Honest, straight forward and knowledgeable about the products that they sell. 4/28/2020, I purchased a Stihl KM-56 power head, with trimmer and edger attachments. Stihl was running a sale on this model. This dealer was knowledgeable about the details of the sale and answered all my questions before the purchase. They filed the warranty for me online before I left the store. They really seemed care about winning your business. I would definitely give them my business again in the future.

Bought a Hustler Zero Turn mower from Fredricks this week. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. They spent the time needed to explain options of the different mowers and that was a big help in selecting just the right mower for my needs. Fredericks is an extremely reputable business. Theyve been around for years and carry the best equipment and offer exceptional service.

They sell good equipment, just pray you dont need anything serviced. Ive taken the same mower to them for repair six times this year; the mower was eight months old the first time I took it for repair. Most of the people working there seem to be nice, but they can not fix my mower. Because they can not fix my $450 mower, I am forced to pay someone $60 to cut my yard as my mower sits in their shop each week. Im now told that my three year warranty does not cover the carberator, and I will need to pay to have that fixed. This shop is a sham, please dont waste your time here, at least with repairs. They didnt call Honda to log any of the problem Ive had so Honda can not give me a replacement mower. Thats another thing, they will not give me an interiem mower so I now pay to have someone cut my yard. Go to Mel Luna in Jackson, you get a better deal, free equipment, and much better serivce if needed.

We brought our brand new push mower to them in July in after accidentally running over a bolt. They were extremely slow in getting back to us but ultimately said the crankshaft was busted and would cost $250 to replace. We authorized this and over two weeks later get a call saying there was unseen damage to frame and that it would now be more time and $500. So it is now August and we are without lawnmower and they are up parts. Did not trust that this would be accurate or fair and find it shady that damage to frame extensive enough to prevent functionality was not seen in initial work up. I dont mind waiting for quality, but after this treatment, We have no trust that this would fix the issue as initial estimate was neither accurate nor timely. Now August and without a mower. Thanks.
