I went in for a routine pedicure and full set on Saturday and was very disappointed with the services. The quality of work was poor and rushed. I had nail polish on my feet after pedicure and the tech basically told me it would come off when I bathed. Crazy. Then when I got my nails done the woman basically cut my skin while trying to file my nails. After she was done, I told the tech I would not pay full price for nails since services were so bad. I was basically told it was just an accident and to get over it. He still insisted I pay full price. He did not try to compensate me for my troubles in any way.To avoid getting any more angry than I already was. I paid, but WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS SUB PAR ESTABLISHMENT. Customer service is trash and work is mediocre. Do Not waste your time.

My friend and I went here. They are way over priced. They charged me $5 for my nail polish which was pretty, but nothing special (OPI). When the girl was scrubbing my friends feet she cut her and didnt discount her pedicure. I couldnt understand anything they were saying. After not being able to communicate properly the lady finally gave me a beat up brochure almost ripped in half, and there still wasnt pricing on it. All they care about is getting your money without the quality service. There are better places to go. Not a good experience and will not go back.

I have been coming to Thao for over a year. She is always professional and courteous of my time. I usually bring a photo for inspiration, and she creates nail art for me that is always perfection. I never have any lifting or breaking on my acrylic sets, which I’ve never had from other salons. I also receive the salon pedicure when I have the time. It is worth the “up charge” as it comes with more services and takes more time. I never feel rushed or unwelcome here. All the employees smile, and make sure the other customers feel the same. This is a five star establishment. A family run business that works very hard, and I will continue to support them and their excellent services!

I received a dip manicure and gel pedicure and it was way over priced for the quality of work. After one week my finger nails already stopped chipping. The staff was not very Freud my at all. Highly do not recommend.

I asked for a full set and pedicure. The lady first did my pedicure and it hurt when she was doing it. Cut my toe nails way too short. Then she did my full set and all my nails were different shapes, sizes and thickness. I told her at the end I wasn’t happy and she told me “no one is going to look at your nails so closely” I think if you pay so much you should be happy with your nails. Their service was horrible!!

Lady did my nails and did such a bad job even after I explained to her it was my wedding nails. The nail tech then told the owner and they started talking about me in front of my face. I then proceeded to stick up for myself and she screamed at me for thirty minutes in front of everyone in the store. She then told me if i wanted my nails fixed I would have to pay double. AINT NO WAY! She then proceeded to yell at me more when I informed her that I wasnt paying for them at all bc she wouldn’t fix them. As she yelled at me more I proceeded to have a panic attack in front of everyone and the lady was still yelling at me. I had to hide in the bathroom while my mother came to my aid. Overall it was a horrible experience and I will NEVER be going back.

I really like the nails i got, the employees were kind and didn’t make me feel like i was in a rush, would definitely recommend this place for others

The guy ran the water too hot and thought I was going to put my feet in it. He didnt scrub and exfoliate my feet right. I had to tell him to do it again and it still wasnt right. I couldnt even relax to enjoy the massage chair for having to watch him try to play over my feet. I had to redo it myself at home. All they worry about is trying to run up your bill asking you if you want gel polish over and over or if you want a spa pedicure instead of focusing on providing quality work and service

Very rude employees. Tore my nails up. All around my finger nails were red and felt like they were burning. I always get my nails done and this was the worse experience I’ve had. I was getting my nails done for my sisters wedding and had 5 others with me. All of them complained about rudeness and their fingers hurting. I really hope our fingers aren’t red in the picture!!

Where do I start?I know its unprofessional to speak in a foreign language when its apparent you speak English after a customer asks can you provide a service..Then you have the audacity to feel offended when you speak to the only nail technician that spoke to you in English.The pedicure was rushed, they cut my 2 of my nails after I clearly said no several times, and kept asking if I wanted gel polish trying to upcharge me..I wouldve left if I wasnt treating a family member that hadnt been in over 4yrs..Unfortunately I didnt get a polish change which is what I came for..My nails are 4 days old, but they tried to get me to let them soak off my nails for them to change my polish..

