks ago.

I’m sorry but this is the WORST service I’ve ever gotten. Coming from someone who religiously gets her nails and feet done every 3 weeks. TRASH. If you honestly go here it’s because you’re cheap because they do horrible work in this salon. The new workers. TRASH!

I walked in with my 2 sisters and after we said we were there for 3 pedicures, the response we got from one of the workers was “oh my god” and she walked away. I saw good reviews and they were the only nail salon around us open. My sisters and I turned around and walked out and will never step foot into that nail salon ever again.

Use Kim. Shes the best. Great service at reasonable prices. Many varied services are offered. They do manicures and pedicures among other services.

I love it here. Jerry is amazing! I’m VERY picky about my nails and Jerry never seems to disappoint. A set can last me up to a month, but I usually go in before that lol. I highly recommend Jerry! 10 out of 10

I had dip powder service done at Nail Extreme in Brandon last Saturday on Sunday the nail color begin to peel off. Went back to this place for my money back. I had dip powder service done before not in this place and this place is horrible! The manager Cathy is very rude. This place have bad customer service I will never never comeback to this place. They told me if I wanted fix I have to pay.

So, its been less than a week and ALL of my nails are lifting. Ive never had this issue. When we walked in I had an appointment and they all acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. I was talked into gel because I wanted coffin shape and was told the gel will keep the shape better, thats a lie, I had to reshape twice this week. Not really sure why theyre all lifting sees how its never happened before and Im not rough with my hands or nails. Either way, not going back. Also, my bestfriend got a manicure that day and the tech cut her finger so bad they had to stop and go wax her eyebrows to let the bleeding stop a bit before continuing. Seemed as though everyone was in a hurry for nothing as the shop only had 3 other people in it and they didnt close for another 3 hours. Ridiculous... $60 for what???

Very clean atmosphere. The staff was very nice and welcoming.My only gripe was that the nail technician did gel nails on my daughter, when all we wanted was regular acrylic tips. It cost us an additional 10 bucks.That was our first time there, but in the future I will be sure to specify acrylic ONLY.I think they should check with the customer prior to to doing any upgraded services.If I hadnt had the extra cash on me, that could have been an issue.

I see Jerry here, and hes the best I wouldnt go with anyone else .He always takes his time getting the right shape ,and making sure *you* as the customer are happy. Definitely recommend him if your going to go to this salon.

Went there for the first time for a full set and couldnt even finish the process. The guy who did my nails filed the corners so much that my nails hurt and the corners were filed down so much he even filed down my real nail that it now hurts. I told him many times that it hurt and at one point he tried cutting the nail. That part of the nail is connected to skin.I do not recommend this place at all.

Im very pregnant and this place treated me like royalty. I got a pedicure and full set and I was more than pleased with the end result. Both of the ladies that worked on me were very polite and very mindful that I was comfortable the whole time I was there. I live in St. Petersburg but Ill definitely be back as many times as I can. One of the best places Ive ever been and prices arent ridiculous.

I love this salon. Just relocated from Pittsburgh about 8 months ago and tried 3 other places before I stopped in. Jerry does my nails and he is fantastic. One time I could not make it in any other day and I called and he came in on his day off to do my nails then asked if I wanted a Pedi and he did that too. The owner is always so nice as is everyone else there. I have never had a bad experience in the 4 months I have been going there.

They did my eyebrows beautifully. When I am ready for a manicure and a pedicure I will go back. My daughter is in town and Im sending her their for a pedicure right now.

This business is not following Hillsborough County mask mandate. They dont even wipe down the chairs. I could not belive the workers were not wearing, nor do they encourage the customer to wear them. Very disappointing and dangerous.

This place is awful!Got a pedicure, no message or anything. Left me in cold wet towel. Left with no polish on my feet bc paint was so bad, they had to remove and didnt have time for a redo. Got a dip powder manicure, only to get to my car and have streaks all in it and clear coat not even on half the nails. Called and asked for a refund, they said come back and we finish for you, like I have time to go back after being there an hour and a half, with neither job completed, refused a refund. Said rather have bad ratings then refund me.. so here it is!

I came into the shop on Saturday for a fill-in. I was charged $45 for gel polish (matte), wasnt really an issue. I tipped as well. My issue came on Tuesday, when my nail polish (supposedly gel) started chipping on a couple of fingers. In addition, the matte looked terrible.. you could see the polish streaks. Today I went back to the shop to have them do a polish change (basically correcting their mistake) and decided to add a design on one finger. I was prepared to pay for the design and possibly a portion of the polish change but instead was billed $32!! I was told I was being charged for gel removal, polish change, shaping my nails (which she filed the sides without request) and of course the design on one finger. That means I paid a total of $72 over the course of 5 days, which the only reason I went back in the first place was due to the polish set not lasting and chipping. I am beyond disappointed ... will not come back again.

I would never come back here again! I came to town to Brandon for vacation And decided to come to nail extreme After getting a full set and Manicure and tipping very well a couple days later my nails started to come off don’t waste your time and money on this place it’s way better places in Brandon!

Signed in was told 15 minutes before someone could do my nails. Waited over an hour and a half. I know tons of nail shops everywhere but in my situation I had an extremely excited 5 year old with me that was treating mommy for Mothers day. So of course I had to wait.i understand its Mothers day weekend so its busy. I completely get that. As more customers arrive they are told the same 15 minutes There was no communication whatsoever even when I would ask. After an hour and a half Im finally getting my nails done. That part of it was great Turned out nice etc. When my nails are done. I go to have my eyebrows done. When that was completed I explain to the lady I wanted to try and get the leftover wax off because we were not going straight home. As I turn to ask for a wipe the lady disappeared and never returned. So Im stuck in there by myself not knowing where anything was at and if it was clean or dirty.Not one employee says anything as Im walking out the door. They have the prices posted on the wall. However with that being said I am told a completely different amount then what is posted. I do not challenge it because I was just ready to get out of there. I know there are price differences according to what type of polish you pick etc. I dont understand how my bill was $43.for a normal manicure (my nails) and eyebrows being waxed. Great job on my nails didnt matter if I liked my eyebrows or not because there was noone to tell or fix them because again the lady just left me. Communication is the key. I will not be going back there!!!

Terrible nail salon!! Used unsterilized tools and watched them take the tools they had just used on my feet, to their station to use on the next person. Not to mention the nail tech was talking on her cell phone while doing my nails. Definitely won’t be coming back.

I loved going here . Till I went about 2 days ago. The lady who did them kept giving me an ugly attitude. I told her it wasn’t the color I picked out when she showed me which one she was going to apply. She then smacked her mouth and went to get the color I told her . She was doing my nails while standing up . My arm was hurting from having it hanging & not resting on the table how it should be . One nail is crooked and my nails got dirty with the color I choosed which was a purple. And it was never like that till this lady decided to do my nails . When I was checking out she had the nerve to say “tip” and I said no and gave her the receipt . Idk if to go back and complain or simply not return . I did pay $30 . & the coffin shape wasn’t even coffin.

Pedicure immediatly messed up right after i left. Could tell the nail technician lady was tired and the foot massage was horrible and careless. Had to re do the polish twice. But that same lady did my nails a session before that and they were great. Still looking for a top of the line salon with great customer service and great results. Will not be coming back... Only tomorrow to fix the mess up😣 open for any comments on new salons to try for a great mani and pedi