Girls did a nice job but the pedicure was way to expensive.

I showed up for my scheduled appointment and waited 45 minutes without any services rendered. Based on the work flow, it appeared it would be another 15-20 minutes before anyone assisted me. It’s so UNPROFESSIONAL to make appointments and not be on time or at least close to being on time. A 15-20 wait could be understood, but no way an hour delay is acceptable. I’ve been going to Holly Nails for years, always with a scheduled appointment. But they’ve changed their staff and attention to details when it comes to customer service. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.

I always read reviews along with considering the rating scale. After reading a few negative petty comments which seemed misleading I choose them to see for myself.Absolutely wonderful‼️ I’ll certainly be using them from now on. I’ve used same location & wonderful people since 2013. However, my schedule doesn’t allow time frame.Called Holly Nail Salon 💅 for an evening appointment schedule & very impressive beyond any reviews posted. Everyone seemed very professional + very kind.Thanks for making me day better.

I went into Holly Nails the other day just wanting my nails painted. Every time Ive gotten dip/acrylic done they break and peel off because my job requires me to be rough on my hands. However they convinced me to do the dip and I was not disappointed. They look AMAZING and they haven’t chipped or peeled even after work. I will definitely be back. THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME WORK!

I am new to the area and was very happy to find such nice, down to earth, and professional people to do my nails. Although they were busy when I walked in, they did not make me sit and wait. I signed in and made sure to return within the time frame I was told and went right into my service. I definitely will be returning!

They did a ok job with painting my nails its just the pricing i dont agree with and the girl took 70 dollars instead of 65 like was supposed to i wouldnt really recommend coming here unless you like being robbed out of your money

This is by far the best nail shop. I asked if they could do my nail and toes in a hour and 15, and they made arrangements so I could get out in the right time. I have been going here for close to 9 months and I just absolutely love the environment, service, and people!!! They truly go out of the way for their clients.

I walked it at 5:50pm, their sign says they close at 7pm and their open sign is flashing but they acted like they didn’t want to do a full set. Everyone was just nonchalant and I left because I did not want them to rush on my nails, when I left they all proceeded to speak in whatever language it is they speak, and laugh. Definitely won’t be back, and will not recommend anyone to them again.

I came here last week based off their good reviews. I must say these ladies really cater to you Im 8 months pregnant and they made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. Such a wonderful experience and the best spa experience Ive ever had. May gives the best pedicures/massages and Von is fantastic with manicures! I will definitely be back. I cant remember the last lady name but she was from California and she put the cherry on top of the cake with this experience. Thank you so much Holly Nails!

They do good work. They only have one person to do extensive designs and shes been off for over a month.

Holly Nails rates as one of the poorest customer service experiences I have ever encountered. Their assistant/secretary definitely doesnt have people skills. Im under the assumption that she attributes age or race to a persons intellectual level when in reality she has no idea who she is dealing with. I would not recommend this facility to any one within the greater Jackson metro area just due to her poor social skills & rudeness on both occasions that I attended this establishment for nail services

The service and options are first rate! I took my mom last week for a mani/pedi and she was so pleased. She didnt know which pedicure to pick because there were so many options. I wont go anywhere else.

Me and my friend just recently went and got a mani/pedi! I got french tips (full set) on my fingers, and painted french tips on my toes. The chick who did my fingernails, did such a sloppy job! I have air bubbles all over, and they are very uneven. My toenails were cut way too short!!!! My friends fingernail polish only lasted 2 days and we were skipped while waiting. They moved us from chair to chair so different people finished our nails. My massage chair did not work also!

The staff are incredibly nice and very meticulous.

If you dont have an Appointment, Youll have to wait a long time or they wont be able to fit you in. The service is usually good and they give you the file and board to keep and bring back to your next appointment. Their prices a higher than most nail salons.

Fun, friendly staff. Accommodating and great service.
